This car does amazing work with cars. I had issues that no other shop could diagnose. Dynamic collision was able to identify my problems, and went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't having anymore issues. They even have a specialist for airbags/ Hondas. They were pretty straight forward, told me what was wrong and gave me really good prices. The guy who runs this shop is a really nice guy , and makes sure you're happy with your car. BUYER BEWARE: Where to start as we had a terrible experience with Dynamic Collision in Redlands.  We brought my vehicle in after getting hit for repair on driver door.  Having used Dynamic many times previously and being very impressed with their quality, I returned. The problems started with it taking 3 months to get the repair done (with not 1 call from the shop letting us know what's going on). My husband had to be the one pursuing them. I understand the supply shortage, however upon finally going to pick the vehicle up, the entire side that was painted had terrible orange peel as well as fish eyes.  It looked AWFUL.  They acknowledged it was a poor job and told me to return 1 day later, however, it took 3 days. While the orange peel was gone, we now had a 4 inch burn above the passenger rear door handle.  Back to paint again and 3 days later we were finally good to go. Guess it was too much to ask to have it right the first time after 3 months? The frustrations of the situation were compounded by little to no communication regarding the process as well as the continued absence the manager Kimberly on site. Even after being told multiple times she would be in the office, she never was.  To make matters worse, This shop has apparently changed hands since the previous times we used them.  In the words of Kimberly, the manager,  the shop has gone from a high quality body shop ("highest caliber of workmanship" according to their website) to a "production shop". . Again, no one bothered to tell us ANYTHING and the only way we found out that they switched owners was from calling one of their Cerritos office!! As my insurance deductible was waived by my personal insurance company, this next part was the most bothersome part.......Kimberly, out of her own mouth, told us she would pay the deductible plus give us an additional $100.00 for the major communication flops and lack of communication on their end.  BUT......when it came to actually collecting the money, she failed again.  Not one dime was given or even any apologies.....we are still waiting for the money.  This left my husband and I disgusted with this company as their word means NOTHING. We will never use them again. . And, perhaps in the future, if they are aware of the supply issues, which they certainly should be, the customer should be informed of such, prior to drop off.  This way,  the decision can be made by the customer to wait to drop the vehicle off, assuming it's driveable,  until after the parts come in or not. It's called common courtesy. I was out my vehicle for 3 months, $2500 in rental car costs, sub par workmanship not once but twice, necessitating multiple trips and taking up another two weeks (additional $560 rental car costs) while they managed to skate away with the $8k check from my insurance company. They cashed the check from AAA right after receiving it while many reputable companies wait to cash it until AFTER the vehicle is fixed. It's a nice little racket they have going on here. There are many other choices out there, I would make it a point to choose one of them, NOT Dynamic Collision. read more

First off...any reviews over a 3 star is fake!!! DON'T GO HERE!!!! RUN!!! The staff is terrible!!! I hate to point it out, but...Kim needs to worry about how to please her customers...not think of ways to rip them off. She is slick talking but not very customer oriented. Valerie is her protege'...what a role model she has!!! She found ways to inflate and gouge prices to fit her estimate. But she didn't estimate this... 1) 4 wheel alignment not done properly (sent it back) 2) did not finish painting bumper (sent it back) 3) ruined and didn't replace door guard or wheel well guard (didn't tell me & tried to pass it off) (sent it back) would NOT re-program my tire pressure sensors (released vehicle with ALL 4 sensors blinking) (I sent it back) (they even put the "old" sensor back on) This vehicle was sent back to them 3 times ...even AFTER they had my vehicle for THREE (3) months. FOR MINOR REPAIRS!!!!!! EXCUSES ...EXCUSES...EXCUSES !!!! I paid to have the door guard and wheel well guard replaced and they REFUSED to re-program the sensors. I had to pay for that also. They could have put the re-programming and those parts on the estimate. But looks to me like they weren't smart enough to do that. BUT... they were smart enough to add another $550.00 to my bill anyways!!! I believe they didn't like that I was paying out of my pocket...they had no way to dramatically inflate EVERYTHING!!! Even though they did inflate my costs on parts and I have receipts to prove it. They refuse to repay me the $195.00 I'm out of pocket for. $65.00 for the guards and $130.00 for the sensor pre-programming. Wait until they see how much they are going to pay me back in the lawsuit. read more

This review is bit late. All I can say is that my car looks 100% new, thanks to the exceptional service they provided. They did everything in a timely fashion and even called me to update me on what they were doing. They also gave me a great deal on their repairs. If you need any body work done at all, come here. I was very disappointed with the service I received from Dynamic. I took my 350Z in to the front fender replace and painted. I brought all the part with me so all they had to do was to paint it and install it. I took it in on a Friday, I knew they didn't work on the weekend so I wasn't expecting it until Tuesday or Wednesday. When I didn't hear from them on Wednesday, I called. After being on hold for 15 mins.. I was told that it was in painting and she would call me when it was out and they started on my installation, No call. I finally called again on Friday, since they had it for a whole week. Again, after being left on hold for 20 mins., I was again told that it was in painting but they will rush it through and get it done by 3:30pm. At 3:30 I checked again and was told they were just finishing putting it back together and I could get it at 4:15. I went down to the center at 4:15 to find my car in the parking lot dirty. I went into pay for my repairs and had to ask for a printed invoice. Then she informs me that they were going to wash and detail it but since I was there I could bring it back. It was 4:45 and closed at 5. Just another lie. II passed and took my car home. They didn't even do a good job at matching the paint. read more

Great company to deal with. I had some trim on my 12 year old Expedition that had started to rust and peel and they were able to get the parts, have them installed and also buffed out a scrape mark on my hood (me vs. shopping cart). To my surprise they washed the car and dressed the tires. They also were kind enough to give me a ride to and from my home in Redlands. And, they were super friendly, too. The 3 step paint job for my 350 Z was awesome.They did a great job fading the new paint into the older paint.They also did some additional interior paint work and repair. I called for a quote on getting a buffer done on my car due to paint coming off of a friends garage when I hit the side of it. Nader offered to look at it first and go from there saying it doesn't seem too bad. I went down there today and it took about 10 minutes to get off.
