I can not give kyle and the boys enough praise on how well they did on my truck. I also can express how grateful I am that they backed up their work. Anyone who knows anything about paint protection film knows how difficult it is to install. And sometimes, outside of the installers control the film just doesn't want to lay down and stay. My rear bumper was an absolute nightmare. Kyle made it his mission to deliver an outstanding product. Multiple ppf failures later he delivered. Some may look at it as a negative to have to go through a process to get to the right result. It is to be expected with ppf. Where other shops would have told me oh well. Or it's not working oh well. My cousin, who has the same model truck had all of her windows ceramic tinted including the front windshield, all four door windows and rear windows ceramic tinted for $275. Half of the materials and labor but I was charged $125 more.? Make that make sense. Note, I didn't know the price my cousin was charged until after the fact. Businesses should have set prices to prevent price gouging. I don't mind paying for goods and services, but do have a problem feeling taken advantage of.

I had bubbles and water stains from it not drying properly. They told me to return it, and they wanted to reinstall the tint and let it dry in the sun for hours. However, when I arrived, the installer tried to do a quick fix and send us on our way without retinting the windows and allowing the sun to dry it properly. When I disagreed, he told me he would take out the tint and give me my money back!! He was aggressive and attempted to overspeak me several times. I remained calm and tried to reason with him, but he continued to talk aggressively, then he hung up the phone in my face. IT WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! He started to remove the tint. As he was ripping off the tint, he later changed the refund to minus the labor cost, which was $80. This information should have been disclosed prior to him taking off the tint. This company is so unprofessional!!!!
