I needed a windshield repair since a rock caused a crack in my window. I submitted a request through yelp and Michelle contacted me within 20 minutes to give me more information and to give me a quote. Upon arrival they take a look at the job and let me know it will still be visible but you'll be able to see it a little less and will prevent the crack from spreading. The job was done quicker than quoted which is great. Overall, they did a great job and would recommend this place to anyone who experiences a crack in their window. Their prices are also great.

I originally found Superior Auto Glass & Tint on Yelp and had all my questions answered for windshield by Christina. She provided a quote that best fit my budget. And that led me to come here to replace my windshield. Then when I came in I was assisted by Norberto who was very welcoming and professional. The wait wasn't too long and I was able to get wifi so I can work. Plus the have free drinks and snacks which is a plus. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get windshield service.

Went in initially to get my Tesla Model Y tinted, but they were so fast and so professional I also had my Polestar 2 tinted as well. All options explained very clearly, no pressure just informative employees. Great communication, and they even fit both cars in same day. Even grabbed a Dr Pepper and some chips from their complimentary snack bar. Installation looks great so far (24 hours later), will come back again for cars in the future and will definitely recommend!

I had an excellent experience getting my car window replaced, and a huge part of that was thanks to Jeff. From the very beginning, he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and transparent. He took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand, without any pressure or confusing jargon. I never felt rushed or talked down to, which I really appreciated. Jeff clearly knows his craft and made sure I understood my options, the quality of the glass being used, and what to expect before and after the installation. On top of that, his pricing was noticeably more fair than other places I had called, with no hidden fees or surprise costs. If you're looking for someone honest, professional, and genuinely helpful, I highly recommend working with Jeff.

I had another great experience with Superior Auto Glass & Tint Shop, which is why I continue to return. I came back today, December 12th, to have the front windows on my GMC Acadia tinted darker, and once again the service was excellent from start to finish. Norberto and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done exactly the way I wanted. They truly take the time to listen and care about the quality of their work. The tint came out clean, even, and looks amazing--exactly what I was hoping for. The day before, on December 11, 2025, they also tinted my Honda, and that job turned out just as great. You can tell this shop takes pride in their work, and Jeff, the owner,clearly runs a great team. I'm very happy with the results and will continue to recommend them to family and friends. If you're looking for professional, high-quality window tinting and excellent customer service, this is definitely the place to go.

This shop gave a great efficient and professional experience from the start of giving information tutorial of the different tint product types to the final walkthrough and warranty information. Norberto and Jeff were amazing help. I reached out through yelp quote request and they were one of the first to respond and helped give their full no nonsense quotes over email correspondence making it super easy. Entering the shop felt hole on the wall but they know their products and know their process very well. It was nice to be offered water and other drinks and snacks that are available to customers. I did a full tint job for my prius and went with the Ceramic IR. At pick up time, At first I was a little taken aback by the job; it looked great from afar, but there was bubbling and other marks BUT the team was patient with me and took the time to double walkthrough and explain that there is a curing process for the tint. I'd definitely come back and recommend anyone looking for an honest window shop, specifically for tint, to contact the shop and get a quote. They gave me what I feel is a great value in the product and customer service.

Had a great experience at superior auto styling when it came to fixing my front windshield. Windshield got chipped on Saturday and got a quote same day. Very reasonable price for a chip and not needing to replace whole window. I was able to book appointment Tuesday and they explained everything and offer warranty. This is an update to my previous review. After I posted my review a few days later, Jeff the owner reached out to me and apologized for the lack of communication. He explained to me what was going on at the time and offered me complimentary services. I wanted to give them another chance because after we initially connected for my broken window, I saw they offered other services that I was interested in. I scheduled an appointment with Jeff to tint my two front windows. This time, communication was excellent--they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Jeff even stopped by to check on me while I was waiting. After the job was completed, he reviewed everything with me and explained the tinting process in detail. They did an amazing job matching the front tint to my back privacy windows. It's been over a week, and everything still looks great. Reached out for a window tint quote and ultimately decided it was outside my budget. I politely let them know I was going to pass, yet the owner continued texting and calling multiple times asking when I wanted to move forward. The frustrating part is there was never any new information, discounts, specials, incentives, or revised pricing--just repeated pressure to commit to the same quote I had already declined. After I directly addressed the unwanted follow-up, I was told in writing that my number would be marked as not moving forward and that there would be no further contact. I still received another call later that same day. I can't speak on the quality of their tint work since I never became a customer, but I can absolutely speak on the sales experience. In my case, "no thanks" was not respected. read more

