Benzie (we name all our vehicles) is shining like new, thanks to Elite Detailing!…read more I came across Elite Detailing's Facebook promotion for a three-year ceramic coating and paint correction and decided to give them a try. Neil reached out the very next day after I submitted my information, answered my questions, and made the whole process easy and straightforward. I really appreciated the prompt follow-up and personal attention. A big shout-out to Andrew for the amazing work on my Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV! He brought out a beautiful shine in the Polar White paint and removed the small scratches that had been bothering me. The results speak for themselves, Benzie looks absolutely stunning, and I couldn't be happier with how she turned out! The promotional pricing made the experience even better, and I definitely feel I got my money's worth. It's refreshing to find a local business that delivers quality work, great customer service, and excellent value. Thanks again to Neil and Andrew for taking such great care of Benzie. Highly recommended!

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional ceramic detailing service.

In a friendly manner, they told me that I needed to come in and show them the extent of the sticker residue so that they could properly quote me. No problem. I drove in. Just tip as I deem fitting. Love that! Even as they were cleaning my windows, I noticed how detail oriented everyone was. I think this place is great and am motivated to frequent them and give them business. Super trustworthy. Great service.

After a month of consideration, I decided to provide my review. I am awarding five stars for…read morecustomer service, five stars for professionalism, and five stars to Nick, the owner, and his entire team. Having had multiple vehicles undergo wrapping, paint protection film (PPF) application, and ceramic coating, I can attest to Nick's exceptional honesty, transparency, and communication throughout the process. At no point was I left to speculate or make assumptions. His recommendations were consistently accompanied by clear and concise explanations, which I found to be highly commendable. A minor issue that arose was promptly and effectively resolved. While a brief disagreement occurred due to a misunderstanding on my part, Nick's clarification and reiteration of his rationale quickly demonstrated the validity of his approach. My only significant challenge was the commute to the facility; (Van Buren has a lot of traffic lights) otherwise, the experience was flawless. The pricing, service, and communication all warrant a five-star rating.

Nick showed up on time and was friendly and informative. However, I specifically requested and was…read morequoted for an interior shampoo, but instead, he provided the service he thought was best. When I got into my vehicle, I noticed that my seats had not been shampooed. There was also still bird poop on the roof, so I'm unsure whether the exterior received a full wash or was simply wiped down. He seemed rushed and mentioned that he had another appointment. If I scheduled services for two vehicles, enough time should have been set aside to complete both properly before moving on to the next customer. Since the second vehicle was a birthday gift for my friend, I called to ask about her results. She said her seats were not properly cleaned either, and that the car appeared to have been vacuumed well and wiped with wax. She honestly felt she could have received the same service at Quick Quack. Yelp has a form that allows customers to explain exactly what services they're requesting, so I'm not sure how the interior shampoo was left out of the quote and service. Even if you believe something doesn't need to be cleaned, if the customer specifically requests and pays for that service, it should still be completed. Overall, Nick was pleasant, but the service did not match what I requested or expected.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this business due to repeated issues with…read morecommunication and professionalism. I was asked to send a deposit to secure my appointment, which I did, but I never received a confirmation or follow-up. When I eventually called, I was told my appointment had been given away, despite no one communicating that to me beforehand. If I am asked to pay a deposit, I expect the appointment time we discussed to be held for me. If that time is no longer available, the business should communicate that. I also want to clarify that I paid a **$40 deposit, not $25**, as the owner stated in their response to my review. I was then asked if the following day would work for me, but after confirming my availability, I again received no further communication. The lack of follow-up and repeated confusion around my appointment was not good customer service. The owner's response to my review also made it seem as though the situation was my fault, which is not an accurate account of how things transpired. I had already requested my deposit back, so offering to refund it publicly in response to my review felt disingenuous--especially when my previous request had been denied and the amount mentioned was not even correct. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. Clear communication and honoring scheduled appointments are especially important when a customer has already paid a deposit.
