Scammers! Did a crap repair job and lied and told me that the parts used were all OEM. Needless to say they were after market parts or non compatible parts that they Jerry rigged on my vehicle. Invoice shows OEM and price, but not OEM. Insurance paid over $9K just to be scammed. After taking my car back twice and still getting lied to and a crappy job I had to go get my car inspected. I found out the truth! Now I have to take it to another place to have them fix all of the damage now caused by Caliber Collision and put OEM parts that the insurance had NO problem paying for! The first advisor quit after the first mess up with my car, then the General manager Laura had no issue talking trash and blaming him for everything. But what she promised me as far as getting my car back to normal before I was rear ended did not even happen. She was right about my car in the terrible condition they gave it to me the first time. However when I trusted her and Dave with my vehicle the second time they did worse than Vince did the first time! I went to the dealership to go take a look for myself to see why parts are not fitting right after they claimed to have fixed it. . But as soon as I get there two parts fell off! Then further inspection shows, the supposed OEM parts that Caliber Collision used are actually all after market. The rear lights are not even for my make and model vehicle. I was shocked that the General manager Laura would allow this scam to be pulled on me. She even came out when I came pick up my car. I did say that the paint job looked much better than before but the other stuff was not and I had to go because at that point I was done. Now my sensors are malfunctioning, still gaps and non compatible parts for both rear lights, interior hatch non OEM,bumper non OEM, muffler is my original, parts falling off, vehicle painted over damage from what I was told. Just a mess. Stay away and look at their most recent Google reviews. If you had work done look at your receipt and if it says OEM go get it inspected to verify. If not OEM go get your money back! Such dishonest people and the crap job that they do is an embarrassment. Train your employees especially all of your technicians a lot better. Laura even thanked me for not posted the video I showed her and photos of the crap job and thanking me for giving her a chance to make it right. Well you failed big time Laura! And for Dave to tell me not to do the initial survey because that was Vince is fault and it would affect all their bonuses just shows that Laura & Dave care only about themselves and their bonuses and not their customers or the work done on their customers vehicles. Dave you did not do any better than Vince as what Laura told me as her "right hand" guy. Tightening down the rear lights instead of replacing them with the correct OEM after you stated they were not for my vehicle after inspection is crazy. I also have video proving all that I am saying and will be seeking legal advice. This is just outrageous and should not be tolerated ever. read more

They worked directly with my insurance and it was a seamless process. Everyone was friendly, waiting room was clean, and I was able to leave my rental car with them when picking up my car. If I could give 0 stars as a review I would. I came to them because I figured they were a good honest reputable body shop and well I have dealt with them before on another vehicle of mine but it didn't go good the second time around. I took my wife's jeep in for an insurance job do to an accident she was in. After they had fixed it I had to take it back a couple times because things kept popping up that were not done right like paint, door latches and electrical issues, as I took it back they would fix the issue and at one point they told me that they had went through it thoroughly and checked the things they fixed to make sure I wouldn't have to keep coming back. Well I don't think that was the case because I still went back after they told me that. The last thing that occurred was my tail light was falling out so I took it back they said they had fixed it which they didn't and I showed them on the spot before driving off their lot. How they so called fixed it is very unacceptable and unprofessional for a reputable shop. The part that was broken to begin with was only $30 which I bought and fixed it myself. Here are some pictures of that bracket they fixed which they probably charged the insurance for it and didn't replace. After this I couldn't recommend this shop to anyone sorry but if you guys are willing to lose customers over $30 parts what could be expected of a shop like that read more

Made an appointment to have my vehicle inspected after a minor collision. Showed up on time, the lady verified my name and phone number and said somebody would be right with me. While I was waiting, another customer came in without an appointment. Then another customer came in and was asked to have a seat and somebody would be right with them. Waited 30 minutes and watched both of the people who walked in after me get helped while I sat there. The guy who came in without an appointment was the first person to be helped. No one ever said a word to me so I finally just walked out. They have my phone number but they didn't call to see why I left. Horrible customer service, I will never use this company. read more

