Damaged my brand new car and refused to take responsibility. "I took my brand new vehicle here for tinting on January 9th. It was returned to me covered in exterior water spots, interior drips, and significant water stains on the headliner. I spent hours cleaning the interior and exterior myself, but the headliner stains remained. After multiple attempts to resolve this, I brought the car back today. I was told they couldn't wash the car because they would likely leave 'swirl marks' on the paint--an unbelievable admission for a professional shop. Most shockingly, after being patient through weeks of excuses, the owner Steve called me 'unprofessional' and told me they no longer wanted my business because I asked for the damage to be fixed. I paid the price through Groupon, but when I arrived at the location, I was told that what I had paid for covered only very basic materials with no warranty. They charged me an extra $150.00 to upgrade. I consider this a highly unprofessional way of doing business. read more

I came to get 5 windows tinted on a Friday because I had purchased a Groupon. Everything was fine at first bet then when I was going home the rear windshield tint started pealing. I called them that day and scheduled an appointment to completely redo the tint Monday since there were also massive air bubbles in the tint. I came back that Monday and the told me I needed to make ANOTHER appointment cause no one was there to fix it. They also left a DIRTY RAG in the back seat of my car so overall, very unprofessional would not recommend. read more

I have been coming here 10 plus years and have had at least six of my vehicles done here. I have always been happy with their work and guarantee. I stopped by today and met with Omar, the Manager, who now runs the place for the owner, Kent, whom always did my windows. He said Kent is retired but he runs the shop for him. The business looked the same as it did when Kent was there. The shop is extremely clean with excellent lighting. Although they were working on two other cars they told me they could take me and it would take about 40 minutes or less. I opted for the more expensive 3M ceramic tint, as I wanted no UV rays coming through. The ceramic tint keeps out 99 percent of UV rays according to Omar and the Manufacture. It also lets in less heat than the regular 3M Tint. For my two front windows on my vehicle it was $225 cash. About 30 minutes later they were done. I asked about a previous Yelper who posted about bubbles left on his tint and he reminded me that bubbles will always disappear as the heat dissipates the moisture. All of their tint comes with a lifetime warranty and Omar said if I'm not happy with the tint to bring it back and they will fix it. I didn't see any bubbles in my tint and saw that it came out very nice. It appears Kent's workmanship is being upheld by Omar and his small team here. I would highly recommend this place for any high end vehicle or classic vehicle that you want quality tint. You pay for what you get. Thank you Tint Masters. CAUTION: Honestly, if I could give this place a zero review I would. Years ago I brought my vehicles to this place and my experience was terrific. I don't know if there's an ownership change since, but the customer experience is definitely not the same. The customer service was terrible from the onset, the employee was rude and unprofessional when I called with questions and quotes. However, because they did such a great job years ago, I still decided to bring my car in. When I was there, its much more of the same, the dude treated me like I was an annoyance. My gut instinct was telling me to take my business elsewhere, and I should of listened, but I went through with it because of the good work they did (years ago) and I wanted the 3M ceramic tint. When I came to pick up my car, I noticed air bubbles in the rear passenger window, brought it to the employee's attention and he claims its actually "moisture" spots and not air bubbles and should go away in a few hours...so I drove home. Fast forward to the next day, sure enough the "moisture" spots were still there so I brought my car back to the shop and was treated again by the same employee like I was an annoyance. He was annoyed?? I, the CASH paying customer, had to waste my time and come back because y'all screwed up to begin with...but he's the one annoyed?? After a few attempts of him trying to squeeze the "moisture" spots out, he finally agreed to re-do the tint. While I was standing there waiting, the employee came back and told me he needed to remove the decal that was on the outside of the same window, something about the heat of the equipment he was using?? I couldn't really understand him, but since I just wanted to get the ish fixed and be on my way, I gave him the okay to remove the decal. But thinking afterwards, I'm like "why wasn't the decal (on the outside of the window) an issue when they first put the tint on? But it is now?" After they were done "fixing" it, I looked at the tint and everything looked fine so I left. However, because the sun was glaring on the window when I was examining the work, I didn't see that they had scratched the outside of the same window until I was in my garage. They scratched my window with razor marks from less than half an inch to a full inch. These scratch marks on the outside were not old, I had a decal there, they scratched it when they removed my decal. And then when I opened my back seat doors to get a closer look, I noticed they freaking spill soda or whatever ALL over the back seat and the back door panels!! (see pics) Its just my gf and I, so there's rarely anyone sitting in the back, matter of fact, I don't even recall the last time someone sat back there. Dude I was so pissed!!! I had to spend even more money to get the seats cleaned and detailed. read more