Had a huge crack on my windshield and needed to get replaced. I looked around multiple places and found this place. Im so glad that I did because the work done was amazing and the people were great. Noberto assisted me and walked me through all the details and reassured me of the quality of work I could expect. He also guided me in getting the IR protection for the windshield to reduce heat, block UVs, and help with chips that could occur. Also, after getting my initial quote, I did call around a lot of different places and they were more affordable while still being top notch. I still need my other windows tinted and serviced so I'll definitely be back and refer all my friends and family also. read more

I had discovered a push-pin sized star on my windshield. I contacted Superior and from start to finish the process was smooth. Michelle answered my call on a Sunday and had scheduled the appointment for Monday. The next day I drove up the road right after work and when all was said and done the star had been filled and now it's barely visible. It didn't take very long at all. Do not expect them to honor their lifetime warranty. We got our van windows tinted by them years ago. The tint is now peeling off, distorted, and bubbling. I took the van into Superior Auto Styling for warranty inspection in May 2025 where they took video and pictures. And I still have yet to hear an update from them even after calling many times, left several messages, as well as emailing them. They said it would be about 2 weeks to hear back and it's now over a year and they are very obviously ghosting me. read more

This is my second time coming here, I will definitely be back, I tinted my back windows and they came out great, then I got my son's car windows tinted all the way around and the job was awesome. It's convenient to my house and each representative b that assisted me was very thorough and knowledgeable on the type of tint I should get. My overall experience with the was great, everyone is very friendly and willing to help and answer any questions. They also offer snacks and beverages while you're waiting for your ride to come pick you up. Jeff is very friendly, and very educated based on what they do at the shop. The shop has been around for over 20 years and has kept up a wonderful reputation. The over the phone experience is also great, they are very organized in booking your appointments, they will provide you as to which days are available because they can be booked up. My overall experience in person at the shop was wonderful, they had greeted me as soon as I arrive and they do not only take care of the questions that you have, they also make an effort to have a conversation with you to make you feel comfortable (wonderful customer service). Jeff even offered me a ride to take me to where I needed to go if I wasn't able arranged a ride. The service I went with them is to apply a full front 3m paint protection film on my brand new 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring. Although there are minor parts of the film that aren't adhering as it should, he told me to come back in a couple weeks to get it fix/adjusted since I am going back to them to get my tints done as well. I am very satisfied with the job and service that was provided. They have definitely met my expectations in customer service, product knowledge, and skills. If you are looking for a shop that can get things done right and trustworthy, this is the place to go. I highly recommend everyone to go check them out. I must say this is my first review and definitely worth it. As far as experiences go this shop went above and beyond.not only with the price but the quality and costumer service. Brent made this process as simple and detailed as possible and Rachel the manager was a breath of fresh air and a complete positive energy. The place was welcoming and comforting. Brent informed me instead of selling me, I truly felt helped and walked through on the process and Rachel was one of the nicest people I've come across. I didn't come in on good terms, no one is happy to get glass repaired and then retinted but the two in the front made this a pleasant experience. Rachel made my day from an unconvincing situation to an enjoyable situation with her contagious laughter and pleasant demeanor and Brent made what a thought was going to be a tough process smooth. Over all you get what you pay for with car places and this place is the most bang for your buck. My experience here went so well I almost want to go back to enjoy my time waiting for my vehicle. It's takes a while but you get what you pay for and I'd rather pay for quality life time warranty work than some cheap tint shop for my vehicle. I was sold on the customer service alone and then my vehicle came out spotless. It also helps in this economy to know you're supporting a family owned small business. The years in the business is a no brainer. I hope if there's ever new employees but the time I get back they are just as genuine and kind people as Brent and Rachel were to me today. First time having car work done where I didn't feel scammed. 