Unfortunately, I was disappointed to receive bad service today. I was poorly greeted by a young agitated man who claimed to be a new employee. I was a returning customer as I had a great experience with my last window tinting job in December 2022. The young man seemed annoyed that I was another customer bringing in a car. He wouldn't even look at me when I was asking basic questions about color scale and pricing. He gave me major attitude pretty much wanting to convince me to take my service elsewhere. I will not be returning to Eddie's Window Tinting again. There are many options out there and no one should be made to feel like they are bothering a business by requesting a service that they provide. :/ I took my car to Precision Window Tinting and received excellent service. Car came out great! I'm not very impressed with the ceramic tint tho as I do not notice the car any cooler then my other cars that are not ceramic. So I would save your money and go with carbon. Upon arrival, I was explained the differences on the tints as well as all questions I answered. I'm new to the area (Hemet, CA) and wanted to get my car windows tinted. Not being familiar with the area, I had no idea who to use until I found Eddie! He was recommended by the car wash manager and he was located next door. It all a seemed simple enough but the last time I had this done, I was living in Irvine and paid around $200; since this was eight years ago, I was prepared for a significantly higher cost. So, last week I called Eddie and told him what I needed and asked what was available and the cost. I was pleasantly surprised with his answer. The cost was $160 for a basic film and $190 for Carbon film (higher heat resistance level). Eddie was very knowledgeable on the product as well as lol the legal requirements specific to vehicle code requirements. Additionally, I have a Lexus SUV and there are two smaller windows in each rear door; I also wanted the back window tinted as well. All were included in the cost. Additionally, due to the COVID-19 crisis, I am working at home three to four days a week and explained this to him in the context that had to work and I couldn't sit there for two hours while he did the work. He was extremely amenable to me dropping off my car and then taking me home ( about two miles) and picking me up when the job was done so I could get my vehicle. I found Eddie to be very customer friendly and he was more than willing to work within my specific circumstances. I made the appointment; I'm very happy I did. I dropped the car off at the appointed time and rather than take me home, he just switched cars with me and started the work. The job took less than two hours and he drove my car to my house, I paid him, switched cars and that was that. The work is excellent, no bubbles or crappy work and the car looked great. Eddie uses a computer to cut the film which explains why everything fit and it looked so good. I've seen so many crappy jobs and was happy with my choice. I'm going back Monday to have a smaller strip placed on the upper front window because my visors don't cover that "sweet spot" where the late afternoon sun hits me on my drive home. Eddie is very customer focused and will work with you to make sure you're happy at the end of the day. He does excellent work at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for these qualities in a tint shop, I believe you'll be very happy with Eddie's Window Tint. Without reservation, I highly recommend him to you. read more
