I brought my car in to have lowering springs installed. I was told there might be some noise due to settling, so I gave it some time. After a week, I noticed a consistent clunking noise, so I brought the car back in. I was told it could be the exhaust, but that doesn't add up the exhaust was already on the car before the springs were installed, and there was never any noise until after the suspension work. I was then told to come back when the suspension tech was in. I returned again yesterday, and now I'm being told no one can figure out where the noise is coming from and that it is normal but yet it's coming from one side of the car if it was wouldn't it be all the sides making that noise This is a brand new car, and it didn't have any issues before the springs were installed, so clearly something isn't right. I'd really appreciate it if this could be properly diagnosed and resolved. I'm not trying to point fingers, but I just want the issue fixed or my refund so i can use that money to have a mechanic fix it . read more

This place sucks and they will mess up any installation job they do. Went in for a suspension swap on my 10th gen. Car in great condition and no issues. Until I get it back from them. Get it back seems fine until.... I see grease in my rim. Removed and inspected the area to find a ripped axle boot cover. To replace springs you have to remove the struts and undo the suspension assembly. That means separate it from the axle. Well these "Mechanics" at SoCal don't care or pay attention and messed it up. SoCal rep says they didn't do it. Never touched the axle. Never stripped bolts. Then it's that's the case how did they swap my suspension and how did my bolts get stripped? Doesn't care about clients after they get paid. Any damages or messed up jobs they did they don't wanna be responsible for it. Took my 10th gen civic to install my lowering springs and when I got the car back they had warned me about the springs making noise due to settling. As I was driving home the springs were making a super loud clunking noise so the next day I decided to take it back and have them look over everything to make sure everything was properly installed. After they had checked it they said that everything was installed correctly and they didn't know why it was making that noise. Later that night I decided to jack up the car myself because I was still hearing the noise and noticed that the rear passenger side spring was upside down and that they had ripped one of my rear sway bar links. I can't believe I took it a second time and they lied to me saying everything was perfectly installed when it obviously wasn't. Would not recommend getting anything installed here! read more

$60 buck for hid led kit and $60 for the labor. I had to go back and get a led decoder and they still don't work!! I called they wanted to charge me $90 for the led decoder. Till my friend spoke to them and they said they would only charge $25. It seems like they can't give me an answer why they're not working. I took my car to 3 shops and they all say they just of sold me some cheap lights. For my car I need strong lights or they won't work. I call them for answers and they just act completely clueless! So basically I spent $155 on something that doesn't work smh my neighbor adjust the lights and all of a sudden they work but they aren't bright!!! I would not go here again. I wasn't going to post this but then I found out they blocked me on IG so here ya go. First off my car had no issues prior to getting suspension work done at this shop. I inspected the car afterwards and what I found were stripped bolts and the shock on the right driver side looks like it was stripped a bit, as well as the spindle. The left side was okay but the right side looked like they half assed the job. So of course I contacted them through IG, because they are the last shop to work on my car so i figured if anyone knows how to help, it's them right? Wrong lol. Whoever runs their IG has very poor customer service skills. When I asked them what they can do to help me, they said nothing and that it's not on them. They admitted to having pictures of the work that was done on my car and that mechanics take a picture of everything they take out on a car when they do a job and mark it, and when I asked for those pictures, they blocked me? Come on y'all. That's how you treat customers? You just block them the moment they have issues? I'm sorry but thats terrible customer service. The least you could've done was reimburse me for the half ass job. Or at least figure out how to help me. read more

I came here over a year ago to get my hids for 80$ 6000k and it has performed great until my ballast out I returned to change my ballast, for 30$ and 20$ for labor... a bit steep for just a swap of power but fair enough I'm lazy and they have to make a living. During the week they get to your car quickly, come on the weekend expect to be waiting a little longer the waiting room isn't bad but all the products they have in glass cases make you want to spend more money here... regardless they do great work and I will be coming back to convert all my lights to LEDs. Had to try this place out. Been having trouble with my factory HID headlights in my 2013 Lexus. Wanted to convert them to LED. I purchased them online for high and low beam. There low beam wasn't the right ones so I purchased some from there. They did a great job, honest, and friendly. They installed the lights and professional about it. The LEDs that didn't fit.