10/10 recommend I will for sure come back and hope to work with Rachel again. Thank you both so much. Absolute Perfection - My Lamborghini Urus Has Never Looked Better! I recently brought in my 2025 Lamborghini Urus to Superior Auto Styling for a full-body clear bra (paint protection film), ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint, and I can honestly say these guys are on another level. From start to finish, the experience was flawless -- professional communication, spotless facility, and pure attention to detail. The clear bra installation is immaculate. Every panel was wrapped edge-to-edge with precision -- no seams, no bubbles, no stretch marks. You literally can't tell there's film on the paint, yet it gives complete protection against rock chips and scratches. The ceramic coating they applied took the finish to a whole new level -- deep, mirror-like gloss and insane hydrophobic properties. Water just beads and rolls off effortlessly, and cleaning the car now takes a fraction of the time. Their ceramic window tint was the perfect finishing touch. The heat rejection is phenomenal -- it keeps the cabin cool even on the hottest days, and the clean, elegant look fits the Urus perfectly without affecting visibility. Jeff and his team went above and beyond, explaining every step, showing me the products, and delivering on time. You can tell they take pride in their craft and truly care about every vehicle that comes through their shop. I called this company and received a quote from Veronica. I learned later on that she was new and I completely understand what it like to be a new employees and learning curves. I was given a quote to replace my back window to one of my work trucks and accepted the price and scheduled a same day, on site instillation. When the installer arrived "on time" he told me the wrong part was ordered and he couldn't do anything about it. He proceeded to contact the owner of the company and explained the situation. A different representative of the company called me and offered me no discount and was looking to reschedule the install the following day. Since I needed this truck for deliveries, I was forced to rent another truck. I told the new representative of the company that I'll pass and I wasn't going to work there company. The owner of the business called me immediately (Jefferson) and he and I had a good talk that in retrospect earned my appreciation. Since I'm a business owner and know that mistakes happen and this is life, I respect the owner's time and support his efforts to make it right. He and the installer are scheduled to come to my office this morning to complete the job with the right part. The reason why I gave them 5 stars is because of the owners efforts to make it right. He took charge and reminds me of my mattress business when we need to handle issues correctly. read more

Hands Down the Best in the Business! I recently took my car to Superior Auto for a full-body clear bra, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint, and I'm honestly blown away by how good everything turned out. Out of all the tinting places nearby, this one had the most reasonable prices and Jeff was able to get me an appointment in a couple of days to install the window tint and clear bra paint protection and ceramics coating on my 2023 BMW. Most other shops I called were scheduling appointments one or two months out. I arrived at a very clean and professional looking shop. All the staff was very friendly , professional and informative. They even offered us snack and beverages as soon as we arrive. The process was very efficient and everyone skews what they're doing. They completed the install for for both window tint and clear bra and ceramic coating in 4 days and it looks amazing. I can't believe how much better my car looks now after the tint was installed and only of that , I have to peace of mind know that my paint will be protected from all the debris coming at me on the highway. Reasonable prices, great location, and lifetime warranty. Nothing more to ask for, will be a customer for life. They also provided me with lifetime warranty on workmanship and the film so any issues with it , I can always come back . Can't beat that. And it nationwide coverage. I can't thank Jeff and the team for making this happen in a short period of time. read more

A++++++ WINDOW/TINT SHOP!!! I was skeptical about this place at first because of 93 reviews and they have all 5 stars. I thought that was impossible. But after dealing with them today I found out on my own that they deserve all these good reviews! This place is well organized and on time. I got a courtesy text a day prior to my appointment and another before my appointment. I was greeted by Peter who was very helpful and really friendly. He broke down the different types of tint and what would best suit me. He did not try to force me into anything and made everything nice and easy. The place on the inside is nice, they have a spot for customers that can watch some TV while they get their car done. I just decided to head home and just waited for the call for them to be done. They got done 1 hour earlier then they estimated which was great. When I got there my car was out front waiting for me and it looked amazing! I've gotten some tint work done before and I already noticed things that stood out to me. This tint job looks great and I have no doubts about it. Overall experience was perfect. I would definitely recommend anyone to get a tint job or any job done here. They have a discount for yelpers too! Thanks again! read more

