Great experience with Scott and the crew at Perfect Touch. I have taken my last few cars to different tint shops over the years, but this one is an organization. Like you, I sent estimates to all the shops through Yelp and everyone is fairly close in price for similar tint types. Scott was the only one of the multiple companies that not only answered my questions thoroughly in the estimate, but followed up days later with a text, wanting to know if I was still interested in moving forward. They tinted every window, sunroof and windshield with the ceramic tint. After the car was done and they brought it outside, I had to immediately jump on an important Zoom meeting for 30 minutes. If you are curious about the ceramic tint keeping out heat, I sat in my car the whole time with the car off, in the sun (78* outside), and the inside of the car did not get hot!! Customer service was 5 star. Scott goes above and beyond to earn and keep your business. Personally, I don't understand the stars on this place. My husband and I wrongly trusted the reviews. We brought in my Z71 Chevy Tahoe with NO previous tint, I thought "easy" right? I guess not for them. I had to take it back for the THIRD time to replace lent bubbles/scratches. I first brought it back to replace my passenger window for a big patch of lent left toward the bottom of the window (wish I took a picture). That day I told them that my front windshield also had bubbles on both the left and the top side of the window as well as a scratch on the bottom. They said "wait two weeks, it'll go away" (look at the pictures) 2 WEEKS later nothing went away! "Bring it in they say" here I go AGAIN to replace it. I'm thinking ok it was a mistake, wtv. Even after the second time I went to have them fix it, there are yet again, lent bubbles!! Travis said "it happens, the wind. People pass by. It's common. We're human" You're telling me you couldn't get it right the first time and you couldn't get it right the second time either? I get mistakes, but it's a problem when it doesn't get resolved after your FIRST mistake. THIS IS MY THIRD time taking it back. I also want to add that they totally gave me a brown tint instead of black the second time around. Of course they deny it, but tell me why it magically turned black after having it replaced again? Now apparently there are no refunds for basic work, unsatisfied? Too bad. I have now taken it back for my third and final time. I wasted time and money coming back MULTIPLE times. With Uber rides and them having to keep the truck for almost an entire day! What a loss. NEVER HAVE I EVER had to go back to any other shop before. They charge a pretty penny to get basic work. I've been to many tint places, having other cars tinted over the past 20+ years, and I'm comfortable saying this has been the best experience so far. I requested a quote through Projects on Yelp, and Perfect Touch was among five other businesses that submitted a quote and responded to my request. Most of the quotes were in the same ballpark, and some were considerably more. While price was a factor in consideration, it was not the main one. Quality of materials, warranty, customer service, and service availability were most important to me. What put Perfect Touch as one of the top two locations to consider was the detailed quote I received, the explanation of the different types of materials and shades available, and exact prices. In addition, there was the friendliness and professionalism in the quote along with all of the necessary contact information, including phone and email from the sales manager, Natalie. I went to the location because I also like to see the business and check out the facilities. I was impressed with the cleanliness, organization, mindfulness of the waiting area, and the modern setup of the work area and equipment. About the Actual Work and Finish Product I had all windows tinted, including the windshield, with the back windows being limo tint and the passenger and driver sides a shade lighter. There was a potential issue with the front windshield because there was a chip, and that could have prevented me from getting it tinted. However, after consulting with a professional glass specialist and Perfect Touch treating the chip (without any extra charge to me), they went ahead and did the front windshield. I appreciate their thoroughness, being upfront and honest, and clearly explaining potential issues and options before proceeding. It's hard to find businesses that put professionalism, integrity, and honesty before making a quick buck. I was given an estimated time of 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours, and they were true to their word. As of right now, I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the materials used and the quality of the work. The tint still needs to completely set in, so I'll know with certainty in about a week how everything turns out. The sales manager, Natalie Wray, was exceptional in helping me throughout the process. She was friendly, helpful, and informative. She took the time to explain things in a clear and concise way and verified multiple times what it was that I wanted and the work that was going to be done. The gentleman who worked on my vehicle, whose name I believe is Javier, was also professional, helpful, and did an excellent job on my car. My Recommendation I highly recommend, if you need any type of service related to window tints for your vehicles, this is the place to go. Not only for quality of work and customer service, but also for best prices. I have a truck that I'm also going to be taking for them to tint the windows as well. They also provide other services such as ceramic coating for vehicles, and commercial and residential tinting. I can't attest to the quality of work regarding those services, but if I need them in the future, I would definitely consider this company first. They also provide a lifetime warranty and Nationwide coverage. I got the 3M ceramic IR full tint on all the windows except the front windshield.
