    My "Brand NEW" muffler! According to Laura & Dave.

    Scammers! Did a crap repair job and lied and told me that the parts used were all OEM. Needless to say they were after market parts or non compatible parts that they Jerry rigged on my vehicle. Invoice shows OEM and price, but not OEM. Insurance paid over $9K just to be scammed. After taking my car back twice and still getting lied to and a crappy job I had to go get my car inspected. I found out the truth! Now I have to take it to another place to have them fix all of the damage now caused by Caliber Collision and put OEM parts that the insurance had NO problem paying for! The first advisor quit after the first mess up with my car, then the General manager Laura had no issue talking trash and blaming him for everything. But what she promised me as far as getting my car back to normal before I was rear ended did not even happen. She was right about my car in the terrible condition they gave it to me the first time. However when I trusted her and Dave with my vehicle the second time they did worse than Vince did the first time! I went to the dealership to go take a look for myself to see why parts are not fitting right after they claimed to have fixed it. . But as soon as I get there two parts fell off! Then further inspection shows, the supposed OEM parts that Caliber Collision used are actually all after market. The rear lights are not even for my make and model vehicle. I was shocked that the General manager Laura would allow this scam to be pulled on me. She even came out when I came pick up my car. I did say that the paint job looked much better than before but the other stuff was not and I had to go because at that point I was done. Now my sensors are malfunctioning, still gaps and non compatible parts for both rear lights, interior hatch non OEM,bumper non OEM, muffler is my original, parts falling off, vehicle painted over damage from what I was told. Just a mess. Stay away and look at their most recent Google reviews. If you had work done look at your receipt and if it says OEM go get it inspected to verify. If not OEM go get your money back! Such dishonest people and the crap job that they do is an embarrassment. Train your employees especially all of your technicians a lot better. Laura even thanked me for not posted the video I showed her and photos of the crap job and thanking me for giving her a chance to make it right. Well you failed big time Laura! And for Dave to tell me not to do the initial survey because that was Vince is fault and it would affect all their bonuses just shows that Laura & Dave care only about themselves and their bonuses and not their customers or the work done on their customers vehicles. Dave you did not do any better than Vince as what Laura told me as her "right hand" guy. Tightening down the rear lights instead of replacing them with the correct OEM after you stated they were not for my vehicle after inspection is crazy. I also have video proving all that I am saying and will be seeking legal advice. This is just outrageous and should not be tolerated ever.

    If I could give 0 stars as a review I would. I came to them because I figured they were a good honest reputable body shop and well I have dealt with them before on another vehicle of mine but it didn't go good the second time around. I took my wife's jeep in for an insurance job do to an accident she was in. After they had fixed it I had to take it back a couple times because things kept popping up that were not done right like paint, door latches and electrical issues, as I took it back they would fix the issue and at one point they told me that they had went through it thoroughly and checked the things they fixed to make sure I wouldn't have to keep coming back. Well I don't think that was the case because I still went back after they told me that. The last thing that occurred was my tail light was falling out so I took it back they said they had fixed it which they didn't and I showed them on the spot before driving off their lot. How they so called fixed it is very unacceptable and unprofessional for a reputable shop. The part that was broken to begin with was only $30 which I bought and fixed it myself. Here are some pictures of that bracket they fixed which they probably charged the insurance for it and didn't replace. After this I couldn't recommend this shop to anyone sorry but if you guys are willing to lose customers over $30 parts what could be expected of a shop like that

    First time at Caliber Collision, 450 Nevada St, Redlands, CA, and I'm impressed. They got my wife's Benz looking perfect and had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Great service--fast and professional.

    I absolutely love there quick in&out service there staff is patient and friendly. I was in an accident a year ago and they really were helpful and got my car back to in a less than a two weeks. There prices are great to I highly recommend this business I also love there coffee and popcorn station with snacks there bathroom is clean to. Again come here to get your act fixed. You will be comfortable and get great service.

    Service was awesome. Took my brand new Ioniq 5 in after being hit. Recieved my car back and it looked better than when I purchased it. Turn around time was extremely fast. Communication was great. Customer service was amazing. I dealt with Ken Bob and Adrianna personally and they all were GREAT. Will definitely return again.

Upon receiving the car back, all is washed and cleaned inside / out. The car was in the shop for a while but it was not because of the bodyshop fault but rather of the other person insurance that had a delay times in sending the adjuster, communicating with the adjuster and sending the multiple payments cheques. All in all, Seidner's Collision Ctr did a great job with the car and takes care of its customers well. I am glad it has its business here in the city of Loma Linda. Definitely recommended if you need body repair on the car.

Last week, I was given conflicting information about when I'd receive a damage estimate, forcing me to waste a trip down there. When I expressed my frustration about the lack of clear expectations, the shop manager, Roman, completely lacked empathy. Instead of trying to fix their own miscommunication, he actually suggested I take my business to another facility. Unbelievably unprofessional to tell a customer to go elsewhere just because they asked for clear communication. Look for a shop that actually cares about its clients.

Rather than professional communication, I received repeated calls that felt intimidating and inappropriate. It became necessary to protect myself by documenting everything. If you deal with this shop, record every phone call and save all emails and messages. Do not rely on verbal conversations alone. Get everything in writing and review every charge carefully. Concerns were not addressed respectfully or professionally -- they were dismissed. This caused unnecessary stress not only for me, but also for others involved in the process. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop to think twice. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with an auto repair business, and I would never return.

When I checked in, there were no delays on getting my vehicle inspected ready for repair. Also, a rental was arranged for me to be picked up at the shop. Vanessa was very nice and did a great job explaining the process. She explained that they wouldn't be able to have a complete ETA or estimate until they get a closer look at the vehicle in the shop, but that most likely it could be about a week and a half to two weeks. Seems reasonable. The next day (and every day after), I received a text with a link to the status of the repair. It was updated with an expected completion date and status. Photos were quickly uploaded of the damaged parts (most likely for the insurance company). They did a very good job of communicating and keeping me informed of the repair status every single day. I was shocked when my vehicle was done in only FOUR DAYS - substantially faster than the initial estimate. I was able to return my rental at the shop when I picked up my vehicle. On first inspection, the quality of the work appears to be top notch. My bumper looks great again! It was done quickly, and they communicated the entire time. Compared to the last auto body shop I went to, it's a complete night and day difference. Couldn't have asked for better service. (Not happy with Geico or with Enterprise after I returned the vehicle, but those will be separate reviews.)

No one even looked up from their computers or said anything. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that somehow they didn't hear me, see me, or see my vehicle pull in. I said "Hi" again, and no one still even looked at me. Instead, a gentleman with a long gray beard just pointed at the building next door and said I needed to go there. I waited for my appointment, and saw another person with a hat and curly hair come in and out. My appointment was at 3PM, and the receptionist said the person who would be giving me my quote was not in yet. I waited until after my appointment time, and decided to cancel and find a better place. It just so happened that the gentleman with the hat and curly hair was the one who was supposed to meet me at 3PM. Overall, this place needs an overhaul on customer service. There's a dozen places in the area to get your vehicle fixed, all with similar pricing and expertise. So why waste your time and money dropping off your vehicle at a place where you are not even given a greeting, and appointments are not adhered to.
