He was flexible with scheduling and mindful of weather conditions. Unfortunately the damage due to flooding (broken main pipe line near our vehicles) was far beyond just cosmetic so our insurer required an inspection at a collision center. It is really disappointing to have to leave a poor review for a business that's owner is obviously good at what he does and appears to take pride in his business, but unfortunately this seems to be an ongoing problem as I'm not the first to mention it. I called for a quote and while beginning to leave a message I received an auto reply by text 'please text me'. So I did, I sent a detailed text with photos of my interior and received no reply. I sent a follow up message the next morning and nada. I understand being quite busy and between the air quality and the excessive heat I can understand being absolutely wiped out at the end of the day but ultimately, not getting a response from your business tells me you don't value mine, current or future. It's time to hire someone to help with calls and scheduling or set up your auto reply to 'not accepting new customers, thank you for your interest'. read more

They do okay work but it was rushed and a lot of missed spots. They did a $500 paint correction and upgraded double ceramic coat in 3 hours on an XL vehicle. My headlight trim and running boards were removed from the vehicle so I had a family member ask the Grays if they could still correct and coat them and my family member told me they said "yeah don't worry about it we got you." But the headlight trim and running boards were untouched when I saw them. They also skipped in between the blinkers and the hood which stands out a lot and there's still swirls all over the paint. You definitely get what you pay for and I'll just have to have someone else do the work correctly. Edit: I'm the one who turned my bucket into a Benz. You're just a detailer. For you to discriminate my vehicle because I'm waiting on parts is wrong because I didn't discriminate against you when you needed to reschedule twice because you were relying on the mechanic to fix your own bucket and had no other transportation. I did nothing to disrespect you expect call out all the imperfections you left because you can't make proper recommendations until after the customer calls out your bad work but for you to call my car a bucket should steer other car owners who don't have brand new off the lot cars to stay away from your business. He didn't call my car a bucket on the phone until after I told him I wasn't gonna pay him another $400 to come back out. Mr. "I have thick skin" but hangs up the phone on a paying customer because you can't handle criticism. At this point I can't tell what's faker, your instagram followers or your claims. read more

Yes they did it again awesome job I used their service a year ago for my Toyota Camry and Bennie did great job so I knew they are great but this time I asked them to do my sisters Toyota Sienna and my daughter's Toyota Corolla. I had Gray's come to clean up my truck. It was normal dirty and the inside was fairly clean. I don't drive it much. What it did have was water spots. All down one side, on the paint, the chrome, and the windshield. I leave it parked for long periods of time, and had a bad sprinkler hitting the truck every morning. I was worried. I asked BJ to come take a look. When he saw the water spots, he said, "Oh, that's pretty bad. I can't guarantee we'll get them out, but we'll try our best." Well they did an excellent job! Water spots are gone and the truck is beautiful again. Their communication was great and super fast. I wouldn't hesitate to have them out again to take care of my vehicles. read more

BJ came out to do my car that I just bought from a heavy smoker. The car smelled so bad, that if you're sitting on our patio, you'll smell the interior. I knew he couldn't get rid of the entire smell as once smoke is in something, it's there forever unless you use an ozone generator. But I needed the car spotless before the generator, and he did exactly that. When BJ came out, he was professional and personable.
