Great work. And done in a timely manner. Staff there was also very pleasant and kind !!!

Most of the reviews on there are fake. They are the worst. They're a bunch of rip offs. They work for the insurance company so they only do with the insurance company goes out on the original bill. They won't add anything with any explanation. They're the worst they tried ripping me off for over $3500. We're going over getting our car screw them as I say the rip off the people are liars as well. They tell you one thing and they do another we waited 45 minutes when they said it would be five minutes we said we're just gonna go get a bite tea, but as I say, they're a bunch of liars and thieves there it's sad that the employers there encourage them to lie and cheat people Well, an update on this place. The seats of my van are now completely filthy because they put the parts on the seat without protecting the seats. It looks like as I say this place is not professional much idiots work in there like they're all on crack. I'll tell you they look a lot smarter than they act at work and I think it's because of the owner not the employees as much. I believe they're instructed to lie and make a mess of your vehicle as I say the worst ever. Add to add to it they make you wait at least a half an hour even though you call ahead of time and tell them you're on your way down to pick it up as I say these people are worthless and useless. There's so many better places to go to their service is terrible. Their quality is terrible. Their value is outrageous and if you look at the outside of their place, this is why your vehicle isn't even safe there people throw paintballs over the top to get on your car and they're not responsible. People will shoot through your windows and out your car, but they won't fix it as I say these people are worthless and useless on this earth. read more

I had my car fixed a couple weeks ago at Gerber. They informed me of every move they make from ordering the parts, to receiving the parts, any install completions or delays. Took exactly a week to repair my car (Front Bumper, Headlight, fender, paint) Car looks great, top notch service by the people in the office, the adjuster, and the man that cleans the cars everyday. I found them through AAA and had ZERO problems with this experience. read more

An unfortunate event led to my vehicle being sideswiped and a bunch of my neighbors cars being damaged, some of them beyond repair. I went to Gerber, as they are one of the partnered service centers with my insurance company to get my side mirror replaced, the damage to my door corrected, and a full inspection after the incident. I took my vehicle in on 8/22 and was told that my car would likely be done by the following Friday. Crystal, my service advisor, was true to her word and I was able to pick up my car today in great condition. Crystal and the whole team at the Banning location made my experience seamless - they were very transparent about their process and very communicative throughout my repairs. read more

My experience with Gerber was perfect! I was in an accident and my van suffered a significant amount of damage. I was referred through AAA the whole accepted full responsibility for the other driver. Kim at Gerber was my contact for the insurance estimator. She was absolutely wonderful and made sure the process was as smooth as possible. Eze was my damage estimator and repair technician. He made sure he kept me updated on the repair progress from the parts being ordered to the status of the repair and completion. One of the parts he ordered had too much damage so he updated me on the return and when the replacement was received. When the repairs were completed and I picked me car up I was so ecstatic and pleased with the great job that was performed to fix my vehicle. It looks even better than it did before the accident! They even washed it and cleaned the inside which was amazing! I am beyond pleased with their service and would absolutely use them again for any future repairs! Thank you so much Kim and Eze for your service and friendliness and making this whole experience one to remember. read more

Perfect service, everyone was so nice and the process was very quick and seamless :3 special thank you to Rafael!

My husband and I both took our cars here for repairs. Crystal Acevedo was our estimator. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions quickly. Crystal was very communicable through the process. We would get text updates multiple times per day with specifics and pictures of how the repairs were going. Would recommend Gerber 100%. Thank you Crystal and your team! read more

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOU CAR! Learn from my mistake. I don't usually trust small shops to fix my car especially if my insurance is paying. I decided to go with them since it was close to my house. My car was there for weeks. They lie and say it's almost done and then something happens and it's not. Finally after weeks I picked up my car and I thought the nightmare was over. Nope it still not properly fixed. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. read more

Place is trash...took my truck in over three months ago because someone hit my truck and it had prior damage so the estimator told me that they couldn't cover me because of the damage that was there before the accident and so he said if I wanted to be fully covered I would have to pay out of pocket to the difference, I decided not to, but then they fixed everything in the end...a little shady I would say because they more then likely would have anyway , but he was trying to get me for my money. I went to get my truck back four days after they said it would be ready, but not completed because it was still missing decals which they said they would call me when they come in for me to bring my truck in to get them put on...been over three months for sure and still no call. read more

The staff are nice the job was done on time , however the next day my new bumper seems has cut ( my first reaction) I found out the small portion just pop out Erni was able to fix it right away but it seems he became rude when I complain . How would I know the bumper just pop out and that is not normal . However Erni did a good job up dating me everyday about the car. If he don't become rude I will give 5 stars . The manager apologize for what happened . Over all they did a good job read more

The ladies in the office at Gerber in Besumont, are very nice and kept me posted on what was going on with my vehicle. They also fixed an issue another company did. Good service!!! read more

After dealing initially with the Gerber Banning CA location, which was ridiculous, my vehicle was transferred to their Grand Terrace location. The staff here are excellent. This is how a business should operate. I suggest sending this team to Banning to show them how it's done. Many thanks to Mike and everyone for your help and understanding my frustration. read more

Amazing customer service from all the women working at this office! Second time that I come here and have had exception service overall! Great customer service ladies! Thank you for all your hard work. read more

This place doesn't even deserve half a star! This place has no interest is customer satisfaction. They are solely focus on money grabbing. I took my car in with minor damage and they just kept tacking on enough things until the vehicle was considered a total loss. Run far away from this place! Cannot stress that enough! read more

Terrible place don't go place is not a good my insurance journey was a disaster. They damaged my vehicle more than what it was.

I took my car here because it was close by and expected the same quality of service that the one in Redlands gave me but I was wrong. They took a whole week to align my car because they don't do it themselves and were waiting for some guy to come do the alignment. They kept updating and telling me all week my car was almost done when it wasn't which caused me to become stressed. They also left a little blue color on my white car so that's nice. read more

Gerber Collision & Glass were extremely reliable and professional. My damaged car came out looking beautiful and new! They updated me every day with the progress on my car. Al Miller was amazing! Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone! read more

My car has been in their shop for over 2 months due to low priority and miscommunication between each other. Nothing but a skewed timeline and lies were being told for the past month. Still haven't even received my car yet read more

Banning Gerber should shut their doors. I took my car in after my wife was hit on passenger side front. I was told by Al Miller it would be ready in a week or two. Ha that was a bold face lie. Didn't get the car back until the 5th week. I was given every excuse in the book and that was just in week two and three. I finally called and spoke with the regional manager Laura. The excuses just kept coming. I know more about this place then I ever needed to know. Sorry Cory about the deaths in your family, not sure why Laura felt the need to tell me about them. Cory is the site manager. Now after getting my car back the passenger door handle sensor is not working. Called Banning Gerber and was told to take it to the dealer. But the handle was working the day we dropped it off after the accident and they now it. Cause Al Miller, my wife and I did a walk through the day we dropped it off and all doors and sensors worked. We opened every door and they worked. Don't walk but run from the Gerber. No management working at this location, no one held responsible for nothing getting done. Just read the past few reviews, I'm not the only customer having the exact same issues. read more
