I had my 2027 Rivian R2 tinted at Xact Window Tinting and couldn't be happier with the results. After getting quotes from several shops, I chose Xact because they offered XPEL XR Plus at a very competitive price, and they definitely delivered. My setup: * XPEL XR Plus with lifetime warranty * 55% windshield * 20% front windows * 70% rear windows/drop glass to match the factory privacy glass * Customer-supplied custom honeycomb headlight and taillight tint, hand-cut and installed on-site (no pre-cut templates available for the R2) One thing that really impressed me was that they actually measured the factory panoramic roof glass and showed me that it already had excellent UV and heat rejection. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, they recommended leaving the roof alone, which saved me money. That honesty earned my trust. They also took the time to meter the factory rear privacy glass so the final appearance would be uniform. The front and rear windows match extremely well, which was one of my biggest concerns before choosing a shop. I also brought my own headlight and taillight film. Although they don't normally install customer-supplied material, they were willing to work with me, and because there weren't pre-cut templates available for the new R2, they hand-cut everything on the vehicle. The finished product looks fantastic and really complements the vehicle. Another huge plus was that they completed everything the same day, even with the additional custom work on the lighting. Overall, the workmanship, attention to detail, honesty, and customer service exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a shop that knows how to work on EVs and wants to do the job right instead of simply selling you more film, I highly recommend Xact Window Tinting. read more

I requested a quote on March 28th In addition, I did a courtesy follow up It has been now over 5 business days, I have received no acknowledgement or even a reply This business was a referral. Per the response time , the business has a " excellent/9 hour " reply back. Why have a quote service and one does not utilize the customer option? This is clearly not the case...unacceptable I was hesitant on giving a 1 star review as well Conversation reported to HQ accordingly Thank You for reading read more

Like many others I have to come To Felipe for decades with all of our cars / SUVs. Another amazing job done with our 3M ceramic 20% tint and this time we had Luis for a full body Xpel wrap of the car. Today we were the first to have the car delivered in their new showroom hahaha it felt very posh and premium. Love you guys thank you. read more

After having the opportunity to compare over 5 tint shops for my vehicle I am so glad I selected Xact window tinting. They were quite responsive to my needs, had excellent technology such as computerized film cutting custom to my vehicle, excellent service and pricing. They also had a great warranty and finished the work on time as promised. Definitely a place I would use in the future and recommend to others without hesitation. Thank you Felipe for the excellent experience. Ben N. read more

They gave us a great price for partial front PPF on a Tesla Model Y Juniper. The PPF package spanned 20 inches high, covering the front bumper, fenders, headlights, part of the hood, mirror housings, and door handles. They accommodated us for an appointment several days after reaching out. When they notified us for pickup, they exercised commendable customer service and attention to detail in addressing any concerns we had (any air pockets or retained moisture) and fixed them on the spot. Thank you! read more

I have been coming here for a few years now, with different cars. every time I have service done here I'm never disappointed I choose the ceramic tint with lifetime warranty. They use computer technology to cut your tint to the exact fit to your car, I live 20 miles away from the store and in my opinion you get what you pay for. I will continue to use them for all my vehicle, read more

Went here about a month ago for my window tint. Loved the service I got. I was helped by Felipe, and he was very informative for the type of tints they got. He also suggested different shades for me as this is my first tint on my car. The job was done pretty fast, and the job was good. I did not see any bubbles after the tint was applied. I would recommend this place, if you are looking for a high quality tint on your vehicle. read more

I've lived in Rancho Cucamonga since 2008 and took my first vehicle to Luis at Xact Windiw Tinting to fix a really bad PPF install from another "higly rated" local tint shop. The previous ppf install had visible edge lines, bubbles, glue marks, and even cut the paint on my vehicle when hand cutting the ppf! Xact removed the PPF and replaced it with Xpel Ultimate. The difference was night and day and the PPF was installed perfectly. All edges were tucked and wrapped and looked invisible. Since then I have taken about a dozen vehicles to get tint and PPF. Their installs are top notch and the tint always comes out perfect. About 5 years ago I purchased a new vehicle during the summer but Xact's soonest availability for tint was a few weeks out. I took the vehicle to a well recommended shop near my work and instantly regretted it. A few specs of dirt and lint was on the windshield tint at my eyeline and drove me crazy. Since then, I've never taken my vehicles anywhere else. I've referred them to friends and family over the years and not one person has had a negative experience. read more

2023 Tesla Model 3 3M IR Ceramic 15% all around XPEL 70% windshield Approximately $1100 after tax Overall, the job was great. The doors turned out perfect with slight imperfections on the smaller rear corner windows. There was also slight bubbling on the front windshield near the top where the glass meets the dashcam. Luckily, they were able to fix the windshield bubbling. However, they could not fix the smaller back corner windows. It was a bit disappointing to hear, but I suppose the Model 3 is a difficult car to tint. read more

Excellent service and top notch results. This is my 6th car they've tinted and I wouldn't go any where else.