Absolutely the best service every time. My tires seem to be nail magnets and in the past 2 years, I have been to SUPERIOR AUTO REPAIR / TIRES AND SMOG in ontario to get punctures seen to (and eventually new tires installed) about 5 times. We laugh every time I turn up as they know me pretty well now - 'the lady in the Porsche.' Ive also taken my other cars here to auto repair and they have really great pricing when i called around. Each time, the guys here are friendly and always really effecient. I have never waited more than an, and they have also given me really good advice when I needed to purcahse tires. Today, I called them pretty close to closing time as I'd just gotten what felt like my 100th puncture and they told me to come in anyway, even though I was cutting it fine time wise. I was in and out in 20 - service with a smile! Everyone there is so friendly and they didn't make me feel awkward about turning up that late on a Friday afternoon. I'll never take my business anywhere else even though I no longer live close to them like I used to. You're the BEST. read more

Beautiful Saturday morning watching my son's baseball game when all of a sudden, the foul ball went through my rear window. A fellow parent recommended this business and when I checked Yelp - all the reviews were good. I made the call and was asked to come right down to the shop for the repair. The workers met me at the front door, drove my car into the back of the shop and went right to work. This was perfect and I was able to return to the park to watch my son's second game. No messy paperwork, friendly service and on top of that....I was greeted by the very handsome owner of the business. He came out to make sure I was comfortable, asked if I needed anything to drink and made sure that I had everything I needed while I waited. WOW!! You do not see customer service like this any more EVER! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of window repair or tinting...they absolutely treated me like family even though this was my first time at the store. I am telling my family, friends and everyone else to bring their business here. read more

Came here to get my Tesla tint, ceramic coating, and PPF done. Heard many good reviews so I thought I would give it a shot here. Let me say Jeff the business owner did not disappoint one bit!! Upon dropping my car off, Jeff went over pricing and and that it would take 3 days to finish, maybe 2. Then he actually offered to let me borrow his BMW to drive for a few days while he worked on my car. I had to decline because I live far away and didn't have a place to garage his nice car. So he offered to drive me home! Amazing customer service I must say. 2 days later, Jeff gives me a text saying the car is ready. Unexpectedly quick turnaround! I get to the place and inspect the car and everything looked amazing. I couldn't believe how different my car looks. Overall I am 1000% a happy customer and am at an aw how great his service is here at his shop. I've actually never experienced the level of VIP service like this before and am extremely pleased. If you need any tint, ceramic, or PPF work, you must give this place a shot. You will not be disappointed!! read more

I kept putting off tinting my car windows for way too long. I finally decided to schedule my tinting, and turned to Yelp to find the right company. I used the Request a Quote feature to get some quotes and Superior was the first company to reply back with a detailed quote on different films and how much it would be for my car. I booked an appointment for them to come to my house that same week to do my tints. The fact I was able to do that all right through the Yelp app is pretty awesome. I came to the shop 2 days later and dropped it. The price was reasonable and quality of product was the best in the industry . They have and amazing lounge where they serve coffee and snacks and even beer for their clients if you choose to wait.My car looks completely different - and no longer gets as hot inside. The tints will protect my interior, which is what I was most interested in.They accepted credit card and cash. Your tints will come with a guarantee as well, in case they start to peel.Thanks to Jeff and his team for the awesome service! read more

