From the beginning, Janeth and Kim have been working and always get in touch with me about the progression of the car. The car is repaired back to great condition. Upon receiving the car back, all is washed and cleaned inside / out. The car was in the shop for a while but it was not because of the bodyshop fault but rather of the other person insurance that had a delay times in sending the adjuster, communicating with the adjuster and sending the multiple payments cheques. All in all, Seidner's Collision Ctr did a great job with the car and takes care of its customers well. I am glad it has its business here in the city of Loma Linda. Definitely recommended if you need body repair on the car.

He examined other parts of the car that we didn't asked to be evaluated. He said this was due to the store's own lifetime warranty coverage which is not normal policy for a majority of body shops. He also continuously tugged on the bumper and claimed it was jeopardized when it had NO prior issues. Wtf was he trying to do, break it? I'd sue this shop if something happened. For reference, the entire quote was for $2,500 and would take 6-7 business days. The other shop I ended up going to nearby was $500 (1/5 of the price) with expedited service including ordering the parts with the actual labor only taking 3 hours. They can claim that they're focused on quality, but this is very slow and incredibly overpriced compared to most body shops. Most mechanics in the Bay Area can do it for a fraction of the price where the cost of living is much higher and while providing better and faster service. After doing additional research, it's clear their assessment was completely off when talking to other shops. Either they're right or tons of other shops are wrong. Based on their ineptitude, they might be deluded enough to believe in the former. If you want to pay 5 times as much for the same job at ANY OTHER body shop while taking over three times as long, go here. Place is a joke compared to any competent shop. I'd be quoted less going to the dealership. Place is ran by bozos. After being DMed by Gene because he disabled replies and asked me to remove my review, it affirmed why this establishment is truly 1 star. If I can give this garbage place 0 or negative stars, I would. Avoid like the plague unless you're stupid or enjoy being ripped off.

    Scammers! Did a crap repair job and lied and told me that the parts used were all OEM. Needless to…read moresay they were after market parts or non compatible parts that they Jerry rigged on my vehicle. Invoice shows OEM and price, but not OEM. Insurance paid over $9K just to be scammed. After taking my car back twice and still getting lied to and a crappy job I had to go get my car inspected. I found out the truth! Now I have to take it to another place to have them fix all of the damage now caused by Caliber Collision and put OEM parts that the insurance had NO problem paying for! The first advisor quit after the first mess up with my car, then the General manager Laura had no issue talking trash and blaming him for everything. But what she promised me as far as getting my car back to normal before I was rear ended did not even happen. She was right about my car in the terrible condition they gave it to me the first time. However when I trusted her and Dave with my vehicle the second time they did worse than Vince did the first time! I went to the dealership to go take a look for myself to see why parts are not fitting right after they claimed to have fixed it. . But as soon as I get there two parts fell off! Then further inspection shows, the supposed OEM parts that Caliber Collision used are actually all after market. The rear lights are not even for my make and model vehicle. I was shocked that the General manager Laura would allow this scam to be pulled on me. She even came out when I came pick up my car. I did say that the paint job looked much better than before but the other stuff was not and I had to go because at that point I was done. Now my sensors are malfunctioning, still gaps and non compatible parts for both rear lights, interior hatch non OEM,bumper non OEM, muffler is my original, parts falling off, vehicle painted over damage from what I was told. Just a mess. Stay away and look at their most recent Google reviews. If you had work done look at your receipt and if it says OEM go get it inspected to verify. If not OEM go get your money back! Such dishonest people and the crap job that they do is an embarrassment. Train your employees especially all of your technicians a lot better. Laura even thanked me for not posted the video I showed her and photos of the crap job and thanking me for giving her a chance to make it right. Well you failed big time Laura! And for Dave to tell me not to do the initial survey because that was Vince is fault and it would affect all their bonuses just shows that Laura & Dave care only about themselves and their bonuses and not their customers or the work done on their customers vehicles. Dave you did not do any better than Vince as what Laura told me as her "right hand" guy. Tightening down the rear lights instead of replacing them with the correct OEM after you stated they were not for my vehicle after inspection is crazy. I also have video proving all that I am saying and will be seeking legal advice. This is just outrageous and should not be tolerated ever.

She pointed everything out that would need to be repaired and seemed like she just wanted to help me out. Before I took it here at Genuine customs and collisions I had taken the vehicle to a different shop and the associate at this other shop just glanced at the car and gave me a price but here at genuine customs and collisions Jen throughly inspected the vehicle and noticed hidden damage that even I didn't realize. She pointed out that the headlight was broken along with some brackets that would hold the bumper in place. Jen and everyone here at Genuine customs and collisions center are very honest and hard working people and I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone that needs work on their car.

