My wrap is still holding up great, and honestly, this was probably the best decision I made because I had an accident where a car on the other side of the highway hit the divider, and debris from it hit me on the opposite side. The most recent car I got tinted is the GLE350, which has 75% windshield, 20% front windows, and 5% rear windows, plus the pano sunroof. You can see the difference from the factory tint when I got it from the dealership. The S9 tint keeps the car nice and cool inside, necessary for the summer heat and intense sun in California. C300 had 20% all around, 75% windshield. M340i has 20% all around and 75% windshield. All Rayno S9 ceramic tints. Service is always quick with fast turnaround time.

Brandon, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and not only explains every detail of the process but he educates you on the after care as well. The pricing is very competitive especially since we wanted to go with PPF and not vinyl. He breaks down all of the pros and cons of different film and also has a very wide selection of colors and finishes. The wrap turned out perfect! I am very happy with the result it looks like a totally different truck. I will also add that Brandon is very responsive to any questions and concerns. I had to bring it back because I had a minor mishap with a shopping cart ‍ and he fit me in his schedule to do a minor touch up, free of charge. If you are thinking of wrapping your vehicle I would highly recommend Brando's Auto Care, it's a secure facility and the customer service is excellent!

To give some context, I've owned five Porsche GT cars over the last 10 years, and every one of them has been meticulously cared for by the same PPF/detailer in Orange County, someone I trust completely. So you may be wondering why I chose a different shop for my first Ferrari. I approached Brandon to work on my incoming, like new, low mileage 2023 Ferrari 296 GTB in Matte Rosso F1-75 because I had grown frustrated with my previous detailer's communication and turnaround times. While his workmanship was always excellent, none of my previous five projects had been completed in less than five weeks. I visited Brandon's shop to tour the facility and meet him in person to see if he could handle a project of this caliber while delivering it in a reasonable timeframe. My goal was a full satin PPF installation with as few seams as possible, which requires an exceptionally skilled installer to bulk wrap each panel. In addition to the full PPF, I also opted for ExoShield windshield protection, ceramic coating, and powder coating the factory wheels in satin black. Brandon assured me that he could complete the project in under three weeks, more likely two, barring any unforeseen issues. My impression after meeting him was that he would treat my Ferrari as if it were his own. As the owner and hands on operator, he personally oversaw every step of the project, which gave me a great deal of confidence. I told Brandon I wanted the weekend to think it over, and he encouraged me to call or text him with any questions. After several conversations over the next few days, I felt comfortable moving forward with him. I'm glad I took his recommendation to use Pure PPF in the satin finish. The result is absolutely stunning. The wrap turned out exactly as promised, with incredibly clean installation and minimal seams throughout the car. To achieve the best possible finish, Brandon even removed the badges and side mirrors so the film could be wrapped as cleanly as possible. The only hiccup during the project involved the wheels, which were refinished by his preferred wheel shop. One wheel had a slightly glossier finish than the others, so Brandon immediately sent the entire set back to be refinished correctly. That added about five extra days to the timeline. Otherwise, I would have had the car back in just two weeks. Brandon's communication exceeded my expectations. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and regularly sent photos and videos of the progress, which gave me peace of mind while my car was in his care. I wholeheartedly recommend Brando's Auto Care to anyone looking for a detailer who delivers exceptional workmanship without compromising on quality. Brandon takes tremendous pride in his work, stands behind the finished product, and treats every vehicle with the level of care you'd hope for with an exotic car.

Every edge is tucked cleanly, the seams are virtually invisible around complex body curves and trim, and the finish looks completely seamless under their inspection lighting. The front windshield skin turned out equally pristine--crystal clear with zero optical distortion, giving me complete peace of mind against rock chips on technical mountain drives and highway commutes alike. What really makes Premier Armor special is the people behind it. Nick and Daddy treat every car that rolls through their doors as if it were their own. Their communication, transparency, and pride in their work are rare to find. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and took the time to walk me through post-care maintenance with genuine passion. If you care about perfection, clean installs, and working with good, honest people who take pride in their craft, bring your car to Nick and Daddy at Premier Armor. Highest recommendation possible.

Unfortunately, the quality of the finished work is not what I expected from a professional wrap shop. The photos speak for themselves. There are obvious areas where the film has been cut short, leaving exposed sections along the edge, uneven/jagged cuts, and areas where the film is already lifting/peeling. This isn't simply a matter of a small edge needing to be sealed--the underlying issue is the way the film was cut and installed. I appreciate that the business offered to address the problem by re-sealing the edges. However, I don't believe re-sealing fixes the actual issue when the film itself doesn't adequately cover the panel and has been cut unevenly. Additionally, I was informed by Danny, another reason for this was the car was picked up the next day. Of which, I find rather funny considering my car was dropped off on Thursday and given back on Monday due to an unforeseen incident of braking my tail light as part of the process and needing to replace it. Those pics can be shared at another time. What was particularly frustrating was the discussion afterward. Rather than simply acknowledging the workmanship issue, I was repeatedly asked what my "expectations" were and was given explanations such as the car kit being too small. If the kit is in fact too small to properly cover the intended area, that should be identified before installation rather than used afterward to explain visible deficiencies in the finished product. I'm not expecting perfection, but I do expect clean cuts, proper coverage, properly finished edges, and professional workmanship--especially when paying for a re-wrap. I am posting this review because I hope the owner sees the photos and understands that my concern isn't about being overly picky, @nick I actually came here out of your own recommendation at Corona cars and coffee. The issue is plainly visible in the finished product. I would have preferred to have this resolved by addressing the actual installation problem rather than being told that the condition is essentially the result of the kit being too small. With this being stated, I am sure I will see you again at cars and coffee and you can see for yourself. We can then revisit this if a proper resolution is provided. Update: Since posting my original review, the owner, Nick, personally reached out to discuss my concerns. I appreciate that he took the time to listen, understand the issues I raised, and work toward a resolution. He offered what I believe is a fair and reasonable solution, which demonstrates that he genuinely cares about his customers and the reputation of his business. While my original concerns regarding the workmanship remain valid based on the condition of the vehicle when it was returned to me, I also believe it's important to recognize businesses that make a sincere effort to make things right when concerns are brought to their attention. Nick's willingness to engage directly, acknowledge my concerns, and work toward a satisfactory outcome speaks highly of his customer service and commitment to his clients. Once the corrective work has been completed, I look forward to updating this review again to reflect the final results and, hopefully, provide a more complete and positive assessment of the quality of work this shop is capable of delivering. At the end of the day, how a business responds when things don't go perfectly is just as important as the original work itself. Based on my interaction with Nick, I can see why many customers continue to support and recommend this shop.
