Being able to come here, put the car in the air on a lift and go over the whole underside of the car is an amazing experience. I come here for oil changes and to inspect my car before and after track days. I am so thankful for this type of lift rental service!

I attempted to book a spot online. When I never received a confirmation I called the shop on Tuesdaty. I was told they were short staffed, but the guy on the phone confirmed me for 10am on Sunday. I asked him to make sure there would be a lift available since I was coming a distance. He said there was plenty of room. Fast forward to Sunday. I show up at 10:00 and no one is there. The place looks like it went out of business by the looks of the grounds. Weeds growing out of the pavement, random trash and debris all over the place. However, I decided to give him a chance and wait to see if maybe he's a few minutes late. When he doesn't appear by 10:30 I call, no answer. I call again at 10:45, once again no answer. At 11:15 I give up and head home. At 12:15 he finally calls back because he just got to the garage and tells me I can come back. I let him know I'm already on my way home and to far to come back. This is a classic example of a great idea run by someone who is to lazy to actually run a business.

I searched around and found Madd Retros which is also in the local area. I had called and spoke to Brandon and explain that I was looking to have the lens replace off of another headlight since I had already secured the projectors onto the original housing. It took a while but I found a donor headlight and setup with Brandon to get the work done. He was straight forward and let me know what would be done and how long it would take. The headlights has made the car look new again thanks to Brandon at Madd Retros.

I called Mobile Jay expecting no response. Immediately, he picked up the phone call and is coming over to help me out. The fact that he's available during such an important time is incredible and deserving of 5 stars. Not to mention what an incredible person he is, definitely keeping him on my contacts for any future mechnical problems. Anyways, he came and looked at my vehicle. Inspected my liquids and found the coolant needed more coolant in it, which may have caused the problem. Then he inspected my battery and perhaps the modules are malfunctioning. In the end, the car was not fixed per se, and his OBDII didn't pick up on any codes. But... He gave me peace of mind. Which is invaluable. And my car is working now (due to disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, but whatever problem happened will probably happen again soon) Anyways, he came and did the job I wanted him to do. Within an hour. Quick, speedy. I appreciate him so much. Definitelly will return in the future.

Kevin couldn't even bother to notice there was another receipt sitting right on the counter. When I came back and told him I had the paperwork the Sales Manager requested, he hit me with a condescending "Oh, you're a little mad huh?" completely uncalled for and disrespectful. He finally processed the exchange but basically threw my refund receipt at me and walked away like he couldn't be bothered. Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from start to finish. Needless to say, I will never come back to this location and will not be giving NAPA my business again.
