I cannot recommend Nick enough! He had the best pricing and he was the most responsive out of all the nearby detailers. Once locked in with a small deposit, I brought my car. It was a little deceiving because it's a nice house in a residential neighborhood, but the service and execution was completely professional. I explained my objective (car sale) and left my car in the afternoon; he even accommodated my need to leave it overnight. During the service he called me with an additional prospective service which I declined, but I appreciated the call out and would have considered it under circumstances where I'd be keeping the car. But it didn't feel like an upsell; more like a professional doing his job with a professional opinion. When I arrived my car was pristine. Since Nick wasn't there, Nick's wife actually provided me the keys and talked me through the service that was done (as well as help me bring in the shampooed mats out for drying). My Mazda looks and smells so much better. I don't think the interior has ever been this clean! We got this car used about 9 years ago. The headlights were very oxidized. Nick restored them to like new condition. Rims and leather seats are clean and look so good. I appreciate how easy it was to schedule Nick and how he updated me to let me know he was running late. Arturo & his wife at CDA did an absolutely amazing job detailing my Limited F150. My sister's cat had an emergency and had to be rushed to the pet hospital. He made a very smelly mess in a hard to clean area. I explained the situation and let Arturo know the area and asked him to make sure to focus here. You can see in the photos the level of detail he went through to remove the smell. He also replaced the cabin air filter as he explained it could be keeping some of the smell as well. Got the interior detail and was ready to leave a great review. The customer service phenomenal but the actual finished product had multiple discrepancies. Two mats were in my back storage (suv trunk) and still wet. The seats did not appeared touched. The headrests on both sides are dirty in between. The carpet had some rough spots. I showed my old car wash guy (moved out of state) he said I should be upset. Charged an arm and a leg for this service and only got the interior cleaned. I am very grateful for the work you put in but sadly after showing multiple friends and family members we are thoroughly convinced I overpaid exponentially. Also I remember saying taking out the seats was a lot of money I took my seats out in 15 minutes today when I put in new seat covers lol made it sound hard and expensive. Sent my vehicle for Ppf and not only did they not take the vehicle apart and cut corners on the install but they waited till it was dark to have me inspect the vehicle outside only to get paid. First of all, I have to say that Nick is one of a kind. He's very communicative and tells you exactly what he's going to do, step by step. He was able to restore my ceramic coating on my Lexus. It looks absolutely beautiful! I had some vandalism done to my car and somebody sprayed some chemical adhesive and Nick was able to remove it and restore it to the beautiful ceramic coating! I contacted Nick because I had a car that needed quite a bit of attention and his reviews were good. It had been sitting and was quite dirty. Especially the inside. We agreed on a price to detail the outside and inside for 235 dollars. He requested a deposit to hold a spot in his day and I sent him 30 dollars. He then cancelled his appointment. We agreed on a rescheduled time and he was on time. The day he showed up he brought his girlfriend to watch him work. (Unprofessional). We agreed on 50 extra dollars to buff out the headlamp lenses and take some tree sap off the roof. He spent 4 hours at my house. I made the mistake of paying him via cash app before I got home from work. He billed me for 295 and not 285 like we agreed upon. I paid him before I inspected the job. The pictures speak for themselves. For 295 dollars he could have at least wiped down the door jams and tires. I would not recommend. Up sell and does not stand behind his work. Late review, but this man worked on 2 of my vehicles and they came out great. Used him for a total of 3 times if i remember correctly. Always showed up early or on time with all of his own equipment and literally needed nothing from me. If he was going to be late (due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances) He phoned ahead and let us know. 1 of the times he worked into the night and missed something (as it was dark) and came back at a later time to finished what he missed (no extra charge).
