Quick and amazing work. Ruben figured the problem with my radio and got on it. Definitely coming back for anything I need!

Quick to respond and answers all questions asked. Very helpful and will use in near future.

I needed to replace the dash screen on my Honda Accord, so I reached out on Yelp--and as always, Yelp delivered. I scheduled my appointment through the app and they were able to fit me in first thing in the morning. They were right on time, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and they got straight to work. David is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He assured me everything would go smoothly, and it did. The whole process was fast--he finished in about 20 minutes. Their work speaks for itself and they're worth every penny. This is officially my new go-to shop, and I'll definitely be coming back for future work. Thanks again, David! read more

Used to come here for all my vehicles modification since they were new in town years ago. I refer many friends to them as the one stop shop. I was quoted two different times last month for a job that was supposed to be done. They were busy so I went to vacation and came back the first day back in town and they did not honor the quote I was told when their employee came out and saw what was needed to be done and came inside and told them so I can know how much. Today they tried up charging me $120 more for the job. I was told I was lying about the pricing which was incorrect cause those two other days the price was just ten dollar difference. I guess they don't respect their long term customers and will bring my business somewhere else. That's moval for you read more

Super friendly staff. I called to get pricing and availability for tint. Their prices were competitive with other places I called so I was pleased to go with them. I dropped my car off, they called me an hour or later (I only needed two front windows) came back to pick up, no hassle. They even offered a warranty. So far, the tint has lasted well. It's been a few months now and brought a second car in to get tinted and same friendly service was received! read more

This stereo shop is the best in the entire Inland Empire. From the start, they answered any questions I had about products, wiring, etc. to make sure I get the best sound possible in a very professional manner. They weren't trying to just tell me stuff to make a quick buck, you can see that they take a strong pride in the products they use/sell and do whatever they possibly can to make the customer happy. They are the only shop I've been to that was actually able to help me get the system I wanted in my F-150. Their prices are the absolute best in town! The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish! If you decide to come here you will not be disappointed! And for my fellow Service Members out there, they hook it up with a military discount which is amazing because I've never seen a stereo shop do that! Thank you for everything VIP Kustomz, you guys absolutely killed it, I love my new system! I'm recommending you guys to anybody looking for stereo/tint services! read more

The 2 guys replaced my broken speaker in 30mins . I thought I would have been there a few hours but this guys are experts!

Honest, knowledgeable, high quality work and the best prices in town.Wolfbox G900 TriPro 3 channel rear view camera with front bumper and rear view camera came out great. Sincere and efficient, quality service. Technician was quick to troubleshoot and review options. Thank you so much.

Awesome job on my tint! Good price! Would recommend to everyone. Fast response time as well.

Been coming here for years! Quality is great and very professional group of people! The staff are friendly and accommodating.

This place was wonderful for tint application and would definitely recommend it! The only thing that upset me was that I was told over Yelp and in person it was a $320 for ceramic all around plus an extra $35 for the Sun visor tint. I made sure to ask that I paid for that but noticed when I got home that I never got the tint so I called and was told to go back. When I went back they said the front person was explaining to the owners that I needed to pay for it (even though I made sure I was getting the front tint the day prior). I drove 40 minutes to get there for them to tell me I needed to pay the other $35 instead of telling me over the phone. I was going to leave but they stopped me in my car before I left and did it for me anyway because they said it was their confusion and didn't want me to leave with a bad opinion on the shop. I appreciated that but it was a little sucky that it happened for both myself and shop. Confusion happens so I am sorry for getting upset but thank you for helping me out guys. Definitely will recommend to others. read more

Wow! These guys have the experience to do everything. I just ordered and received my aftermarket tail lights for myself and I asked if VIP Kustomz have prior experience installing them and they said they do and gave me a quote and schedule me to install it on the same day. We were kind of stuck how to install the lights cause of the wiring and they were cautious they didn't want to mess everything up since there was no instructions for the lights. Luckily, I found a YouTube video for them how to install from the same brand and it was straightforward and they manage to get the job done. I am very satisfied with the new look of my car thanks to VIP Kustomz help for installing my foglights and taillights to start off with 2021!