I absolutely love there quick in&out service there staff is patient and friendly. I was in an accident a year ago and they really were helpful and got my car back to in a less than a two weeks. Took our 2020 Honda here after being rear-ended. They are Honda-certified and partnered with both Liberty Mutual and Enterprise, which made the whole process very smooth. We were assigned to David Stephens who kept me in the loop throughout the repair. He even buffed a scratch on the side out as the cherry on top! Not to mention the lifetime warranty on the repair, which provides great reassurance on the quality of their work. I will be returning if I need collision repair again. read more

From start to finish I had a great experience. Mine was little peculiar than normal. I had someone back into my 2024 sonata and wanted to pay out of pocket.Most individuals rarely follow through but this gentleman did. Once I arrived to office I was immediately received by a warm smile,a very clean waiting room with refreshments and just a warm feeling that I would be taken care of. I can't remember his name but an older gentleman helped me.I told him what happened and he said he would update me every step of the way.It turns out for the service requested I had to get a replaced grill/bumper/ another part that had 3 different colors. He even contacted the gentleman that hit me to give him updates, get first deposit, and final payment. Turns out the estimate wound up costing more due to hidden crack in bumper.The estimate wasn't cheap but you get what you paid for.He did a great job and I couldn't be happier. This business puts on the appearance as upstanding but do not be fooled. Poor craftsmanship, poor communication and poor customer service.

For side swiped by a new driver. Had some paint transfer only but no idea if it was bad or not. Stopped into Caliber Collision and Chris took a look. He offered to buff out what we saw to see what was underneath. Turns out I got lucky. He didn't charge me for work. The peace of mind means a lot to me and more to the driver who hit me. I only go to Caliber Collision because I know nothing about cars except where the gas goes and I wasn't going to take a chance with my own negligible repair skills. My car was dropped off on 7/21 for front end damage repair. I returned on 7/30 to pick it up and found that the color on the newly painted front bumper was the wrong color. The sales rep agreed that the color did not match. On 7/31 I returned a 2nd time as I was told they would repaint it with the correct color. However, the color was still wrong. The sales rep also agreed it was incorrect. I was rescheduled to pick it up for the third time on 8/1. I was contacted on Friday 8/1 and told the color still didnt match on the third attempt so they needed to keep it to try again. They are closed on the weekend so that means they will not get to it for the next 3 days. Despite the fact that its their fault that I've been without a car for the last 3 days and will be without a car for the next 3 days, they refused to offer a rental. Ive got two kids at home and this is my only mode of transportation. It took multiple phone calls and arguments and I was able to get a rental car from them for 1 day. However, it will cost me a 20 dollar Uber ride each way to pick it up as well as a $100 deposit out of my pocket. Ive already gone there twice to pick up this car at the cost of $20 per trip. Ive also already paid them in full. These mistakes they've made are 100% their fault and has severely impacted my families life. We need a car to get groceries and food not to mention if there is a medical emergency we have no car to get to a hospital. read more

