This company is outstanding. I had my cars drivers side window broken and I requested a quote. The quote was over $100 less than Safelite. I received a call about half an hour after my online request and we set up the replacement the next day and less than 24 hours. The repairman called half an hour before the scheduled arrival to give me a heads up and he even arrived early. Less than 45 minutes later he was finished. My wife called Ulises initially because our two back windows would not roll up and down anymore. He gave us a quote came and out as soon as we wanted him to and he fixed it. We just so happened to have a small crack in our personal vehicle windshield that spread way too fast! He also gave us a quote to replace the windshield and he came out and fixed it. Shortly after that I got a small crack in my work truck windshield that I knew if I didn't fix right away I would have to get the whole thing replaced. He came out right away and fixed that. Great service. Saw the great rating at their Beaumont location, so I thought I would give this store a chance. They helped me out with the deductible by giving me a discount too. We are at a private campground up the 243 toward Idyllwild and they came right to us. The service man, Ulises, was prompt and very courteous. While removing the old glass, he showed me some issues with the prior replacement. The wiring for the defroster was never attached, and had actually been cut off. Way too much of the old sealant had been left behind, and he showed me an area at the top of the windshield that never actually adhered. Ulises was very knowledgeable and took care in the quality of his work. The end result was a very nice, clean looking job. Highly recommended. read more

I purchased a brand new car from a dealer and within a few days realized I had a tiny ding on the windshield. After doing research and getting a reasonable quote I booked an appointment for 2 days later for Pass Auto Glass to come to my work and seal the crack. They arrived on time and were very friendly. Unfortunately the crack had already been sealed by the dealership, unbeknownst to me and I was very upset that I hadn't been told that. He helped me in telling me what to say in calling the dealership to have them replace it. They did and they paid for it. He did not charge me a thing even though he drove out to my work and had no work to do after all. A few months later we bought a second used car that needed a full windshield replaced and I knew to call Pass Auto Glass right away. They came out again within a day or 2 and replaced it at my work for me. The price they charged me was so reasonable and comes with a warranty. He was fast, efficient and a year later my windshield is still amazing. read more
