I've gotten all my cars windows tinted here for the past 12 yrs. They do wonderful, fast, quality work. None of my windows have ever bubbled up or scratched off. Unfortunately before my current car I made the mistake of going somewhere else because I was not able to secure an appointment a particular day and time I was looking for. Absolutely terrible experience. They messed up my entire passenger side and tried to blame it on a "window defect." They told me to take it to the dealership for a second opinion, so I did. The dealership confirmed in writing that it was not a defect and that it looked like the window wasn't properly dried before the tint was applied. I bring that back to Ruben, and instead of taking accountability, he tries to pull up ChatGPT on his phone to prove his point... saying ChatGPT told him it was a window defect. I genuinely couldn't believe what I was hearing. At first, he told me to come in so he could test it on a small window. I show up, and suddenly it's "nah, I can't do anything," and now if he tests it, I have to pay. Completely unprofessional, inconsistent, and a total waste of time.
