The "sweet spot" for quality and specialized work. I chose New Image Auto for their certified team and professional paint booth. Justin was incredibly communicative, especially regarding my concerns with aftermarket parts and insurance work. Most importantly, they expertly refinished my carbon fiber hood and wing--a task many shops won't touch. The results are flawless, the price was fair, and the car looks better than new. New Image is now the only shop I'll trust with my vehicle. read more

Took my truck in for body work after road debris damage on the freeway. Texted New Image on Monday, brought it in Tuesday. They quoted $700 -- less than half what my insurance deductible would've cost -- and told me it'd be ready Thursday. Instead, they had it done early Wednesday morning, a full day ahead of schedule. Les and Kevin were friendly, honest, and fast, and the work looks great. Highly recommend -- hopefully I won't need body work again, but if I do, this is where I'm going. read more

Will absolutely never take another vehicle to this shop. We agreed on a price for a job and they did not do it. When I asked why they didn't do it they admitted to not doing everything we agreed on and told me they would only try again if I paid more. Paid for thousands of $ for literally nothing now I need to go to another shop. read more

I am very happy with the auto body repair done to my car. I chose them because Fred and Les were super helpful. I also like that they are not a preferred vendor of the insurance company. I'm on the insurance industry and I highly recommend anyone to stay away from vendors that are recommended by their insurance. Les and his team will do a great job and the work comes with warranty. They work for you. I recommend New Image Auto Body for any body work. read more

They do great work and have good communication. Very happy with repairs after someone hit my Silverado.

I purchased a new car and I bought a new stick shift knob on Etsy. I tried for two weeks to remove the old one and install the new one. Numerous videos on YouTube and TikTok, there is a trick on these new Honda Civics but I just couldn't figure it out. I finally decided to ask for help, many people tried to remove it for me with no luck. After this I Didn't know where to go or who to call, so I just did a yelp search for body shops around me. I called and told Les my dilema and he said bring it in and he would try to help me if he can. When I came in, Les right away went to check it out, and he had me out of there in less than 30min. I am so grateful that he took the time of his day to lend a helping hand. I know my issue was not a dent or collision or anything that they are experts in, but he still was willing to take a look and see if he could help me install it. And he did!!! Thank you Les!!!! I am now driving in style read more

This is the second time I've needed the services New Image Auto Body. I came with very high expectations based on my previous visit and the great job they did on my 2010 Camaro RS. They did not disappoint. While driving my 2017 Camaro SS I was the victim of a hit and run. My car was looking ruff. I spoke with Les and he immediately arranged to have my car turned in and four days later my car was back in like new conditions. I can't say enough about the great customer service experience I've enjoyed and the absolutely top of the line work they do. I highly recommend New Image Auto Body to friends, family and anyone else for any and all of their auto body needs. read more

I'm so pleased with Les and the staff at New Image Auto Body. My tailgate was stolen from a local parking lot. I had heard great reviews about New Image on Facebook so I went to Facebook and messaged the business. Within minutes, Les told me to bring the truck down. He knew exactly what the insurance would require in the form of pictures and information. He got right on it and emailed me the estimate. He is honest and straightforward. You always wonder when dealing with auto shops if someone is trying to take advantage but Les is the real deal. Straightforward and ethical. The insurance company low-balled me on the proposed claim amount and Les made a call to explain why their appraisal was incorrect. I couldn't be more happy with the customer service and quality of workmanship I found here. Beaumont is very lucky to have a gem like this in town. read more

So I got my car worked on here before the pandemic. 3 weeks it took for my car to be finished . So 1st day I took it off the lot my bumper started coming off on freeway. So I took it back to get fixed. He told me the mechanic said the bumper didnt fit and he didnt want me to wait longer. The owner apologized and said the mechanic forgot to tell him but he will fix it. The 2nd day I drive off the bumper and bracket both come off as I pull into work and it goes through my radiator . I looked at the front bumper and it looked super glued. It was super glued. The owner apologized and said the parts were new and didnt know why they kept coming off. Well come to find out the bumper was the wrong size and the owner didnt want to fix it again. So I had to go get a new radiator in my car and couldn't afford to fix my other parts that he supposedly fixed. I called bar they inspected my car and said there were so many things unfinished that should have been fixed before he gave me the car back. Unfortunately he couldn't do anything because I took 3 weeks to call bar. A year later I'm left with a car ready to fall apart because this shop couldn't take the time to fix my car right knowing that the mechanic half ass the work. Here are the pics and the messages. Check your car before getting it back and be careful. read more

New Image Auto Body - Les and his team did a awesome job with repairing my car! I would highly recommend New Image for auto body repairs. - Body Shops Near Me - Beaumont, California

Excellent work. Brought in a 1987 Acura Legend to have the rear plastic bumper repaired and painted. Was told by other body shops that it can't be repaired and it has to be replaced. Good luck trying to find one of these. Went to New Image Auto Body and Less said that he can repair the bumper like factory new and repainted. Took about a week and I must say I was impressed on the quality of work. I could not see at all where the repair was done. In addition, I crawled under the car to make sure all of the factory bolts and fasteners were installed correctly and they were. I have had bad work done in the past at other body shops where they leave out fasteners and bolts. Not New Image, they do quality work. A little on the high side but after I saw the work I didn't mind the cost. Highly recommended read more
