    Rim saved! Thank you!
    Sam T.

These guys are great! Broke two lug nuts installing wheel adapters and no amount of work would get them off. Other shops dicked me around, said my rim was a lost cause, etc. This has been a pain in my ass for three days. Enter OK Tires. Not only did they ask for pictures before making me go through the trouble of bringing my Jeep there (not easy with a 17 month old), but they knew exactly what caused it, how to fix it, had it done in a few hours AND saved my rim. They even called to see if I wanted them to install the fourth and final adapter for the problem wheel. I'll proudly put up their sticker on my Jeep, refer people here in a heartbeat and any work I can't do myself goes directly to them. These people really saved my butt and my weekend offroading plans.

I am so glad I took my Jeep here. After talking with Ginger she suggested what my Jeep needed and I left it in her hands. Let me just say that I am extremely happy with the work she put into it. She installed a 4" lift and recommended Falcon AT tires. It actually looks like a real Jeep now. Thank you so much Ginger, I really appreciate all the work you did.

The men at ok tires are the best (Eric, Leonard and Lawrence). I was in a rush trying to find a business to put brakes and rotors on my boat trailer. All the other spots i went to wanted me to leave the trailer there passed the weekend. Not at OK TIRES. These men at OK tires listened to me. I sold the boat and the buyer was driving from Idaho to pick up the boat the next day. Eric put me on the priority list and had me in and out in 2 hours. The prices at OK TIRES are very fair and reasonable. Thanks a bunch to Eric and his crew. Don E.

    New rims and tires.

Ok Tire is a great place to do business. They are honest and do a wonderful job. I've been coming here for years along with other family and friends. My Jeep thanks you for all the great service and my family thanks you for keeping the family car in tip top shape.

I was hoping I just needed brake pads for the front and hopefully not all 4 wheels at the time. They were very responsive and the quote was comparable to other places, if not better. Decided to take it in on a Friday in the morning. Checked my wheels and told me I just needed the front brake pads and rotors replaced. The back was still good. Sigh of relief somewhat. They were able to get the pads and rotors replaced for little under 3 hours. Time went by and they were updating me during the whole time. Great service and team here. Will definitely bring my car back in to get other services done. No issues whatsoever with the new pads and rotors.

PROBLEM: ALIGNMENT ISSUES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, ACCOUNTABILITY…read more When I first tried to leave a review, my account was somehow blocked from posting specifically for RTM, while I could still review other businesses. I contacted Yelp, and by coincidence, the representative I spoke with was also RTM's Yelp rep. He said it was strange that I couldn't post only for RTM. After I explained my situation, he advised me not to leave a review and instead take the matter to small claims court--which I did. During the hearing, the judge seemed to understand my side, but the ruling ultimately favored RTM. Despite being advised not to post this, I'm sharing my experience here because the situation still doesn't sit right with me--especially given Yelp's controversial review practices. On 10/1/25, my rear right adjustable control arm snapped. My car has aftermarket wheels, tires, and suspension components, so a precise alignment is critical to ensure proper fitment without rubbing the fender. I initially went to TM Auto (located across from RTM) for the control arm replacement. After installation, TM took my car to RTM for alignment. I specifically asked them to match the rear right alignment to the rear left, which was set at -2.8 degrees. When I went to pick up my car, I immediately noticed the rear right wheel did not match the rear left. The camber was visibly off. I pointed this out to the technician, but he insisted the alignment was correct and that there were no machine or human errors. After repeated requests, they put the car back on the rack, but instead of rechecking, two additional technicians came out and dismissed my concerns with questionable explanations: "Toyota made the fenders uneven." "Your control arm is made in Taiwan/China--what do you expect?" Despite putting the car back on the rack, they never rechecked the alignment. They simply removed the car and stood by their original claim. With no resolution, I had no choice but to drive the car home. Because the alignment was incorrect, my tires rubbed against the fender the entire way. The next day, I found heat damage, paint cracking, and visible wear on the fender. I came back the next day to talk to Richard (the owner) hoping he would recheck everything, but it was apparent he was "too busy"--despite clearly having time to talk with other customers and then continue working on another car, while ignoring me. I waited outside RTM for over an hour trying to speak with him. When the TM Auto manager asked if he had seen the damage, his response was, "Yeah, so what?"--with no concern at all. After is when I left, and was forced to go to another shop to realign--more driving, more damage done. I used a camber gauge and measured -2.8 degrees on the rear left and -2.0 degrees on the rear right. To confirm, I took the car to my trusted shop, Chewerks in La Habra, where they verified the rear right camber was indeed -2.0 degrees and did not match the left side. Their measurements matched mine exactly. Because RTM refused to recheck or correct their work, this improper alignment caused damage to my car. The rear left side tucks properly, while the rear right sticks out about half an inch, which led directly to the rubbing and damage. I had clear documentation and evidence, but the court still ruled in RTM's favor. I chose not to appeal to avoid spending more time on the matter. A nearby body shop, Cenco Auto Body, quoted over $1,800 to repair the fender (with another shop giving a similar estimate), confirming the extent of the damage. What could have been a simple recheck turned into a costly mistake. Despite everything, RTM did not offer any compensation or attempt to make things right. Seeing RTM's highly rated Yelp profile made their response even more surprising. They're quick to take your money with a smile when things go well, but when issues arise--as in my case--they deny responsibility and make no effort to make things right (In my case, they didn't take money directly, but a receipt was given to TM Auto, and I had to pay TM Auto--which is the same as paying RTM directly). TM Auto went as far as offering RTM to help cover the repair costs, but RTM still refused. TM Auto didn't have to step in for someone else's mistake, yet they still tried--that says everything. Richard (the owner) had my contact information through the small claims process, yet he never made any effort to contact me--even before we went to assigned court date. After what happened, I'm relieved I didn't bring my other cars first--especially since those cars are of higher value. It seems RTM has many satisfied customers, along with a smaller number of unhappy ones. Hopefully, you don't end up in the latter group like me. FWIW: Following the incident, I contacted Hunter to verify when RTM's rack was last calibrated. Abel (rep) advised that its calibration was set to expire later that month. This raises the possibility that their rack may have been out of calibration.

