Made two appointments and he couldn't make either one. He was lowest bid, but can't deliver appointments as set up.

Service was provided as promised and I'm happy with the work. The negative is he doesn't show up when he says he will. The first appointment he showed up an hour later than promised. I had to reschedule because we had to leave for a previous appointment. The 2nd time he came, he promised he would be here between 1-4 and showed up at 4:45. Again, time management is not his strong suit so just be aware of that and don't schedule him if you have somewhere else to be. I contacted Cortez a month ago to repair my back windshield after discovering it shattered. Due the type of break that glass needed to be knockout out. I was informed of an additional fee for glass cleanup. I had no issue with the $30 fee. However, after completion an overwhelming amount of small and large glass pieces remained throughout the backseat, trunk, exterior and driveway. This was a little disappointing but I vacuumed and shrugged it off. I'm writing this review because it has been a month and I continue to find glass scattered throughout my car despite vacuuming multiple times. Today, I found a piece of glass stuck in my palm and my finger was cut and bleeding. I have a toddler so this situation has been frustrating.
