This mfer charged me $40 to patch up my tire when last time he charged me $25. The only difference was that last time my dad was with me. Had a tire blow out 1 block away from this tire shop. Walked over and asked a worker if they had a new set of tires in my size. He told me to have a seat and he would be right with me to check inventory. So I sat and waited- they were busy on other cars so I waited around 30 mins before another employee asked if I had been helped. I told him I was looking for a set of tires in a certain size and he said he couldn't check inventory because the boss wasn't there and he's the only one with access to that. They broke my tire pressure sensor. When I showed them the warning light on my dash, the guy said they didn't have the tools to fix it and that it just needed to be calibrated. I've been to this place on several occasions to get tires mounted on my vehicles they've always charged me $10 per tire. Now today I went in figuring it's the same thing the last time I was there was maybe a month ago so I had three tires to mount some little guy comes out I think he's the owner grab my tires said OK, and after the job is done he tells me $20 each, I told him I was here last month and they were just $10 each I'm a repeat customer that's what you guys always charged me. Well he said come back next week and talk to my brother, why the HELL would I do that? so after going to "Just Tires" off Azusa and arrow I think it is and getting shitty service their on a job that was as quick as 10 min and 30$ fix and also "Americas tire co" as well I finally found my go to spot which is here at Morenos Tires , the service was a1 , it was done quickly the guy as well brought the piece out that was stuck in my tires which was causing the slow leak charged me 20$ gave him 30$ for the tip and appreciative of the service and quality work done family owned tire spots are usually my go to but it's hard to find one that suits you best if that makes sense but I finally found one the lady inside was nice and helpful and Jorge was very much of great help I recommend you come here for Tire Patches , I got a x5 so my tires weren't cheap and my other 3 were still good so no point in buying 1 new one rather wait to replace all and here at Moreno they can get them for me just got to place the order ahead of time which isn't a problem , also used tires and New tires here ! I called at 5 pm asking if they had the tire size I needed before driving there, Arturo kindly checked and said he had the tire for my vehicle and that he'd wait for me to get there, they close at 6. I arrived around 5:40 PM, I was almost sure he'd be gone by then but he was waiting outside the shop. He gave me a "wtf" we're you thinking driving like that stare. Then helped me, he changed my tire. Then recommended an alignment and offered me a coupon to a business down the way that he knew did good work. He said he'd call to let them know I was on my way, so they'd help me. I was quoted 45 dollars over the phone and that's exactly what I was charged. Super kind gentlemen, quick service. Bunch of thieves, called them about a tire, got a quote for $110 balanced and installed. When I got there, the guy Jorge looked at my rim and said it was too bent to install the tire. So he offered to fix it for $25. So I was like cool, go for it. After it was done, the rim now cost $45, the job was shitty, omg, he literally torched the crap out of my rim, left burnt spots and nothing is smooth. Then the tire now cost $120, at this point, I'm about to take flight on this fool. Long story short, his excuses for the extra charge, he needed gas to torched my rim and he got me a better tire, like ok ahole! I gave him $150 and told him to F off!!! read more

I had taken my car to the Honda dealer for another service and while that was being taken care of they called me to tell me my tire had a nail and it was repairable (patch) they said it would be $59.99. Uhhh no thank you!! I took it to Morenos and they checked it for me well it turns out the nail entered sideways so it did not puncture. So I asked how much it was and they said nothing we did not repair or do anything. Honesty is what I love about this place and of course customer service. I highly recommend it. read more
