I sent him photos of the damage, and he immediately reassured me that it was "no problem" and provided a quote over the phone. A short time later, he called back and said Natalie could come out between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. that same day, which was incredibly convenient because I was at work. Natalie arrived in a clearly marked, well-equipped service van and got right to work. After she finished, I went out to inspect my car and was amazed--I couldn't even find the chip! The repair was flawless. The entire process took only about 15-20 minutes. From start to finish, the service was professional, fast, and efficient. I highly recommend Alpha Auto Glass to anyone needing windshield or glass repair.
