We have them scheduled to wash both of our Tesla cars every 2 weeks outside our house and he does communicate with you as best as he can whenever we need to reschedule. These guys did an amazing job on my '22 Tacoma! I took my Taco off roading so it was pretty dirty. Right from the yelp inquiry to the actual time of detailing, Mark kept in communication and was very helpful when answering my questions. I ended up with the Level 1 Exterior Protection Detail and the 2 guys that came out did great and was very respectful of both my truck and the front yard. Only minor concern was the detailing around the tacoma emblems which didnt get much attention after being washed, but its such a small detail i didnt mind too much. So my car got some tree sap or something from the tree driZZLE all over my car at work and it's sticky all over. A normal car wash wouldn't have taken all that stuff off. My tesla technician told me that I needed to get a clay bar car wash to get this off my car. Its going to take too long to do it myself. Literally, I had the best experience with M3 Finish mobile Detailing. My car had a few scuffs I couldn't get off with my efforts. I was devastated and was frantically on yelp trying to find the best people and deal around. Being extremely busy I was trying to get everything done that same day. Sure enough I was able to get ahold of mark with 30 minutes and we got everything squared away. Also what I really appreciate is explaining that the way my car was impacted how that was going to affect my paint job through the years and what are my possible solutions. The cleaning was pretty good. But its a tad expensive is what I felt He was delayed by 30 mins from the appointment time. But that's understandable given the effort they put in cleaning the car. Scheduling was easy and response time via yelp was prompt. Mark and his friend arrived on time and were pleasant. He has all of his equipment so nothing "extra" was needed from us, (water hose, supplies etc.) I asked for an interior detail and simple exterior wash. I am usually a busy woman and have issues with running late so sometimes my car becomes my vanity table where I do my makeup.
