Fresh Flow Auto Spa did an amazing job on my truck. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Jose was the best! Friendly, professional, and very thorough! I had a wash, clay wax, and interior clean, and the results were outstanding!! The exterior looks incredibly clean and polished, and the interior came out just as impressive. You can tell they pay attention to detail and take pride in their work. Great service, efficient, and high-quality results. I'll definitely be using them again. I already told my family about how good they are! read more

Jose was amazing. He responded super quickly with my quote, and was available for the time I needed. I had my car detailed to sell it, and it looks so good it made me consider keeping it! My car was absolutely filthy, and it looks brand new. read more

Excellent work, every time. Probably the 6th time I've had them wash our cars - and it's consistently done well. They treat my $10k car with the same care as my $400,000 car and I think that says it all. You can trust these guys - just text them and schedule, you won't regret it! read more

Super responsive and accommodating for a last minute full detail. Appreciate the time effort put into my car. I have a larger vehicle and it has been a while since I detailed it after living in snowy conditions and living with 5 kids and the inevitable messes that come with that. I had my car washed in the evening and it got dark when it was finished saw a spot in the morning and he came back and did another FULL wax without any issues or extra charge. Very much appreciated. If I didn't live in Oakland I'd be doing this very frequently read more

Amazing work. I contacted them the night before requesting an undercarriage job (caked with dirt) and they did not disappoint they went above and beyond (interior and exterior). They came in and did an amazing job. 100% would recommend and I definitely will be contacting them again. Hard working and a great attitude. They left it in way better condition than I got it from the dealership. 10/10 read more

Had lots of questions regarding which service to take. Very patient and helpful as to which type of service to get. Replies very fast as well. Price is reasonable This was a family car we had wanted detailed inside and outside for a long time now. Our main concern was definitely the two front seats. This is a 17yr old car that has never been detailed and it's also beige which gets and shows the dirt much faster. The amount of buildup you could see was there. We weren't sure if it would come off. But once they were done with the detail I don't think I've seen it this super clean since the first time it was brought home from the dealership back in 2008. She's got some chips in paint from over the years, but she's real shiny after the service. I think they did a superb job as you can see with the before and after. I would highly recommend trying this small business! read more

I chose this company because of how fast and responsive they were when I first reached out. Even though there were slightly cheaper options, their quick communication gave me confidence, so I booked a 7 AM appointment and received confirmation. There was a bit of a hiccup with timing, as the appointment ended up starting around 8 AM due to a mix-up. I understand that things happen, and I appreciated them still coming out. Jose, who handled the service, was great very friendly, professional, and he did a solid job with the detailing overall. I really appreciated his positive attitude and effort. That said, the main reason I booked the service was to address a strong odor in my car, and unfortunately, the smell is still present. I've reached out to follow up but haven't heard back yet, which has been a little disappointing given how responsive things were at the beginning. I'm hopeful the company will follow up and help make it right, as I can see they care about their work read more

So glad I tried this service. They made the whole process effortless and were such a pleasure to deal with. It's rare to find great customer service paired with such high-quality work these days. They didn't miss a single spot, even the wheels and door jams are spotless. If you're looking for a reliable mobile detailer that actually cares about the results, this is the one. Will definitely be a repeat customer. My car looks fantastic and I didn't even have to leave the driveway. read more

I requested a last minute appt with Fresh Flow and they came through the very next day. They were very communicative about arrival time and were prompt with arrival. My technician was Jose and he did a beautiful job on my car!! I am a dog groomer and do alot of dog transportation in my car so safe to say there was LAYERS of hair in there. Jose made sure I knew he was going to do everything he could and he didn't leave until he did! I requested the 3 hour deep interior detailing- Jose was there for around 6 hours because my car was in such severe condition. I saw no price increase for the extra time he took to ensure my car was as clean as possible. I will definitely be hiring this company again and recommending to others in my life. read more

Fresh Flow Auto Spa did a great auto detail on my 2010 Lexus RX 350. Edward was the most responsive owner, and provided the most reasonable price of the 4-5 other high rated detailers that I contacted.
