This is an update to my previous review. After I posted my review a few days later, Jeff the owner reached out to me and apologized for the lack of communication. He explained to me what was going on at the time and offered me complimentary services. I wanted to give them another chance because after we initially connected for my broken window, I saw they offered other services that I was interested in. I scheduled an appointment with Jeff to tint my two front windows. This time, communication was excellent--they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Jeff even stopped by to check on me while I was waiting. After the job was completed, he reviewed everything with me and explained the tinting process in detail. They did an amazing job matching the front tint to my back privacy windows. It's been over a week, and everything still looks great. I'm very disappointed with the service I received. The tint was installed crooked, so I took the vehicle back to the shop. I was told there was nothing they could do at the moment and that they would need approval from a manager, which means I now have to return again in a few days. On top of that, both of my passenger-side door handles. The front and rear were damaged while the vehicle was being worked on. My first time using Superior, I selected them based on their status with 3M and proximity to my home. Their staff is nice and they were able to fit me quickly. I had planed on using them for my F250 and CX-5, this review is based on the F250. The things that lead to a 3 rating are I wasn't given my 3M warranty card with my invoice and had to request it from two different employees, I selected ceramic IR and it didn't have the 3M logo you clean off with alcohol like Crystaline so it made concerned I didn't have 3M tint. Second the truck wasn't returned as clean as it was given, water runs on my doors and looks like they laid film or something on the windshield cause it was streaked. Lastly the tint is short of the window edge and the gap varies in each window(the tint they removed from the front windows had no gap and the 3M installer I normally use doesn't leave this gap). read more

This shop gave a great efficient and professional experience from the start of giving information tutorial of the different tint product types to the final walkthrough and warranty information. Norberto and Jeff were amazing help. I reached out through yelp quote request and they were one of the first to respond and helped give their full no nonsense quotes over email correspondence making it super easy. Entering the shop felt hole on the wall but they know their products and know their process very well. It was nice to be offered water and other drinks and snacks that are available to customers. I did a full tint job for my prius and went with the Ceramic IR. At pick up time, At first I was a little taken aback by the job; it looked great from afar, but there was bubbling and other marks BUT the team was patient with me and took the time to double walkthrough and explain that there is a curing process for the tint. I'd definitely come back and recommend anyone looking for an honest window shop, specifically for tint, to contact the shop and get a quote. I politely let them know I was going to pass, yet the owner continued texting and calling multiple times asking when I wanted to move forward. The frustrating part is there was never any new information, discounts, specials, incentives, or revised pricing--just repeated pressure to commit to the same quote I had already declined. After I directly addressed the unwanted follow-up, I was told in writing that my number would be marked as not moving forward and that there would be no further contact. I still received another call later that same day. I can't speak on the quality of their tint work since I never became a customer, but I can absolutely speak on the sales experience. Well, my wife went down there to get some windows tinted and when she arrived, the whole shop smelled like pot inside and out. It was terrible. I don't know why they're trying to impose their lifestyle on the public. I would never recommend this place again very immature, lack of professionalism. I don't know why they think that they just get smoked pot in a workplace. I recommend you go somewhere else that the respect of the customers I won't be going back there at all. Well added to my review my wife is 100% sure she was at your shop. There's no doubt about it. I just hate having her go somewhere and these young people are so disrespectful to the customers and my wife. She was very upset. She had to go outside cause it stunk up so much in there and I don't need to talk to you. I'm just very discouraged a business owner doesn't know what's going on in his shop but that's OK.
