The guys are friendly. What really upset me is their wiring work which was terrible, I didn't feel like installing it myself(which I should have). I don't like taking my car to shops at all for that reason. I ended up buying the quad connector harness that makes installs easy and cleaned up all the wiring. I'm surprised they didn't use that to begin with. I had issues after they installed my stereo and they wanted me to pay again for them to look at it/fix it. All the issues I dealt with was from their shotty work, after rewiring everything the correct way I haven't had issues with my stereo. read more

BEWARE!!!! How these guys got more than 1 star is beyond me!! I drove 25 miles, one way due to the 'star reviews". Must be friends & family that gave them anything more than ONE! Long story-short. Bought a radio, sound & alarm system from them. The installers F'd it up so badly, I ended up having to take it back to them 4 times!! In the 4 times, they managed to break my locking system on my driver's door. And the systems still don't work properly. Driving forward, the back-up camera will come on. After 4 visits, the steering wheel controls still don't work properly. Now, the alarm system has totally screwed up my entire computer system. I had to have the car towed today!. Trust me, the installers have no idea what they are doing & will screw things up! I plan on taking them to court! That's how bad it is. I got a touch stereo which I received as a Christmas gift and back up camera which I bought at the store installed. This month the stereo started flickering on and off after when I hit a dip a bit, and then the car would flash all alert lights and stop working. I brought it back in worried there may be electrical problems from the stereo. They figured out it was my battery which was not installed properly. Mind you, I had been at the dealer a week before for a seperare issue and was told everything was okay. They were nice enough to bolt the battery down properly and not charge me for the trouble. Now they're threatening me over the phone from these two numbers saying they know my address. Whatever that is supposed to mean. Shady business. I'm giving this place a 2 star because overall the install was good. I got a T style touch screen installed on my F-250. It looks great I like it a lot however I was quoted a 3 hour job I dropped it off at 10:30am I had no call from them I come back at 6:30pm asking about my truck and still wasn't done. I was told 10 more minutes so this went on roughly another hour. I didn't leave this shop until 7:30 as far as reliability they did not hold up to what they said in store. Granted I had a friend with me also that got his Jeep done at the same time we were told his would take 4 to 5 hours to be done, even with that no communication. By the time they had completed my truck that was suppose to take 3 hours the didn't really go through setting anything up for me other than Bluetooth music. That was it. So since it was late already I just had gotten off from work I want to go home. Come to find out the mic that was installed was in a spot of the truck that was an eyesore. I did not like the location of it and was not asked where i may have wanted it or questions regarding it. I come down here one last time to ask if they can relocate the mic because it's an eyesore and I'm not happy with it. They needed up getting aggravated over me not satisfied with the work they did. Honestly if the customer is paying you the shop $1500 for the part and install and to have it installed professionally don't get upset at the customer be upset with the work you are putting out! read more

Hardwired my dashcam. They did a great job. It has been a few months and their job is holding up. It was also a good value. They did seem to take forever to get my car into the mechanic area, it seemed like a pretty small job to them to hardwire a dashcam but it the total it took them was 3-4 hours. BEWARE!!! BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS! They wii screw you, just like they did to me. Before signing the invoice be sure that you have compared the right price. If they made an over price and you sign the invoice you are hooked, you cannot return the item even if you did not open yet the box, you are already screwed. They will not return the harness wires that was not used even the harness wire from the one that they pulled out. You can not see what they are doing to your car not like in other shops that you can see through the glass. I have a satellite radio before installation now gone. It took them almost 6 hours installing and there are two who installed the stereo i bought from them and I'm not satisfied how they set it up, i think the two installers are rooky. I had a system installed in January of 2019 in my 2001 Jeep Wrangler , it came with a 6 month warranty. Well I got an Amp error on it Sept 1, 2019 and the system was not operating. Today Sept 6th I had the opportunity to go in and have it looked at , I thought for sure they were going to tell me that it was out of warranty but No they immediately took it back offered my a seat and water and hour later told it was fixed .