The owner Felipe applied a clear ceramic film on the inside of my windshield reducing over 50 percent of the heat that enters my vehicle. I also got a dark limo tint strip on the top of the windshield (legal width per California) for the sun glare. I am extremely happy with the way everything came out. Felipe warranty's his work for lifetime. He has been the shop owner for many years there and is very reliable. He may not be the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. His work is perfection and his skill is truly art. I highly recommend this location for your #tint needs. He also does front bra protection to protect the front of your car. Highly recommended if you drive an expensive vehicle. read more

Great service and product, will recommend to family and friends, second car tinted here always do a great job

Luis, Filipe and crew are awesome. I shopped around for weeks getting quotes from all the shops in LA and IE and Xact came in with the best pricing. Luis was really accommodating, I planned to take my car in on a Saturday right after taking delivery but the car's wheels got curb rashed by the dealership so it got pushed back, Luis worked with me and made sure he was able to fit my car in. This is the best price I could from all certified Xpel Dealers for a full Stealth wrap. I am really happy with how my car came out there are a couple small bubbles but I will monitor those to see if they go away in the next few days. I am bringing all my future cars here, and sending all my family, friends, and the rest of the internet. THE BEST OF TWO WORLDS 3M CRYSTALLINE + XPEL XR PLUS CERAMIC WINDOW FILM FAST. KNOWLEDGEABLE. RESPONSIVE. PROFESSIONAL. WINDOW TINT + CLEARBRA PAINT PROTECTION FILM DEALER CERTIFIED. 3M CERTIFIED. #porsche #bmw #lexus #mercedes #toyota #gmc #ford #honda #certified ***If you find this review helpful in making your decision, please hit "USEFUL" or "COOL"*** -------- Long Review: XACT TINT IS DIFFERENT. UNBIASED & CERTIFIED. Window tint shops generally only carry one brand of window tints, so they will ALWAYS make a claim that their product is the best - whether it is 3M, Llumar, XPEL, Suntek, Solargard or another brand. XACT Tint is certified by multiple manufacturers to carry their film. So, they are able to provide an honest assessment of the performance for each film that they carry. When communicating with Luis, there was no trash talking of other manufacturers. He laid out clearly - the strength and weaknesses of each product and allowed me to decide on which products to install. TRUSTED. XACT Tint is a partner of local auto dealers who trust and demand excellence from their vendors. This is important because dealers have a reputation to uphold. PORSCHE, FORD, GMC, BMW, LEXUS. INNOVATIVE. All films are cut with CAD assisted printers to ensure that the fit and finish is precise and accurate. Whether you are going with a budget film or a premium product, XACT will make sure that you receive the highest level of service. EXCELLENCE. When technicians are trained to excel in their trade, you can be guaranteed that you will receive the same treatment. Imagine this..... if your car had engine failure.. would you rather go to a shop where the owner was (1) a factory/OEM certified mechanic or (2) a mechanic who has only received "life" experience and doesn't understand the specific design, tolerances, and other variables to your vehicle? Of course you would choose the first.... XACT Tint is your best option. -- I went with 3M Cryatalline for the windshield because I wanted to have maximum clarity, heat rejection and UV protection. I went with XPEL 5% for my side and rear windows because I wanted to have the black windows (but also with maximum heat rejection). Why not use 3M Cryastalline on all my windows? I would LOVE to do this; unfortunately, 3M Crystalline has a downfall - any shade darker than 40% will have a brown hue. XPEL allows me to maintain the BLACK/GREY color, which also corresponds to my factory tint (almost all vehicles are now equipped with tinted factory windows - rear and sides). Why not XPEL XR+ for the windshield? Because I prefer the clarity of 3M Crystalline. XPEL XR+ 70 had a grey tint, which tend to hurt my eyes (personal preference). And also because 3M Crystalline is still the best performance. The owners of XACT Tint, Luis and Felipe, explained everything to me in detail. They are extremely professional and run a clean operation. They have a display off all their products and a very comfortable waiting room. Please take a look at the pictures to see a just how organized and clean their shop is - no wonder they are preferred vendors. BONUS: I had a lot of paperwork in my truck, and they took the time to cover everything with towels to insure all my documents were protected - without me having to say anything. Absolute professionals. read more

Felipe and staff went above and beyond to install my PPF correctly! I tried to touch-up the defects before arrival.
