At another auto body shop nearby, I previously had a HORRIBLE experience several years ago. This time, I've already been getting some very awful treatment from my insurance company Geico, so I'm coming in with a lot of skepticism. When I checked in, there were no delays on getting my vehicle inspected ready for repair. Also, a rental was arranged for me to be picked up at the shop. Vanessa was very nice and did a great job explaining the process. She explained that they wouldn't be able to have a complete ETA or estimate until they get a closer look at the vehicle in the shop, but that most likely it could be about a week and a half to two weeks. Seems reasonable. The next day (and every day after), I received a text with a link to the status of the repair. It was updated with an expected completion date and status. Photos were quickly uploaded of the damaged parts (most likely for the insurance company). They did a very good job of communicating and keeping me informed of the repair status every single day. I was shocked when my vehicle was done in only FOUR DAYS - substantially faster than the initial estimate. I was able to return my rental at the shop when I picked up my vehicle. On first inspection, the quality of the work appears to be top notch. My bumper looks great again! It was done quickly, and they communicated the entire time. Compared to the last auto body shop I went to, it's a complete night and day difference. Couldn't have asked for better service. (Not happy with Geico or with Enterprise after I returned the vehicle, but those will be separate reviews.) read more

Poor workmanship Mediocre quality no pride whatsoever in execution of re-assembly had to return 5 times probably even more lost count.Poor matching of Black Paint missed small body work repairs fasteners to driver side mirror were missing various push clips were left off molding wasn't secured to mounting holes paint is fading or uneven in spots excessive swirls.What made the experience worse was the condensending attitude of the girl at the counter after I had to bring the car back..At first they were really nice until they had to try and failed in fixing their mistakes. read more

Polite and professional 100%. I don't understand why manufacturers make headlights on cars so hard to replace but when my light went out it required a trip to the dealer or a collision shop. MB Collision was super understanding and had me in the next day. They said they needed to charge me a "minimum job" fee of like an hour or something but when it was all said and done they didn't charge me a thing so I slipped the tech $40 cash for his troubles. This collision center is terrible I don't understand how it's a Geico authorized facility they do not complete damages on vehicles I picked up my vehicle today with damage still there chrome pieces missing my door window still not working and white paint overspray on my black car's paint they also charged my insurance for a brand new door which was never installed they use and refurbish the same old door that still has visible damage to the bottom do not bring your vehicle here do not come here save your time and energy and go somewhere else not to mention they are never clear on time frames they consistently lie day after day instead of being honest with their customers and letting customers know that it will be done at a certain period of time they keep you waiting lying saying your vehicles ready when it's actually not this place is terrible and I refuse to bring my car back here read more

A couple months ago, I got into a fender bender when a storage container jumped right behind my car. Decided to make a claim through GEICO and they referred me to MB Collision. Took almost 6 months to get my car repaired. It was there since Oct 17th of last year. I was given estimated due dates every other week that somehow pushed out to today. I get it was a big repair, and they paid for a rental vehicle to cover me during that time but there was no need to constantly tell me the vehicle would be done in 2 weeks at every update to only have it drag on for almost 6 months. I picked up my car this morning but my AC doesn't even work, so now I have to go back on Monday and deal with them again. You would just think after 6 months no problem, but no AC is a big problem. read more

We chose to go with them because they are partnered with our insurance company - it seemed reasonable that this partnership would streamline the process to get our vehicle corrected, however we were totally wrong and disappointed with the outcome. After being told our vehicle would be returned by a certain time, it was pushed back for an additional two weeks. This caused additional headaches with the rental car company. Then when our vehicle was returned there were numerous issues. We brought it back two times and they still didn't correct everything. They even blamed a couple of the problems on the businesses they outsourced the work to. We finally had to give up on them. read more

This experience was tragic, at best. It took about 2 months to get my Atlas back, but about half that time was after the first attempt to return the car. The work done was pathetic. The paint had all kinds of spots, the inner fender/splash guard was broken (new replacement), the two wheels were repaired and powder coated with the same finish quality as the paint, The door didn't align correctly, the body repair toward the bottom of the rear door had a little dip right before the front door, and when I finally got it back and accepted the work, they left wax/polish all over the place, including the door seems, the mirror, etc. I unfortunately got hit just after getting my Atlas back (in another car) and made absolutely certain that we did not take this one to MB Collision. Very poor experience. Very poor. However, the contact (Alex) was good. Very polite and professional, but he apparently didn't inspect the vehicle before calling me to drive down and make accommodations for transportation, etc. read more

They worked with GEICO and a car rental company which made the process very easy for me. Ryan at the front desk did a fantastic job, 10/10 customer service.
