Following a minor collision I needed to have my rear bumper replaced on my Prius. The Service Advisor, Carlos Jimenez was very professional and communicative through the whole process. The bumper was replaced and I was able to get my car earlier than anticipated. All I can say is "Wow", it looked like new, and I am very picky about my car. My car was worked on for a period of 3. months, back and forth from the dealer as well. The staff was kind and they did their best to fix problems, but there should have been more preventative measures so as not to have to keep "fixing" mistakes. One example, the team that replaced my upholstery didn't cover my seats, so there ended up being a lot of debris and glue that were left on my seats and floor, I had to return the car at a later time for cleaning. After 3.5 weeks (not 3), they said I have to wait an additional 7 days and pay a lot of money for a "used part" that the insurance won't cover because it "was due to prior damage" which was not true. By far the best auto rebuilder in N. America. Highly skilled and technically savy. The staff, especially the two Eric's, always communicating with you and your insurance. Very courteous and polite. Great experience from start to finish! I worked with James Miranda who was awesome with every interaction. A cone fell from a truck on the freeway and struck my bumper causing more damage than I would have expected. Caliber and James were prompt in setting up my appointment and contacted Enterprise to pick up me up. I was kept informed throughout the entire process via phone calls, emails, and text messages - there was never a moment when I was not in the loop. My insurance company only approved after market parts on my car, but not satisfied with the fit, Caliber managed to get OEM approved on the car. The result is a PERFECT repair that I could not be happier with! They even wrote me a customer pay appraisal for a scratch on my door and gave me a bottle of touch up paint to go. Caliber did a great job on replacing the rear bumper on my 2015 Prius. It was cracked after getting backed into. Luckily,there was no body or frame damage. The paint match and work was spot on as it blends in with the existing paint perfectly. Brian the estimator and the front staff all were prompt, efficient and friendly. They even handled returning the rental car making the pickup very easy. It took them 5 days to do the work, which was just fine. Can't recommend this location unfortunately. Just a short time after picking up my car I noticed a noise. Turned out the front strut needed to be replaced but the technicians somehow missed it in the original assessment and test drive. I also subsequently noticed shoddy body work which my assessor agreed was not done correctly...resulting in another trip through the painting process with the bumper. Long story short, instead of being out of my car for a week, I what to return it to Caliber for another week of work. Not satisfactory. read more

I made an appointment for an estimate on a deep paint chip on the front passenger side of my 2021 Subaru. As I explained to Drew about the gouge caused by a shopping cart, and subsequently the terrible paint job I tried to repair myself, I was hopeful but skeptical. He listened and carefully assessed the problem. He was very professional and thorough. Bottom line, the estimate was high because of all the underlying technology and work it would require in that particular area of the car. I resolved to just deal with it and leave. And that's when Drew told me they could buff it and use the paint I bought to basically fix what I messed up. It wouldn't be pristine but it would definitely repair the gouge! I was elated! Turned in my Cadillac Ct4 for minor body work on my grill and shutter. Dropped car off on a Monday i got called 3 hours later that the car was disassembled and the process had started. Had a guy come out to my car to have a look at my problem. A bit of gas dropped onto the body and burned into the clear coat and paint. He was honest and told me that it was $600 to repaint the whole thing. Instead he went into his garage and rubbed it with some commercial polish for free and gave me some in a bag for free to take home. He also answered my questions.
