First of all they do not advertise...That being said people know about Titan from all over and trust these guys to do superior work. I brought my HHR in to have it waxed. When I went to pick my car up not only was the car nicely waxed but the tires were shiny the headlights were like brand new they wiped the inside and vacuumed. Rodney introduced me to one of the members of his team that worked on the car. He also spent time with me and told me some things I didn't know, like only put your microfiber cloths on low setting or better yet air dry them. If they are put in hot dryer the fibers in the cloth will melt and when using those cloths is like using sandpaper on the paint. I will definitely be using them again!!! read more

Rodney and his team are excellent at what they do. My husband and I brought our 2002 Toyota Tacoma and our 2006 Ford F-250 to them. The Tacoma has been in my family since it was brand new, it was my uncles, then my brothers and then mine. We let my daughter drive it around for about 6 years so needless to say, it was a disaster. I asked Rodney to detail both the inside and outside. With the truck being 20 years old, I wasn't expecting too much other than it looking nice when I got it back, let me tell you, I was SHOCKED with how well this Tacoma looks now. The paint is glossy and shiny again! People constantly compliment me on how nice this truck looks and ask, "Did you just get a new paint job?!" Nope, I just took it to Titan and they hooked it up. Not only does the exterior look amazing but the interior looks pretty sweet too! 20 years of coffee spills and kids food and feet on the seats will wear out an interior but now I don't feel gross when I ride in the truck! Sorry peeps! It's not for sale! Oh and we've been through the "storm of the century" and the paint after a rainstorm still looks like it was freshly washed. No on to the F250. We got this truck from a guy who probably had left it outside for about a year or two, After working on the engine we took it to Rodney for a detail (just exterior). The driver and passenger windows were scratched to s#!+. Rodney used what ever magic wand he has and now we can see out of them! The exterior is also just as sweet as the Tacoma. He even helped us out by taking off some old decals and getting that nasty part clean again too. Welp, who's super sad that he didn't get his interior cleaned, my husband! Decided to purchase a ceramic coating from this shop and upon arrival everything sounded great, walked the car through and was promised to have the car paint corrected because I had just painted the car recently in order to make it amazing. Car was done after a few days or so just as promised but when I arrived I noticed the bad quality that was done on my car(see pictures for reference). I don't like confrontation, so I just decided to message him via IG and when told about it he said that was due to so much material used on the paint job. In my personal opinion, you shouldn't put the ceramic coating without making sure the paying customer was aware that you couldn't do the paint correction. If the car needed more work or whatever, should of been told during the initial walk through and I would of happily paid more if I needed to. He instead, decided to put the conversation in vanish mode so I couldn't scroll back to our other messages. Even though he did me dirty, I still hope he does well in the future but please don't do a clear coat job on top of some bad orange peel. I bought a Tesla Model 3 and wanted to get some sort of protective coating. I looked into ceramic coatings and some of those prices were ridiculously expensive. I looked around and found Rodney on Instagram. What drew me to his business was his IG posts. He seemed to be passionate in what he does and takes pride in his work. I love supporting local Redlands small business owners so I asked him to put an Artdeshine graphene coating plus some door edge protectors (basically PPF for the door edges). Rodney took care of me and even drove me for drop off and pick up. His prices were also pretty reasonable. Yessenia was also great over the phone. She is very detailed and great at customer service. After Rodney finished the job I noticed that I was overcharged on my credit card. I called Yessenia back to tell her what happened. She and Rodney took care of it and I was refunded the difference. It was an honest mistake and they rectified the situation. Overall Titan Detailing is a great local business in Redlands. I was extremely satisfied with how my car turned out. If you want to have a Tesla coated he has it down to a science. Rodney also is a veteran so I really appreciate his service to both our country and to our community. They treat their customers well and I would highly recommend them. TIP: If you buy a new car you should get it paint protected right away. You can also save money since Rodney doesn't have to do as much paint correction before applying the coating. read more

TLDR: THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING. I met the Owner waiting in line for some for a food truck that popped up behind the place. We chatted and I knew my car needed some serious work, he quoted me and I was on my way. I shot him a text and asked if I could stay and watch. People, when they quote you a price, they are NOT being stingy, if these guys aren't happy with a panel they just spent hours on compounding and polishing, they will redo the area that needs more work, as many times as they need to to make it up to their standard. They make sure their work is PERFECTION. They work very hard and everyone there has a clear passion for what they do. While I was there, I saw the wash they do, the compounding and polishing, interior detailing, and graphene coating application. These guys hit every inch of your car. My bumper got swiped a few weeks ago, and I never thought it'd go away but look at the magic these dudes worked. I had gone to another dude and he just destroyed my paint, these guys absolutely revived it as seen in the pictures. If you need anything done for your paint, GO HERE!! they even broke the price of every product they used, and they are NOT overcharging. I had never used this shop's services before, but I scheduled an appointment with Rodney and dropped off a car hoping that they would be able to address some big flaws that it had. The car that I had just recently purchased was in really bad shape. It had dents and deep scratches on every body panel, since the previous owner didn't take care of it at all. Since the damage was fairly widespread, I thought it would take at least two days to address the issues. Incredibly, I was informed that the car was ready for pick up later that day. I was not expecting same day results, so I was unable to schedule a ride for pickup. Rodney said that it wasn't a problem, and that he could keep the car locked up and safe for another day. When I did go pick the car up, I was amazed at the results. The surface was completely dent free, as if they had never happened. Truly the work of a professional. The paint had been corrected very nicely as well, making the car shine like new, and the scratches were gone. These guys are cool, and their work is fantastic. I'm way over due in this review. Back in November I reached out to this company to get my suv detailed inside. I was due with baby #3 any day. Communication with Rodney was great, quick and easy via text. I'm not sure if they pick up vehicles for all customers, but he actually came to our home picked up our car and took it to his shop for the day. With 2 young kids in sports, my car was ROUGH! My car was returned in the evening in the work they did was great! There was a hiccup in that the 3rd row hadn't been vacuumed, but I knew this wasn't a normal thing to happen for customers. I reached back out to Rodney and he came the next morning with his detailing trailer and went over the car again to ensure it was personally taken care of. I needed an interior detailing on my truck. I have 2 little kids, a dog that sheds, and we had just come home from a camping trip so the inside of my truck was pretty dirty. I told him not to worry about the dog hair because my dog rides in the truck a lot & she has short, stiff hair that is hard to get out of upholstery. However. When he was finished, I didn't see 1 dog hair anywhere and the coffee stains from my husband & the food stains from my kids were all gone. What would you expect if you paid $280 for a detail on you 2019 Tahoe that really didn't need a whole lot done to itI did not expect to see bugs still on my front chrome grill....I didn't expect the side mirror not to be wiped down or the passenger window to be smeared...I didn't expect that the inside of the back tailgate window would not have even been lifted and the road dust wiped out....I didn't expect to have to vacuum the back cargo area....I wouldn't expect water spots on the roof if it had just been waxed....I wouldn't expect the underneath of the chrome steps not to have been wiped down (when I was told it would be put on a lift and cleaned underneath) or have to point out tar that was still not removed. There was absolutely no clay bar or wax used. WOW Maybe I'm too picky. You judge for yourself but I am a 64 year old women who normally details her own car and these are things I would just normally have done. Sorry I am not happy. That is a nice reply Rodney and I won't post again but the work was not substandard, it wasn't done at all. There is absolutely no wax on that car and differently no clay bar used which you told me you would do. The surface is rough with tree sap and fallout. I am very angry about the money we spent.