The paint job was sloppy, they let me drive it off the lot as "good to go" & it would pull hard to the side every time I stopped which was actually very dangerous. After taking it back for that, I was still left with a loose part that I had to get fixed elsewhere. I live in LA & my accident was in SB which is why I brought it here, so having to bring it back so often was rough. It was a decent job, but not the level was hoping for (needed) for my brand new car. If you're looking for a new car to be left like new again after an accident, this isn't the place.

Throughout this process, their business practices felt deceptive and predatory. Billing was unclear and appeared inflated, explanations kept changing, and there was a complete lack of transparency. Instead of clear answers, I was met with deflection and pressure. What pushed this experience over the line was the constant phone calls and harassment. Rather than professional communication, I received repeated calls that felt intimidating and inappropriate. It became necessary to protect myself by documenting everything. If you deal with this shop, record every phone call and save all emails and messages. Do not rely on verbal conversations alone. Get everything in writing and review every charge carefully. Concerns were not addressed respectfully or professionally -- they were dismissed. This caused unnecessary stress not only for me, but also for others involved in the process. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop to think twice. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with an auto repair business, and I would never return.

She remembers my story and what happened during our accident and makes sure to ask how we're all doing. She's provided suggestions to help me and my case. Truly has gone above and beyond.     Over a month at Gerber Collision & glass and they could not do the job…read more I have plenty of videos and photos to prove this. Dealing with Gerber Collision has not been fun. Crappy workmanship and phonies. To think the General Manager Joseph oversaw my so called "vehicle repairs" A simple repair and this place in Redlands could not do the job! If you are in an accident DO NOT go to Gerber Collision & Glass in Redlands. Try another location or better yet find another place. I definitely do not recommend this place. If they cannot handle replacing sensors, retainers, lift gate, lift gate interior, bumper, painting, placing an emblem centered back on the vehicle, putting the rear wiper back on the correct way, sending me a list of what they will be taking care on my vehicle and parts then pretty much customers are screwed! I have to take it elsewhere to go get my vehicle inspected, then get it repaired correctly. I need to make sure that there are no other issues, verify all parts are OEM that the insurance company paid for. If not I will be giving State Farm another call to handle the cost. What sucks is that Gerber Collision & Glass are in the insurers network to ensure all cost would be covered. State Farm needs to rethink having collision shops, specifically this location in their network. They are just robbing the insurance company with the crappy work they do and the cost of labor being as much as the price for parts. Scammed me with the crap work done to my vehicle with new damaged caused at Gerber Collision & Glass! Finally got my car back on 2/27/26 still crappy work, excuses and attitude from one of the people who worked on my vehicle. Saw some damages done to my driver side door with dings and dents on it. They tried to cover it up with paint, it did not work. This is what type of work they do. They make you sign a Power of Attorney to get paid? What??? The insurance already paid them once and will pay them again for the crappy work done. This is suspicious and will be looked into, to make sure this Power of Attorney crap is on all of their invoices or just mine? Certain parts that were suppose to be fixed were not! That is why I kept asking for a list to be on the same page. Then he says he can order the parts and replace it the day of pickup? That should have been taken care of before not when I have waited over a month to get my car! Then they start doing stuff to other parts of my vehicle which was not authorized at all! Now there is new damage to include the scratched up back from where they stripped and threw the dirty car parts in my vehicle without covering the inside. Frustrated because my car still looks like crap and now I have dings and dents on my driver side door. I have photos of my driver side door prior to dropping it off at Gerber with no dings or dents on it. How long does it take to detail a car inside & out? My car came to the shop very clean? The detail job they claim to have done was not even a detail. Again they made a mess in my car throwing dirty parts inside so of course they have to clean it. Next time do not store dirty used car parts inside my vehicle and back seats and act like you are doing me a favor with this so called "detail" BS. So disappointed because I see other photos of work they did on other vehicles and it looks good. Not sure why they kept giving me excuses? Sent photos to the insurance company. Not happy at all and I regret going there. Never received a supplemental, list, verification of OEM parts on my vehicle that were charged which was discussed immediately. Now I know why they did not send it because they are full of crap just like the workmanship or lack there of done to my vehicle. Instead I get a text from the GM Joseph trying to be funny/smart ass in reference to the Yelp review, or question/survey that I did. Very unprofessional. UPDATE: Still no one from higher management has reached out to me. However Gerber management just responded to someone who out of no where and who only has (1) review on Yelp praised Gerber. Come on now! How convenient, obvious & desperate for that 12 day old review?? I have all of the text, photos and videos to back up my yelp review.
