I had my car fixed a couple weeks ago at Gerber. They informed me of every move they make from ordering the parts, to receiving the parts, any install completions or delays. Took exactly a week to repair my car (Front Bumper, Headlight, fender, paint) Car looks great, top notch service by the people in the office, the adjuster, and the man that cleans the cars everyday. My experience with Gerber was perfect! I was in an accident and my van suffered a significant amount of damage. I was referred through AAA the whole accepted full responsibility for the other driver. Kim at Gerber was my contact for the insurance estimator. She was absolutely wonderful and made sure the process was as smooth as possible. Eze was my damage estimator and repair technician. He made sure he kept me updated on the repair progress from the parts being ordered to the status of the repair and completion. One of the parts he ordered had too much damage so he updated me on the return and when the replacement was received. When the repairs were completed and I picked me car up I was so ecstatic and pleased with the great job that was performed to fix my vehicle. It looks even better than it did before the accident! They even washed it and cleaned the inside which was amazing! I am beyond pleased with their service and would absolutely use them again for any future repairs! An unfortunate event led to my vehicle being sideswiped and a bunch of my neighbors cars being damaged, some of them beyond repair. I went to Gerber, as they are one of the partnered service centers with my insurance company to get my side mirror replaced, the damage to my door corrected, and a full inspection after the incident. I took my vehicle in on 8/22 and was told that my car would likely be done by the following Friday. Crystal, my service advisor, was true to her word and I was able to pick up my car today in great condition. Crystal and the whole team at the Banning location made my experience seamless - they were very transparent about their process and very communicative throughout my repairs. read more

The staff are nice the job was done on time , however the next day my new bumper seems has cut ( my first reaction) I found out the small portion just pop out Erni was able to fix it right away but it seems he became rude when I complain . How would I know the bumper just pop out and that is not normal . However Erni did a good job up dating me everyday about the car. If he don't become rude I will give 5 stars . DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOU CAR! Learn from my mistake. I don't usually trust small shops to fix my car especially if my insurance is paying. I decided to go with them since it was close to my house. My car was there for weeks. They lie and say it's almost done and then something happens and it's not. Finally after weeks I picked up my car and I thought the nightmare was over. Place is trash...took my truck in over three months ago because someone hit my truck and it had prior damage so the estimator told me that they couldn't cover me because of the damage that was there before the accident and so he said if I wanted to be fully covered I would have to pay out of pocket to the difference, I decided not to, but then they fixed everything in the end...a little shady I would say because they more then likely would have anyway , but he was trying to get me for my money. I went to get my truck back four days after they said it would be ready, but not completed because it was still missing decals which they said they would call me when they come in for me to bring my truck in to get them put on...been over three months for sure and still no call. read more

They were absolutely fantastic with my car !! I had damage on my bumper and side fender and they were able to take care of it in a week ! Jonathon was very communicative and he explained every step to me as the repair process was ongoing. When it was finished it looked brand new !! I came back 2 months later after I snugged the bumper on a parking curb and Steve and Juan took care of it within 10 minutes free of charge ! After dealing initially with the Gerber Banning CA location, which was ridiculous, my vehicle was transferred to their Grand Terrace location. The staff here are excellent. Terrible place don't go place is not a good my insurance journey was a disaster. They damaged my vehicle more than what it was.

I took my car here because it was close by and expected the same quality of service that the one in Redlands gave me but I was wrong. They took a whole week to align my car because they don't do it themselves and were waiting for some guy to come do the alignment. They kept updating and telling me all week my car was almost done when it wasn't which caused me to become stressed. They also left a little blue color on my white car so that's nice. read more

Banning Gerber should shut their doors. I took my car in after my wife was hit on passenger side front. I was told by Al Miller it would be ready in a week or two. Ha that was a bold face lie. Didn't get the car back until the 5th week. I was given every excuse in the book and that was just in week two and three. I finally called and spoke with the regional manager Laura. The excuses just kept coming. I know more about this place then I ever needed to know. Sorry Cory about the deaths in your family, not sure why Laura felt the need to tell me about them. Cory is the site manager. Now after getting my car back the passenger door handle sensor is not working. Called Banning Gerber and was told to take it to the dealer. But the handle was working the day we dropped it off after the accident and they now it. Cause Al Miller, my wife and I did a walk through the day we dropped it off and all doors and sensors worked. We opened every door and they worked. Don't walk but run from the Gerber. No management working at this location, no one held responsible for nothing getting done. Just read the past few reviews, I'm not the only customer having the exact same issues. read more
