Alright so I am writing this review 2 years later when I got my system installed it was awful first off they said they would my rear camera work and said ordered the part to fix it I called non stop claiming it was back ordered and I just gave up getting it fixed, they left panels undone, broke clips on my tweeters cover that sits on the dash, and it never worked properly and for most I requested for my stock system back and they refuse to give it back to me with no reason, don't get me wrong they did give me what I paid for as in the brand and things I asked for but install wise it was awful I ended up redoing everything myself wiring was a mess they even put the power that goes from my battery to the actual system behind my clutch pedal so I could not even get into gear properly, if you are looking for a good price on product yes this is the place to go but installation is absolute awful go somewhere else read more

Date of Service 5/22/18 I had a Pioneer AVIC 7201 NEX incorrectly installed and needed to have installed correctly in my Durango. Problem 1-The camera was installed and connected to the reverse light for it's power source....which limited the use of the camera. I called Pioneer and found out that it needed to be connected to the ignition, for the power source. Problem 2-I needed the gps brake restriction overridden and module installed so I can enter addresses while the car is moving. Problem 3-I needed a usb cable routed to the glove compartment. Problem 4-I needed the steering wheel control module installed. I called and talked to Frank (I think) and he gave me prices for the correcting of each issue. The prices were fair. However, he insisted that we both look online to see if there was a way to bypass the the gps issue without him installing the module. Sure enough, we talked later...and both saw a video explaining how to override the parking brake restriction. So, immediately I'm floored because he just saved me money instead of getting over on me. So I arrive there a few days later to have my stereo fixed. I begin to ask him about LED lights and the problems some were having with them. He told me that a few friends of his had problems as well with their Dodge vehicles. However, he'd install them and if they started to flicker (a sign of them not lasting long) he'd take them out and put my regular bulbs back in. So I left my truck with him and went to grab lunch. It was probably a little over and hour and he called me letting me know my truck was ready. I got an Uber back to the shop and checked out my truck. The lights worked as they should have as well as the stereo. I will be going to Auto Image for ALL of my truck enhancement needs. I have to get my windshield re-tinted due to a windshield replacement. I'll be heading back there to have it done! I'm very big on customer service...and I was VERY pleased with the customer service and work that was done! Thanks!! read more

It's a late review, but a positive one. I got my Honda Civic done here for a great price. They were quick with finishing the tint and it looked great after. We also got my sister's 4Runner done here. I was quoted $129 for my 16' Mustang. As the saying goes when something sounds too good to be true it usually is. First, I call and ask for a quote, to my surprise it was a very good price. The guy handling orders tells me to come at 12:30, and it would be out by 4:00pm. At some point he lets me know they are busy (understandable given its a Saturday). Then I show up. I could tell from the way the guy approached me this was going to be a great experience. First of all no introduction whatsoever. "Do you have an appointment?" Nice to meet you too I guess. "You were supposed to be here at twelve" - No, You told me to be here at 12: 30. "My guy said he told you at twelve and you didn't want to leave a deposit!" "This is how we do things here Bro,It's cool bro.. It's cool" There was no mention of a deposit on the phone and given that I live very close and its a weekend I had no reason to be late or not leave you twenty dollars. But, he continued to argue with me anyway. I'm not your bro, and I have no reason to come to your business to argue with you about an appointment. This "bro" asked me if I wanted to leave my car here all day. Yeah, after this back and forth I really trust you with my car and that you'll make good on any warranty. No thank you. Given that there are tint shops within a stones throw of your location, and that my money is good everywhere. Hard pass. If you decide to do business here make sure YOU ask about making a deposit and make sure whoever is on the phone communicates that to the Bro at the front desk. He was honest and upfront I only had a digital module malfunction. He was able to replace that module and fix the mistake the previous shop made. Came in to get an alarm and I had an issue with the door lock they said it was a motor issue but upon further inspection it turned out to be just the cylinder, they fixed it and only charged for labor.
