Despite the lifetime warranty, the previous tint place no longer tinted cars, so I was SOL. I started to look around and ask different tint vendors regarding tint removal and retint. I priced it out and asked about the XPEL XR. Turns out not too many tint places use the nano ceramic hybrid tint I had put on the car. Well now I know. Blue's Glass Tinting was super responsive on Yelp and had reasonable pricing. And they are located close to where my brother now lives. I told my brother to make an appointment and they booked him about a week out. We sent in a deposit for the appointment. Well he dropped off the car today and got it back in a few hours. No more bubbly tint! I told my brother it was his birthday present from me so he's happy and I'm happy that he can now see out the back windshield at night. Thanks to Milton and Blue's Glass Tinting for doing a great job on the windshield.

We went with ceramic tint on the front windshield and had them match the tint on the front two windows with the rest of the car, and they nailed it. The quality of work is top notch. The tint looks clean, even, and professionally installed with great attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in their work and want everything looking just right before handing the keys back. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Travis made the whole process easy, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with our options. Bonus points because he is genuinely funny and made the whole experience enjoyable instead of feeling like just another appointment. If you are looking for quality tint work and great customer service, I would definitely recommend Perfect Touch Window Tint. Damaged my brand new car and refused to take responsibility…read more "I took my brand new vehicle here for tinting on January 9th. It was returned to me covered in exterior water spots, interior drips, and significant water stains on the headliner. I spent hours cleaning the interior and exterior myself, but the headliner stains remained. After multiple attempts to resolve this, I brought the car back today. I was told they couldn't wash the car because they would likely leave 'swirl marks' on the paint--an unbelievable admission for a professional shop. Most shockingly, after being patient through weeks of excuses, the owner Steve called me 'unprofessional' and told me they no longer wanted my business because I asked for the damage to be fixed. If you value your vehicle's interior or paint, stay away." Pictures are after they cleaned it and apparently they his was acceptable to them !

Excellent experience with Joel and All Shade Window Tinting!…read more I first came to All Shade back in 2020 to have 3M Crystalline installed on my GMC Sierra, and I had such a good experience that when I recently purchased my new 2026 Ram 1500 Limited, I knew exactly where I wanted to take it. Joel was great from beginning to end. He took the time to go over the different 3M Crystalline Black options with me, answered all of my questions, and helped me choose the right combination for what I wanted: maximum heat rejection while still keeping the tint classy and relatively subtle. We ended up doing 3M Crystalline Black 70% on the windshield and 50% on the rest of the truck, including the panoramic sunroof, and the results came out excellent. The installation is extremely clean, the truck looks fantastic, and the difference in solar heat coming through all that glass is immediately noticeable. I also really appreciated that Joel recognized me as a returning customer and took care of me on the pricing. That kind of customer service is exactly why people come back. Everything was properly documented with the 3M warranty information, and I was also impressed that they document the installation through CARFAX. Joel was also very helpful discussing 3M paint protection film for the truck and explained the coverage, warranty, and how he takes care of his customers even down the road if a section of PPF ever gets damaged and needs replacement. It's becoming harder to find businesses where you feel like they actually value repeat customers, stand behind their work, and take the time to explain what you're paying for. All Shade has earned my business twice now, six years apart, and I'll definitely continue coming back. Highly recommend Joel and All Shade Window Tinting to anyone looking for high-quality 3M tint and professional installation.

I walked in after calling multiple times over the week and no one answered. I came here because…read moreTesla promotes them and I wanted tint that won't void my car's warranty. I inquired about tinting and mentioned casually that I came in because their online price is better than Tesla's price. The guy was shocked and said no that their price is the same as Tesla's. I showed him the online price (on my phone) and he also proceeded to show me the price on his monitor. He said both are outdated and "the guys" haven't updated it yet and that the price online should be $200 more. I mentioned they would have to honor the advertised price online and he said they don't. I told him I would file a complaint with BBB because that's not good business practices. This business doesn't care about losing customers with false advertising. Edit: By the time I got home, they already updated the online pricing, and the front windshield tint cost for Model Y now is $299 instead of the $199 shown in my screenshots. Edit #2: The owner responded today and said their pricing policy was explained to me in detail, which it was not, and also said that service was offered at the current price, which it was not either. When I walked in yesterday, I asked specifically if their pricing online was accurate and the person at the desk told me "yes". Then I pointed out that it was great because I had noticed their pricing online was lower than Tesla's price. The person at the counter then argued with me (in a not-friendly manner), that pricing was the same as Tesla's and that I was wrong. He kept repeating that I was wrong and to show him the pricing and screenshots. I proceeded to show him the price online on my phone and told them the price Tesla offered for tinting when I purchased my car. It was then that the person at the counter said their advertised price was outdated. Nothing about the interaction yesterday was professional. And per California law (SB 478) business are required to honor the lowest advertised price, especially if it was a previous price that was not updated. A simple Google search before responding to my review would have informed the owner that. And the owner's response today doesn't portray the interaction as it happened, offers no resolution and lacks knowledge of his legal requirement to honor the lowest advertised price.
