Even though there were slightly cheaper options, their quick communication gave me confidence, so I booked a 7 AM appointment and received confirmation. There was a bit of a hiccup with timing, as the appointment ended up starting around 8 AM due to a mix-up. I understand that things happen, and I appreciated them still coming out. Jose, who handled the service, was great very friendly, professional, and he did a solid job with the detailing overall. I really appreciated his positive attitude and effort. That said, the main reason I booked the service was to address a strong odor in my car, and unfortunately, the smell is still present. I've reached out to follow up but haven't heard back yet, which has been a little disappointing given how responsive things were at the beginning. I requested a last minute appt with Fresh Flow and they came through the very next day. They were very communicative about arrival time and were prompt with arrival. My technician was Jose and he did a beautiful job on my car!! I am a dog groomer and do alot of dog transportation in my car so safe to say there was LAYERS of hair in there. Jose made sure I knew he was going to do everything he could and he didn't leave until he did! I requested the 3 hour deep interior detailing- Jose was there for around 6 hours because my car was in such severe condition. Had lots of questions regarding which service to take. Very patient and helpful as to which type of service to get. Replies very fast as well. Price is reasonable This was a family car we had wanted detailed inside and outside for a long time now. Our main concern was definitely the two front seats. This is a 17yr old car that has never been detailed and it's also beige which gets and shows the dirt much faster. The amount of buildup you could see was there. We weren't sure if it would come off. But once they were done with the detail I don't think I've seen it this super clean since the first time it was brought home from the dealership back in 2008. She's got some chips in paint from over the years, but she's real shiny after the service. I think they did a superb job as you can see with the before and after.