Amazing experience with this shop from beginning to end. The customer service was excellent and everyone was professional friendly and very helpful throughout the entire process. From getting a quote over the phone to booking the appointment everything was smooth and easy and communication was great the whole time. When I arrived at the shop I was greeted right away and the staff was very informative accommodating and made the process stress free. I chose to have my windshield replaced along with window tint and I am extremely happy with both services. The windshield installation was done perfectly and the tint came out flawless with clean edges and no bubbles. The quality of work and attention to detail really stood out and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Windshield needed replacement. Came across Superior Auto Glass looked to be highly recommended based on the Yelp reviews (of course had to take everything with a grain of salt). I did call a few other options locally, and their price couldn't be beat. So all was left was to hope their service and workmanship delivered as to their name. Called and made appointment w/Mike (Saturday), great friendly and helpful service. Greeted and introuduced himself immediatley upon exiting my vehicle. He pointed out waiting options (Starbucks, restaurants, etc). Briefed me of what to expect as well as estimated time frame for completion (1-1.5hrs.) Work area was clean an organized and technician got to work right away. Once completed Mike briefed me on length of time to leave tape on. Inspected, nice and brand new looked great! Technician's name was Ricardo and did an excellent job! Overall Superior lived up to it's name. Highly recommended! read more

Came in to fix a crack on our windshield that needed to be fixed ASAP. Jeff helped us out and made an appointment for the next morning. After realizing the we stated the wrong model of the car, they drove out to get a NEW windshield and came back and fixed our car. They even saved our parking permit (sticker on windshield) and stuck it onto the new one. While waiting for the car to be fixed, we got constant updates on the process as well as an estimated finish time. They were very efficient and transparent with their work. Excellent customer service. Christina (who was working the front office) was kind and funny. We talked to her and Jeff for the whole time we were waiting. Time flew by so quickly!! At the end Jeff offered to fix ANOTHER part (the door) for free, since he noticed it was not in good condition. Came here randomly after someone suggested it to us, and we couldn't be happier. read more

This was my first time at this shop. I went through the reviews and had to see for myself what the hype was about and I was not disappointed. This IS the shop to have your car with. The quality of work was impeccable, the workers made sure my car was clean and whipped down and walked me out to my car to make sure I was happy with the work before I left. Brent was so informative and patient, Amber was professional and friendly from the start of me walking in. And then to top all of it off I had the pleasure of working with and speaking with Rachel who was BEAUTIFUL inside and out. The staff seemed to really enjoy their job. I even got a good laugh out with them. The customer service was nothing like I've ever experienced before at a shop. They've gained a life long customer and I will recommend this place to everyone. I would normally tint my own windows but for this car I wanted Proffesional work, I bought my Lexus Ct200 on last month it's a base model that came from New York, but had no tint... Found this place after considering many places, I was not disappointed with my tint job, Staff was knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Job took about 3 hours, I didn't realize how tint could change the look of a vehicle, but I'm glad I went through these guys, the place looks clean , they had netflix in the waiting area. they offered me snacks and drink while i waited for my car to get done. i highly recommend this place for someone wanting tint on their vehicle and want a great customer service. they made me really feel comfortable and the job came out amazing. I am a business man traveling down from Oregon for a trade show. My Chevy Silverado crew cab pickup was piled full of trade show material, and somehow the stuff against the back heated window blew it out. There was glass everywhere! As I was on a very tight schedule, and was not familiar with any local shops I Googled Auto glass Ontario. Superior Auto Glass seemed to be the top pick for glass shops. I called, made an appointment for the next day. When I showed up the replacement heated glass was there, the technicians were ready, and helped me clear some room in the truck bed to do the repair. The replacement was done very fast, and the staff cleaned the broken glass from the cab of the truck. Waiting room and shop were clean, and the staff very friendly. read more

I had a crack on my windshield and immediately called Superior Auto Glass. I spoke with Cristina and said that I could make the appointment for the same day. I went to the one on vineyard and 4th because it was the one closest to me. I got there on time for my appointment and was greeted right away by Cristina and Jeff, the owner. They took my car keys and worked on my car right away. The waiting area is great coz they offer coffee, water, energy drinks and snacks. They can also drop you off at the mall if you wanted to while waiting for your car to be fixed. I opted not to since it only took 20 mins for my cracked windshield to be fixed. Overall, great customer service and excellent work at competitive prices. Would definitely recommend this place. read more
