My Tesla M3 got hit while parked, the other drivers insurance covered everything. They referred me to Caliber in Banning, CA. Ashley helped us out on every aspect of the repair job including providing a rental car during the repair. Ashley is the best! She is knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Great service by Sergio and his team. My vehicle got into an accident and the damage was substantial especially to the front bumper. Sergio initiated the process with the insurance company, had my vehicle repaired quickly. Initially it would have taken approx. ten days however, my vehicle was repaired in six, ready and delivered back to me. Sergio kept me updated of the repairs via phone as well as text repair updates. Great customer service, plus lifetime warranty on the repairs completed. read more

Ernesto Verdin & His Staff Did a Fantastic Job !!! I took my wife's Cadillac XT5 SUV to Caliber Collision in Banning, CA to repair the rear end of my wife's Cadillac SUV. An unknown huge Asphalt construction truck ran into the back of my wife's car when it was parked on the street, and did not report the accident to anyone. I looked all around the collision company reviews in Banning and Beaumont, CA trying to find the best Collision Repair Company. Caliber Collision in Banning, CA had the Best Reviews, with a 4.8 rating out of 5 points on reviews. I called Caliber and talked with Ernesto Verdin the Service Advisor. Ernesto was very outstanding as he answered all of my questions perfectly and had a fantastic personality. When I drove over to Caliber Collision with my wife's Cadilac XT5, I met Ernesto and he was fantastic again, as he answered all of my questions very nicely and professionally. At first, Ernesto said it would probably take 1 month to get all of the parts and to finish the collision repairs. I told Ernesto that my wife needed her car sooner than 1 month, so Ernesto got the Cadillac parts quickly and had his best Auto Repair Employees get my wife's Cadillac done in less than a week. And Ernesto's employees did a wonderful job. The Cadillac looked brand new as they replaced the entire rear door hack perfectly, and newly painted the exact same colors of our Cadillac. The job they did replacing all the new Cadillac parts and painting the new parts so perfectly, blew us away ! After we looked at the amazing professional finished collision repairs by Caliber Collision, we would never go anywhere else for collision repairs except Caliber Collision in Banning, CA. Especially with the great attitude of the Service Advisor Ernesto Verdin and how perfectly my wife's Cadillac looks now. Thank You Ernesto, and all the Collision Repair employees !!! read more

I chose this autobody shop as I had previous experience with it. The entire staff made the process easy and quick it to take a while for the insurance to process the claim for work to start. I was given an estimate of two weeks and my car was ready within four days of claim approval, Mike in the front office communicated with me to let me know where my car was in the claim process I highly recommend the shop to everyone I know. I will definitely be bringing my car is here again if necessary read more

Took our daughter's mini cooper in to have some dents and damages repaired before she when off to college. James and Erik were very thorough and listened to our desires. The bid they offered was fair, and frankly less than we had anticipated. They quoted a timeline that seemed reasonable and were able to finish on time. They use a text messaging app that keeps you updated on the progress of your vehicle so you are never left wondering. When we picked up the car our daughter was super happy, her car looked amazing! Although we hope that we don't need a body shop, if we do, we would certainly use Caliber Collision again without a second thought. read more

All of the employees at the Banning location were very helpful and informative. David was super helpful while working with my insurance company. When I picked up my Jeep it was cleaner than when I dropped it off! I would 100% go back for repairs. Only downside was how long it took to get my vehicle back, but that could be the same at any other shop. All in all it was a great experience! read more

I am an enterprise employee and Cindy from Caliber Collision (Cathedral City) referred me to speak with James from Caliber Collision (Banning). Cindy said that James would be able to help me clip on my bumper back to place to keep it stable. And my goodness! my bumber looks brand new! James and Raul did a fantastic job and represent the company really well. James even went out of his way to put air in my tires because he noticed that my tire pressure was low. This was all within 15 min. Much respect for James, Raul and the team at banning. A fantastic job ! read more

I found Mike to be rude and presumptive, and probably a hit sexist or racist. I called in to request and estimate As a result of being rear ended. His tone was very dismissive and he kept insinuating that there was no insurance to cover the damages and it wasnt worth it for them to do a full estimate, despite me saying I have three claims open. He kept trying to talk me out of coming inI asked him if that was the only way to get an estimate via insurance, do people pay for estimates to find out the cost of the damages and repairs paying out of pocket then being reimburse, he didnt want to say yes, when he finally did. I asked why he didnt just say that and why keep trying to send me elsewhere??? He laughed a few times the way arrogant folks do. I run a succesful practice and was looking to repair my vehicle. Will be spending money elsewhere, you should too Sheets arent always worn in the dark. Signs of shady business practices to me. read more
