After calling both phone numbers on the business card, and ultimately leaving two messages to which I got no response, I jumped onto their website and got a contact email. Tried following up using their email and got no response from that either. Not even the courtesy of a call back or email, how in the hell do stay in business? 7:45am - accidentally busted my rear truck electric window with factory tint and defrost by snapping it with a bungee cord. 8:00am - cleaned up mess grumbling to myself 9:00am - called insurance company to find my high deductible made them not an option. 9:15am - called three Toyota dealers to get a phone quote, had to leave a message at all three. 9:45am - got a call back from one of the three saying it would cost $575 and couldn't be done until tomorrow and I would have to leave truck there all day. 10:00am - Remembered the great service Ulises gave replacing a couple windshields in the past and gave him a call. He picked up phone immediately and was able to let me know within minutes he could come to me at work and replace the window that afternoon for only $293. 1:30pm - Ulises gave me a 15 minute notice he was on his way. 3:00pm - Repair complete. I received a call from Pass a short time later to confirm and I was able to get a question answered. Pass said they could come out the next day, which was a Saturday, to do the jobs. Called a few places for quotes and times available for a mobile windshield repair on Friday ans this was the only one that had for the best day (Saturday) and he gave me price. He told me they had between 11-1. I have them address and phone number of the person that would be there. Saturday comes and it's 12:30 and no one is there yet. I get a call from the person that was gonna be home and tells me she has called them and no answer. I call them my self and no answer so I leave a voice message. I'm at work btw thinking my windshield will get repaired. I called back home at 2:30 and no one has showed up or called back, no one had called me back. The person waiting for them is home with twin boys ans she needed to go somewhere and we switched cars so that mine would get fixed and I'd didn't. Monday comes so I called and complained he said they called the person that was home and no one "answered" I then tell him I called them and no one answered or called me back and I tell him no one called her. He then says he can be there in Tuesday from 8-9 am. I said ok please be there I need this done. I also advised him I had to leave to work by 10. Tuesday comes and it's 8:45 and nothing so we called. He answers and is very rude saying he told me 8-9 and he still has 15 minutes I then tell him I had to leave by 10 am. He said he would be here in 10 minutes. He arrives finally and tell me it's Boggs he 195$ when over the ojímetro he told me 165$. I ardores with him and told him how he left me hanging Saturday, he said well it is what it is. Now I've lost 4 days without a car bcus is him so I just told him fix it and charge me whatever you want. He comes to my door saying he is done, i then tell him he is not very professional and he just looks at me and rolls eyes. He swipes my Amex card I sign and only after I signed it he then says you know I need to check your id. He is being an ass bcus if what i told him bcus while I'm signing it it when I told him this. So then I say if I don't want to show you my id i didn't have to since you've already swiped. I then get my wallet he glances at it and tools his eyes again. He never said thank. I will never give this business my money again and neither will my friends and family! He is very rude and will leave you hanging and waiting for him. I wish there was 0 starts. read more

I never had to replace a windshield before, and so I honestly was stressed out about the process. I was quoted $1k+ from Safelite to replace my windshield, which seemed outrageous. I received 4-5 other quotes via Yelp and also found Pass Auto's site. Pass Auto was the cheapest, and their website actually allowed me to get instant quotes with windshield options and see the price differences. Pass Auto ended up being about 60% cheaper than Safelite and about $20-70 cheaper than the other companies who gave me quotes. I called in the morning, and a friendly serviceman was able to come out about 4 hours later (he was even able to come a couple hours earlier than the original estimate). He repaired it all in less than hour, was communicative, polite, and did a stellar job. A+++ Overall, the fact they were able to come to me at my work place took a huge stress off.
