Sam and his personal were very kind and helpful. I got a quote and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday at 2PM. My granddaughter has been driving the car and was able to come down early. I called Sam and he said sure bring it down. Mind you it was11:30 so I'm sure they postponed lunch. We came in the windshield was installed in about 45 minutes. Everything looks great. My granddaughter was able to get to class on time. And we're all happy. Come down and see Sam he'll take care of you. read more

Unfortunately I had a crack in my windshield due to road debris being kicked up by another car. I saw the reviews for Atlas and the name rung a bell. Years ago I had to replace my windshield in Orange County and a company named Atlas Auto Glass did an outstanding job. When I called the owner here in Redlands at this location if he was related I came to find out his son owned the Orange County location. Right then and there already knew I was in good hands. The owner came out and repaired my windshield and did an outstanding job despite my car having a tinted windshield. He was friendly, kind, did a great job of explaining the situation and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Atlas Auto Glass to anybody and should I need windshield repair again in the future, I will definitely be calling them again read more

I called and was greeted very well. Was Quoted a fair price and was offered to get a ride back to work if I dropped off my vehicle. I decided to go the next day, and took them a couple hours to finish installing my windshield. The work was overall great. I am happy with how it came out, I can finally see through my windshield. I highly recomendación Atlas Auto Glass to the whole Inland empire read more

Window chipped this morning; was in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes and could hardly see where the damage was in the first place! The price was reasonable and with the care and efficiency of the service, I wish I was given the option to tip. I'll definitely be referring friends and family to this shop in the future. read more

Sam and his son really know how to take care of their customers.. the quality of their work is amazing I highly recommend them.

My wife's 2025 Camry needed the windshield replaced and we have a high deductible on our insurance. I called Atlas and received a friendly quote with a very reasonable price. They replaced the windshield the next day. Trust me....skip the big corporate auto glass company and give this little shop your business. read more

Sam and his team were incredible! Within a week both my husbands commuter car back window shattered and my son had an egg size rick kick back go through and shatter his truck passenger window. Sam had both cars glass on hand and was able to get us in right away. Not only that, price was amazingly affordable and they went the extra mile to replace my son's truck window with the closest matching tint. In addition, due to an employer out on a on site fix, a tool was missing delaying the back window repair, I was already intending on getting a pedicure but couldn't locate one until the staff found one and offered drop off and pick up. Truly above and beyond service and high qualify and care! read more

I highly recommend Atlas Auto Glass! Their pricing, craftsmanship and customer service were top notch. I needed my windshield replaced, I was in and out in an hour and their price beat all the quotes I had received from their competitors. Thank you Sam and Marcel! read more

Replaced my windshield at the last minute. They were fast, friendly, and had the best price around. Would return if I needed their services!

I called Sam this afternoon for a quote to replace my windshield. He quoted a fair price that was about half of some big name windshield places and he was able to squeeze me in this afternoon. I needed the repair done fast before a return home out of state tomorrow. After the installation, Sam took the time to explain some basic pointers to keep my windshield in good condition. If you're looking for excellent, friendly service, support this local business if you need glass repair/replacement. read more

I needed to have my rear window replaced due to our gardener working nearby the car and a rock kicking up and breaking it. First off, this review should actually be 0 stars based on the service provided. I chose 2 stars because at least I got a new glass piece on my car. Now onto the actual work. I called and spoke to Sam who was very friendly on the phone and said he could get the work done on the same day. The work is for a 1998 Honda CR-V rear hatch window. Sam and his partner arrived on-site later than expected (30 mins after). They immediately got to work. About 40 minutes later, Sam called us out to explain some things. He informed us that he was afraid of completing the work because the shocks "we're bad" and that he might break the window if he tried to reinstall the shocks. He also explained that none of the molding could be reused and that they no longer "make it". There was broken glass ALL OVER the car and the floor. The window washing line was broken and there was electrical connections lines hanging in the back. The window windshield wiper was installed upside down (so now it wipes downward instead of the window). I've been in the automotive repair industry for a long time. I've also had professional window repair services done multiple times. NEVER have I had such a poorly done job. There has never been any broken glass left over and everything has always been put back together, in operating condition. Sam's excuse was that the car was old and that it's the best he could do. He kept saying, "at least the window stays closed." I don't know about you, but that is unacceptable. He did reduce the bill to charge me "glass only" which came out to $180. Honestly, I would have rather had him take his glass back and leave. I should have done that as I now have to either fix everything myself or call for another service and pay them all over again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Unless you want very bad work and a big headache from what was supposed to be an easy fix. Look at the pictures. They speak for themselves. read more

10 star service!! My dad always comes here and I came for a windshield they fit me in after hours and got everything done in an hour! Also they were super nice and didn't mind that I had my husky with me. Definitely the best place to go in the IE! read more

