Came to the collision center to pick up my Tesla Model Y today, walked in to the front desk and…read moreright behind the desk is a window to what must be their break room because throw the blinds I saw them and they saw me just standing there waiting and they just sat there seeing me. Eventually I was greeted by a lady who took care of me with an I don't care attitude. Tesla insurance hadn't sent the deductible so she wouldn't release my vehicle til they got it which is understandable. So I had to call Tesla to handle it even tho she was the one when I brought it in that said she would work with Tesla to get everything handled. Then she told me to sit down until they received it. David eventually walked out and said ok let's see if I left anything in it to which the lady said oh yeah we got the payment. F me...right!? Got the Tesla home and when the sun went down a bit the shadows brought out everything. The drivers rear door was worked on keep in mind. My Tesla came with a brand new scuff on the drivers door and the rear door is badly misaligned. The rear door also had some tuff built up gunk on it too from them that I had to carefully scrape off. A warning came on too to find out they put the drivers side rear tire back on with real low pressure prob from just sitting there that they didn't catch. Def not quality work for a Tesla certified collision repair center. Update: washed the car this weekend, a couple days after picking it up. What do you know, I find even more built up gunk and scratches/scuffs all the over the vehicle. Some scraped off while some didn't. This is pathetic craftsmanship for a repair center! I'll be sure to tell Tesla to NOT send work to them!

No one even looked up from their computers or said anything. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that somehow they didn't hear me, see me, or see my vehicle pull in. I said "Hi" again, and no one still even looked at me. Instead, a gentleman with a long gray beard just pointed at the building next door and said I needed to go there. I waited for my appointment, and saw another person with a hat and curly hair come in and out. My appointment was at 3PM, and the receptionist said the person who would be giving me my quote was not in yet. I waited until after my appointment time, and decided to cancel and find a better place. It just so happened that the gentleman with the hat and curly hair was the one who was supposed to meet me at 3PM. Overall, this place needs an overhaul on customer service. There's a dozen places in the area to get your vehicle fixed, all with similar pricing and expertise. So why waste your time and money dropping off your vehicle at a place where you are not even given a greeting, and appointments are not adhered to.
