I priced it out and asked about the XPEL XR. Turns out not too many tint places use the nano ceramic hybrid tint I had put on the car. Well now I know. Blue's Glass Tinting was super responsive on Yelp and had reasonable pricing. And they are located close to where my brother now lives. I told my brother to make an appointment and they booked him about a week out. We sent in a deposit for the appointment. Well he dropped off the car today and got it back in a few hours. No more bubbly tint! I told my brother it was his birthday present from me so he's happy and I'm happy that he can now see out the back windshield at night.
