Excellent experience with Joel and All Shade Window Tinting!…read more I first came to All Shade back in 2020 to have 3M Crystalline installed on my GMC Sierra, and I had such a good experience that when I recently purchased my new 2026 Ram 1500 Limited, I knew exactly where I wanted to take it. Joel was great from beginning to end. He took the time to go over the different 3M Crystalline Black options with me, answered all of my questions, and helped me choose the right combination for what I wanted: maximum heat rejection while still keeping the tint classy and relatively subtle. We ended up doing 3M Crystalline Black 70% on the windshield and 50% on the rest of the truck, including the panoramic sunroof, and the results came out excellent. The installation is extremely clean, the truck looks fantastic, and the difference in solar heat coming through all that glass is immediately noticeable. I also really appreciated that Joel recognized me as a returning customer and took care of me on the pricing. That kind of customer service is exactly why people come back. Everything was properly documented with the 3M warranty information, and I was also impressed that they document the installation through CARFAX. Joel was also very helpful discussing 3M paint protection film for the truck and explained the coverage, warranty, and how he takes care of his customers even down the road if a section of PPF ever gets damaged and needs replacement. It's becoming harder to find businesses where you feel like they actually value repeat customers, stand behind their work, and take the time to explain what you're paying for. All Shade has earned my business twice now, six years apart, and I'll definitely continue coming back. Time and time again I hear people try to penny pinch and get better deals elsewhere for worse product but Sage and their line of tints speak for themselves. You get what you pay for. Is it worth the money? Most definitely. Is the heat rejection that much better? Yes I'll be back again for my next car!

I could hardly wait to put up this review. I bought a 7 year old Porsche 911 with 24K miles on it in nice condition but the 3M protective material on the nose and mirrors had scuffs and turned yellow and the dark grey paint just didn't have depth to it. I was going to use a mobile service. That would have been a mistake. I took it to Xact window tinting and was immediately impressed with how perfectly clean the shop was. I explained my problems to Luis. I looked at the new Xpel Ultimate film and was impressed, but wanted my paint fixed. He said the best detailer was MK Auto Detail right behind them. MK is equally impressive. I've never seen a detail shop like them. So I pulled the trigger and said replace the film and fix the paint. I could never have expected what I got in return. My Porsche looked like it was new in the showroom. The paint had a depth that I could only dream of. The film is so incredible, you can't even see it's there. I spoke to Mike and he told me how much time he spent on the paint and it shows. When I walked back to Xact, Luis and his employee were using masking tape to remove lint from my convertible top. These guys want EVERYTHING perfect. By the way....their prices were lower than the other places that quoted me. I would never go with a mobile service. I'm a gearhead and have exotic cars so I know what's happening. I am so happy I found these guys. I will do more business with them. Bravo!! read more

I've had the last 7 vehicles I've owned tinted here, and I honestly wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. These guys are true professionals and, in my opinion, the best tint shop in the Inland Empire. From the moment you walk into the office, you're treated well, the communication is great, and the quality of their work is always top-notch. Every vehicle I've brought in has come out looking perfect. Over the years, I've also been sent to other tint shops through companies I've worked for, and none of those experiences came close to the level of professionalism, customer service, and quality that I've consistently received here. It's hard to find businesses that take this much pride in their work, but these guys do. Great people, great attitude, and an excellent finished product every time. I couldn't recommend them more. Impressed! I took my Infiniti QX56 to get tint and husband wanted to try paint protection films to protect car from chips since this is our family car and we travel around So. Cal and AZ quite a bit. The tint came out great, but what I was not expecting is how great the paint protection film works; you can't see it on the car at all! My car still looks brand new after four years, I even hit a trash can and had I not had the film on the front bumper I would've had to pay lots of $$$ to get it fixed, but I didn't have to thanks to the film. Quality and customer service sets them above the rest. I will definitely bring my next new car to this place. read more

I started this review years ago and realized I didn't post it!!! Luis is great. He has done protective film and tint on two Porsches, my Alfa, our Prius,and now I'm taking in the Tesla. Excellent attention to detail and fair prices. If you are doing a protective film do it right away before you get a chip. And make sure you get behind the wheels if it's a performance car. Get the paint cleaned up across the parking lot at MK Car Detailing. Between these two shops my cars continue to look like new year after year. Money well-spent. read more

Just got my 2012 BMW 135 last week. My brother recommended Xact Window Tinting since Felipe installed both tints on his 2011 BMW 135 and my Mom's 2010 BMW 335. I inquired about tinting and mentioned casually that I came in because their online price is better than Tesla's price. The guy was shocked and said no that their price is the same as Tesla's. I showed him the online price (on my phone) and he also proceeded to show me the price on his monitor. He said both are outdated and "the guys" haven't updated it yet and that the price online should be $200 more. I mentioned they would have to honor the advertised price online and he said they don't. I told him I would file a complaint with BBB because that's not good business practices. This business doesn't care about losing customers with false advertising. Edit: By the time I got home, they already updated the online pricing, and the front windshield tint cost for Model Y now is $299 instead of the $199 shown in my screenshots. Edit #2: The owner responded today and said their pricing policy was explained to me in detail, which it was not, and also said that service was offered at the current price, which it was not either. When I walked in yesterday, I asked specifically if their pricing online was accurate and the person at the desk told me "yes". Then I pointed out that it was great because I had noticed their pricing online was lower than Tesla's price. The person at the counter then argued with me (in a not-friendly manner), that pricing was the same as Tesla's and that I was wrong. He kept repeating that I was wrong and to show him the pricing and screenshots. I proceeded to show him the price online on my phone and told them the price Tesla offered for tinting when I purchased my car. It was then that the person at the counter said their advertised price was outdated. Nothing about the interaction yesterday was professional. And per California law (SB 478) business are required to honor the lowest advertised price, especially if it was a previous price that was not updated. A simple Google search before responding to my review would have informed the owner that. And the owner's response today doesn't portray the interaction as it happened, offers no resolution and lacks knowledge of his legal requirement to honor the lowest advertised price.
