I received a quote over the phone to get my new Cybertruck ceramic tinted all around. The truck has a lot of windows so I knew it wasn't going to be cheap, but it's a necessary investment. Patrick was familiar with Cybertrucks specifically and has the big tint roll to be able to do the tint for the huge roof and window in ONE PIECE, which was important for me. I called on a Wednesday and the job was done by Thursday afternoon. Total flake. Traveling from out of state. Made appointment a week ahead to have several hundred dollars worth of tint done on 5-27. Made arrangements to drop my car off and have someone pick me up. I decided to call tint lab on the morning of the 27th. Before I left to drop my car off. Was told then they couldn't do the tint on my car as scheduled. Made several lame excuses. Even offered a discount on the total cost. I refusesd as I had to leave town the next day. Glad I didn't leave a deposit. Typical flaky small business. read more

Patrick was extremely friendly and the service was there when needed. I ended up choosing Tint Lab to help me do ceramic tint on the windshield after having the windshield replaced. Price was fair compared to other shops in the area. For the first attempt, there was a large ~6 inch scratch on the tint which we both agreed was unacceptable. Therefore, we scheduled to have it redone the next day. The second attempt was much better but there was a ~1.5 inch wavy line closer to the passenger side. From far away, it looks like a scratch but close up it might just be dust caught under. Understandably, it was harder to do a larger piece like the windshield and each time will come out differently. Patrick has offered to redo it a third time but I decided to just keep it as is. read more
