They were friendly, quick, and efficient from the moment I pulled in. Even with how dirty my car was, they handled it without any issues and made sure it came out looking clean and refreshed again. The wash quality was solid, and they paid good attention to detail considering how much dust and buildup there was from the trip. It made a big difference having it properly cleaned instead of just a quick rinse. One thing that really stood out was how convenient the vacuum area was. It made it super easy to finish up the inside of the car myself right after the wash, especially after a road trio. It's been years since I have been here.. It's not the same…read more. I paid for the Gold Wash.. They didn't do everything that is listed in that category.. Not to say they didn't do a decent job, just ... Not what I was expecting.. They vacuum the car like normal before they pull it into the wash rack for it to be washed. If you read the signs the lower washes make you believe it it's going through the car wash and the more expensive ones they hand wash. So after they vacuumed they pulled the car around into the opening of the car wash like it was gonna go through the system. Keep in mind they charged me extra for a small SUV on top of the Gold Package.. Someone then sprayed and washed it with a brush then backed it out and detailed it over in front of the garage.. There was a lady there throwing a fit that she paid for the next one up from the gold package and they were doing the same thing as mine and they charged more.. So read the details before you decide.. I will tell you the people were very friendly and they did a decent job on the car. I was just bothered by the signs saying one thing and they do something different.

Don't know where to begin but short and sweet:…read more Bought a truck on Monday and got it home to discover it was rather dirty. I expressed my concerns with the dealership and they saw things my way so they gave me credit to have the truck detailed. I submitted my request to Yelp to get some quotes and Steve got back to me right away and had the best price. Hired him to come out today (Saturday) and he showed up 15 min early which I prefer. I am blown away at how well he did on my truck. My only regret is that I didn't take any before pics but I've been rather busy and I'd like to forget how dirty it was. Image the truck in the pics but super dirty and then open your eyes and see how nice it looks. I will be hiring One Way to detail my Travel Trailer next. Thank you for the fantastic results.

I waited in line for 20 minutes before I received a slip...and then waited longer to enter the actual car wash. All that time didn't include the AFTER wash, where they dry and vacuum the car. VERY DISAPPOINTING & NOT what reviews stated at all.