My bass knob stopped working properly, the bass sounded weak, and everything felt off. Another shop charged me $35, told me my amp channel was burnt out, blamed a small hole in my subwoofer, and immediately tried to sell me over $420 in new equipment without even checking or resetting my settings. I came to King of Sound for a second opinion, and within less than 15 minutes they figured out the battery replacement had simply reset my audio settings. They retuned everything, made sure the system sounded right, and now my setup works perfectly again -- honestly better than before. The best part was they were professional, patient, and genuinely wanted to help instead of upsell me on things I didn't need. They didn't even charge me. It's rare to find businesses that are this honest anymore. Definitely earned my future business and recommendation.

When I came back, he explained the lights are covered under a one-year warranty, so if anything comes up, I can just bring it back and he'll take care of it--no hassle. After settling the bill, he walked me out and said, "Fire it up, check it out." And wow--my lights have never been this bright. It honestly felt like I was driving a brand-new car again. I'm extremely happy with the quality, especially for the price. I highly recommend giving King of Sounds a try if you need car alarms, rims, tires, HID/LED headlights, light bars, window tint, OEM navigation, speakers, door locks, and more. They also offer installation and repair. 5 stars, no question.

It will work, but not always be the best. This shop takes pride in the work they do. Owner is friendly and personable. I even chatted him up regarding welding, and he openly took the time to teach/show me some things to try as practice to learn better welding. This was not even related my my job!! I consider my job pretty simple... for my skill level (shade tree mechanic). I did not want to deal with it in my driveway. So I needed a shop that I would trust to do it as I would do it. I would take my time and get it right. No Wham,Bamm thank you mamm stuff. Here is an example of the little details you want in a professional shop. When putting on the clamps for the exhaust tips the owner (Sorry, I forgot your name, my bad) rotated the clamps in such a way that they would never be noticeable (clamp bolts) from the rear. This car is low and it probably would not have mattered but I know from experience from other shops that they would have just slapped the clamps on. Would have it worked? Yes. "Professional detail" no. The details matter and that is how you know you are dealing with someone that cares about the service they provide you. My job was a Corsa cat back exhaust on a 2024 Ford Mustang GT. The owner knew exactly what he was doing. Not like some other shops where it just seems like the person is guessing half the time. I work on my own project cars. So I have a certain skill level and sometimes I am that person that is guessing on how to do something. This shop was none of that. Professional and knowledgeable all the way. I will be letting everyone I know about the shop for their exhaust needs. You get what you pay for. The prices at this shop are fair, competitive and totally reasonable. Seriously I felt like I got a bargain just based on how professional the shop was. Side note- The owner has legit welding skills too. I saw examples. I would not hesitate for him to weld anything I needed done. NOT RELATED TO THIS SHOP AT ALL... Just a personal rant about some Yelp reviewers... Again NOT RELATED to this shop or any reviews of this shop...My two cents on Yelp reviews overall where people say they felt over-charged or they know they can get something cheaper. Look, you are paying for someone's skill and overhead (of the business). Stop thinking it is okay to scr3w skilled professionals of their labor because you think it SHOULD cost less. Seems you do not have the skills or understand the knowledge need to do skilled jobs you want someone to preform for you. First off just remember EVERYTHING is more expensive now. Then there is a big difference between doing a job correctly and doing a hack job that will be "good enough'. If you are one of those "good enough" shoppers, then stop leaving bad reviews all over Yelp for business that are actually trying to give you a professional and correct service. Those businesses are NOT trying to rip you off... they are trying not to screw you with shoddy service,

They installed an Eibach Pro-Truck Lift Stage 2, paired it with ELEVATE upper control arms, and mounted Method MR703 wheels with Toyo Open Country AT3 tires--the truck turned out absolutely perfect. Ken also tracked down the Heritage Wheel caps that I wanted. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knows their stuff when it comes to off-road and suspension setups. Fitment, alignment, and overall attention to detail were spot on. The LC250 rides smooth, handles better than stock, and looks incredible. Communication was clear throughout the process, timelines were met, and the quality of work speaks for itself. If you're looking for a shop you can trust with your build--whether it's suspension, wheels, tires, or general service--88 Rotors is the place to go. I'll definitely be back for future upgrades.