I worked with Mike (Michael Fantroy). I just got a brand new vehicle and haven't had it no more than 5 months & it acquired scratches I thought were deep. I took my vehicle for maintenance and the dealership sold me repair paint (I have to preface and say I'm not a proficient artist). I attempted to repaint the scratches and it looked like nail polish was painted on my vehicle - it was appalling. Mike kept me up to date during the entire process and was able to save me the hassle of repainting the entire hood. He polished it and let me tell you - it appeared brand new again. This review is for Caliber Collision in Redlands, and specifically for Carlos, my service advisor who took care of my 2019 Honda insight which was involved in an accident which requires serious repairs. First off I want to say I am completely 100% satisfied with the service that was provided due to the fact that Carlos himself went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and returned back to normal and looking better than ever! He was friendly, communicative, open and honest about the amount of time it would take for my car to get back on the road and he made sure to keep me updated with everything that was being done to my car or any delays that were needed in order to get the proper part taken care of properly. I have brought previous cars that I've owned here due to small repairs or accidents that it got involved in. But I have never had a service advisor that was as professional and reliable as Carlos is. If I was able to give this caliber collision a 10 star rating I would due to the fact that Carlos made sure that I was completely 100% satisfied. Even though my car still had a little bit of repairs needed when I received it back due to the fact that parts were still missing and there was a few little hiccups that happened when I receive my car with the technology. He was attentive and acknowledged my concerns and still brought the car back in to make sure that those repairs that were needed still were taken care of. Any other service advisor that I have had previously would not go out of their way to make sure that my little complaints that I would make would still get taken care of. If anybody does bring their car here and gets Carlos as their service advisor, they are going to be receiving a VIP treatment! I'm not exaggerating. He definitely is the go-to guy when it comes to customer service! I definitely feel very confident in bringing any of my other cars here for any other repairs in the later future. I initially had my car fixed at the Los angles location. It was there for 1.5 months and then so many things were still wrong. I brought it to the redlands location and every single thing was addressed and I got it back within one week. There was a clear line of communication betwee Ken and I who kept me updated on the status of my car. You can tell that Ken truly does want to provide exceptional service to his customers. I had such a horrible experience all throughout the process. It took a month to get parts in, which I understand can be out of their control, but I had to call twice to get updates. My service rep, Mike, never called to update me prior to my car finally being dropped off. So glad I asked for them to preorder the parts before I dropped off my car. THEN, while my car was in their care, someone moves it with a forklift and punctures my gas pan, supposedly no other damage but how am I supposed to see under the car. The manager could have called and let me know, sent me pictures, but nothing. Lastly, when I picked up my car it literally had no gas, I'm lucky I made it to the gas station around the corner... the least they could have done was given me a gallon or 2 since I hadn't driven my car for over a week. I really appreciate these guys. I had a door fixed about 6 months ago and the work was perfect. Today, I brought my car in for a silly mishap on my part last week. I was cleaning my car and sprayed winded with vinegar on my instrument panel lens. The acidic base clouded up the lens making it difficult to see the speedometer, tachometer & indicating panel. I brought it in and asked if/how this could be fixed. Derek said to let him have it for a few minutes to try something as it might be very labor-intensive to replace the cluster lens and would likely involve taking apart a majority of the dashboard. He came back about 10 minutes later and had compounded the scratchy/cloudy lens clear. I can't tell you how much that meant to me. I was very happy when I had Insuranace work done through them and later so very helpful. Nice people and if you compare to other caliber collision places in the area, very very clean and professional atmosphere which inspires confidence. read more

Lack of communications and coordination within Caliber's project teams was astounding. Brought my wife's car into Caliber to have the right side of the vehicle's door and rear quarter panel scratches repaired and painted. When the car was repaired and ready for pick up, we found the following: 1) The car was dirty (thick dust) inside passenger area, plus inside engine and trunk compartments. Asked that the car be wiped down so that I could see the paint. They only wiped down the right side. Too much trouble for only $6,000 repairs, I guess. Saw that the paint job was poorly done. All the newly painted surfaces had "orange peel" appearance. 2) They left their tools in the car's trunk. Used my car as a toolbox. Unacceptable. Told them to fix the paint and clean the car up before delivery. Went yesterday to pick up the car and there was still "orange peel" on the right side. My point is there was supposed to be and Quality Control (QC) at least two times during each of the repairs and it was evident that no one, outside of the painter, looked at the job. Plus, when we went to pick up the car the second time the clerical staff asked us for our paperwork. Since we had already paid Caliber, there was none. Apparently, no one communicated with the staff since we had already paid them, no one cared who we were. We had used Caliber in Redlands when they were at a different location, and we received excellent craftsmanship and service on this same vehicle. I had damage to both doors on my drivers side and Caliber handled it so efficiently! My family has been going here for years but it was my first time needing repairs from an accident, they were fast and communicated every step of the way. I will most definitely return if I need repairs and I recommend it to anyone. I'm sure more extensive repairs take longer but my car was even finished way before they estimated it would be. Also, I was primarily assisted by Jorge throughout the process. He was really helpful and super professional. What a great experience I had today. David Stephens assisted me with a quote. He was courteous, knowledgeable and displayed the highest level of integrity. I walked in not knowing if i would be fleeced-which is typical of a body shop. But to my surprise, David did not hesitate to quickly diagnose and FIX the damage to my car.