Ten stars for this company. Was quoted twice the price for a larger company but was recommended to this place and I'm so glad. They were at my home within two hours and even fixed the lining to my windshield. Very friendly and easy to work with. Lifetime guarantee on the windshield including chips. They left me a referral for a auto body company to have the bumper fixed, another thing scratched off my list. This is the kind of small business you want to support. You won't be disappointed. read more

This is our fourth--maybe even fifth--time coming in: once for a full windshield replacement and the rest for chip repairs. Every single time, they've been incredibly kind, flexible with our schedule, and consistently honest with their recommendations. They keep us informed throughout the entire process and never make us feel rushed or that our spontaneous drop in is an inconvenience. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers--just the sweetest family. We recommend them to everyone we know! read more

Good prices! Fast good service. Lifetime labor warranty. I recommended them to my neighbor and they did a great job for him also.

Excellent feeling when I drove in. I was immediately greeted by Sam the owner. He put me at ease right away. Being a woman with no knowledge of what to do, about my window that had decided not to roll up! It was very cold in the office on a cold day. They had me sit and wait, and brought a heater for another customer and me!. We were warm and toasty. They assured me my car would be done very soon..and Sam gave me a very good price. I left feeling very confident with the job Sam did. I live in yucaipa..but, would definitely recommend this establishment to my yucaipa friends. The drive to redlands is well worth it! Thank you Sam for putting this lady at ease!! Any glass issues? Roll in to Atlas auto glass...they will take care of you!! Sam is outstanding!! He will make sure you are pleased. Probably one of the best experiences I've had with having my windshield replaced. Unfortunately noticed a large crack on my 2020 Jeep and needed it fixed same day. I was able to have the windshield replaced same day and at much lower cost than most local window repair shops. Also, I didn't have a ride back home and was offered a ride to and back by the owner. I would definitely recommend Atlas to family and friends. read more

Atlas in Redlands is the only place I trust to fix and replace glass on my cars and trucks for a long time now. Sam is an honest guy which is hard to find nowadays. He has saved me money more than once by telling me he can repair when I thought for sure I needed replacing. They do off-site service but I've just always taken my vehicle into the shop in the morning and he has been there to do the job in a timely fashion every time. read more

Had a rock hit our windshield on a rental car on Labor Day weekend. He was open on Monday, called to make sure, he said to come on in. Hung up and received a text with the address, nice touch. Had us in and out in 20 mins, can't even see the chip. Highly recommended!!! read more

Wow! Amazing service! Great price! So, I accidentally shattered the back windshield of my wife's car on Friday after 3pm. The earliest appointment in Coachella Valley was Tuesday. My wife called Atlas on recommendation of her aunt who had her car broken into a few weeks earlier and Atlas had done a last minute quick replacement she was impressed with. Even though we couldn't get to Redlands before close, the owner kept the place open for us and did a quick, quality replacement for us. He even greeted us with bottles of water on a super hot day. We were back on the road before 6pm. Great business! read more

My rating is based solely on my interaction with Altas. I never had my windshield replaced. So I cannot comment on the quality or value of their work. I contacted Altas on Friday. Received a quote and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday morning. The gentleman was friendly, courteous and even sent a text message to confirm the appointment. I show up on Tuesday right on time. I am a very punctual person and recognize people have a business to run and shouldn't have to wait on me. However, no one is at the shop. I wait for about 10 minutes and call. The owner (presumably) answers his cell phone and says he's on his way but had to pick up glass. I wait another 15 minutes. It's now 5 minutes to 9 and I have a conference call at 9. So I leave and call the owner back to let him know I would have to reschedule. He apologizes and says he had an emergency; after he had just told me he was picking up glass. I guess it was an emergency glass retrieval?? I get that things happen, but this is a business and you have a phone. I should not be the one reaching out to ask where you are for an appointment you made at your shop. Proper etiquette is to be contacted and notified of the delay and given an opportunity to wait for arrival or reschedule. My time is extremely valuable. I have a hectic work schedule and travel almost weekly. I cannot sit and wait on someone who is 30 minutes late to work and cannot effectively communicate. I was offered a "discount" of $340 for my replacement due to the inconvenience. However, I called a mobile glass placement with over 400 reviews and 5 stars and YELP who offered the same exact price. Needless to say, I've taken my business elsewhere. read more

Exceptional customer service & reliable. I came in on a Friday after my car was broken into & my passenger window was shattered. I must have called about 20 different places & nobody could help me that same day. The soonest I was told I could have it replaced wasn't until that following Tuesday for double the cost the atlas charged me. The situation was very stressful & emotionally exhausting but Sam at Atlas auto glass made it so much better. He went above & beyond. 10/10 recommend! read more

Called for a quote. They said they could get me in same day to change the windshield. When I get there they realize I had given them the wrong information regarding the windshield. Because I had sensors, they had to place a different windshield. They were still able to have the windshield delivered while I waited and changed it out. Whole process was about an hour and a half. Great experience. read more