I had my 2 front windows on my Tesla X tinted today by Tint Masters. I was told it would take 3 hours, it took 4 hours! They said the delay was because the tint film wouldn't stick to the window and they had to redo it 3 times. Also, they left their trash on the floor on the drivers side. Not recommeded. read more

Kent no longer owns the business and only one original installer is still there. New owner is your typical sleazy salesman. Gives one price on the phone and then doubles it when showing up. Then even tries to upsell from 3M Colorstable to more expensive options. Really a shame, used to be a great shop. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE....I wish there was a negative star option, the service is that bad. We have been coming to this location for decades in our family. Never thought it would become what it is today. We originally brought our new truck in for a quote, then returned about two weeks later for the service (Tint both sides windows, the back window & our windshield). Day of service we were charged $100 more than originally quoted. Instead of the $50 discount they offered for all windows being done. The vehicle was not even a year old, and had zero problems on initial inspection which is on the paperwork received upon drop off. We had inspected every inch when we bought it two weeks prior also. When we picked up the vehicle upon completion, the windshield was cracked. We were told it was due to a small crack that was already there, then spread after tint was applied. Again, NO CRACK ON THE INSPECTION WHEN DROPPED OFF VEHICLE. We went round and round with the staff, were promised they would "Make it Right & take care of it". Again waited for the repair to happen as the truck requires a new windshield. After many false promises of when it would be done, finally returned in person & they denied they would be fixing THEIR MISTAKE. They finally "refunded" what they charged for just the windshield originally, while we still need a new one. We are out about AN ADDITIONAL $200 after having to fix their mistake. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE STAFF, HORRILBE WORK. Save yourself, go anywhere else!!!! read more

In all honest I wouldn't give this place one star. They're so over priced it's ridiculous. When I got my first car I got all 6 windows tinted and the bar. They only charged me 275$. Now 2 years later I brought my new car to get ONLY 2 of my windows tinted and they tryed to charge me 250$ !!!! The guy told me they charge $160 each window ??? But how is it 250$ for 2 & 1/2 windows. They really be scamming some of their loyal customer and it sad. Greed is an evil thing ! I called Tint Masters because I wanted to get a tint visor on my chevy spark. Ben told me they were completely booked for the day but if I went there within the hour he could install it pretty quick. Upon entering Tint Masters, Ben acknowledged me quickly and asked how he could help me. This was completely different than the previous tint shop I went to where I stood in the garage for 5 minutes before the worker noticed me and then had an attitude like I was inconveniencing him. While I was in the waiting room I noticed that ceramic tint blocks something like 80% of the infrared light/ heat - depending on the level you choose. The last time I got my car windows tinted, which was maybe a decade ago, the tint I was sold was used strictly for appearance. With this summer being so hot I thought about it and decided to come back the following week to tint the rest of my car. It was one of the best car-related decisions I've ever made. My car is much cooler when I get in and also when I'm driving. Also, the air conditioner doesn't have to work as hard to keep my car cool. I have black leather interior and before tinting my windows I often had trouble with how hot my steering wheel and seats would get - and that was with using a sun shade! The window tint has also helped tremendously with driving on the freeway at night. Before my back window was tinted I had to be vigilant about moving out of the way of cars whose headlights were so bright in my rearview mirror that it gave me vision issues. Now with my back window tinted, bright headlights are diffused enough that driving at night is much less distressing. If you're like me and you're on the fence about tinting your windows or choosing a window tint shop, I hope I've helped you choose Tint Masters. Based off of multiple recommendations from people in our local community Facebook page, my wife booked an appointment for this past Wednesday. She was advised to take the car in between 8 am - 9 am, and I arrived at approximately 0825. Made contact with a gentleman by the name of Ben. Ben was very informative about the legalities of window tint when I told him I didn't want my little girl to get pulled over for a tint that was too dark and recommended the second lightest tint that was on a board mounted to the wall and told me that the owner of the business has had that same tint on one of his vehicles for 9 years and hasn't gotten pulled over yet, so I went with that one for the front windows based off of his feedback. Ben told me to call back at about 1 pm to see if the car was ready or not, and on the dot, I called back, and he told me it was ready. Went back, and picked it up, and it was a thing of beauty! Ben saw me off and reminded me of their lifetime guarantee and also explained to me that I couldn't roll down the windows for a certain time period and to also bring it back if it bubbled up for any reason within the next 48 hours of driving off. I understand this business has great customer reviews. However, my review is regarding my particular quote and customer service rendered. I called the shop today Tuesday - November 3rd at 8:00 a.m. to make an appointment for Saturday - November 7th. I explained to the gentleman who answered the phone specifics on what I needed tinted for my vehicle. He had stated that he had customers in the shop and would contact me in 15 to 20 minutes. It has already been over an 2 hours and I have not received a call back. As such, I will not be conducting business with them.
