I've had all three of my cars done here. The first vehicles tint was done great. Second vehicles side windows were done pretty well also. But the front windshield was bad. I'm guessing it is because it was towards close time and they've been partying a little. I gave it another chance with my last vehicle and again it wasn't good. My passenger window still has bubbles after the time frame they gave me for them to evaporate. The rubber lining on my driver side is messed up from them. There are many tint shops. I would give the others a chance since that's what you're doing when you bring it here. read more

Got 1 star only because the app won't go any lower. Had appointment but vehicle was there late into the night. Windshield tint had issues so I took it back. Owner said it would be done by mid afternoon. Truck did not roll out until 8:15pm. They said they had to redo it twice. It was worse than the first time. The owner was absent from the shop most of the time. After all that, I took it to a shop with excellent reviews. The lifetime warranty on this hack job didn't matter. The shop I took it to was shocked at the low quality of the work. They pointed out that the ceramic tint was a low grade product and it was cut with a razor instead of on their laser cut. Also minor damage the the door panels from leaning against it. Totally avoid this company or just set your money on fire. read more

Can't speak for the actual tinting side of the business since I didn't get new tint put on, but I had some bubbling tint on one vehicle and tint that was too dark for night driving removed and they were able to do it quick and for way less than any of the other companies in the area that I'd spoken to. Came here to tint my small 4 door sedan. I had to bring my car back twice to fix tiny dots in the passenger window and issues on the small back windows as well as the top of the back window not sticking. They had my car all day and it wasn't ready until after 5pm, they said it would be ready in a few hours. I noticed that they kept taking other cars before mine. STAY AWAY!! Took my brand new 5 day old vehicle here to get my windows tinted because of the price. I communicated with the "owner" on and off until securing a date and time (should have been my first sign to pass on this place). I showed up and the place looked closed, I was leaving when all the sudden the door opened. Out came two employees and none of them were the "owner" I spoke to. I started asking where the owner was, they did not know (another sign to leave). I eventually stayed after an employee explained the window film. Long story short, I get a call an hour later from the employee and he explains to me that his partner fainted and passed out and collapsed into my brand new driver door denting the door pretty bad. I immediately call the "owner", no answer. Called again, he picked up and I said you need to fix this. He said he has business insurance and I'll get taken care of, sorry for the inconvenience. At first I was cool. Then I showed up to get my car and the "owner" still wasn't there when he said he would be. I talk with the employees and the guy that passed out was still there and didn't go to the hospital! Anyway, I asked the responsible employee that I need the "owner" to provide the policy number for the business insurance. He was also waiting on the "owner". The "owner" eventually text the employee the policy number and the name of the insured. As I was taking a pic of the screen I see the "owner" is not even the person listed on the insurance policy. He's not even the person listed on the Yucaipa business license. I immediately called the "owner" to let him know my frustration only for him to say that the person listed on the policy and license is his Dad, lol. Right. Anyway again, I get my car and leave. I get home to start calling the business insurance company State Farm (horrible service by the way). I open a claim and wait! Called the next day, nothing. No one from State Farm called me. 2 days later I called and called and demanded more from State Farm, and finally the their adjuster calls me only to say that they cannot begin the process of repair until they hear from the insured owner! I say, well that won't happen because the insured owner is not present and the "owner" said that the insured is in Mexico. Shady. So, I'm pretty much screwed and waiting for State Farm to make contact with the insured or the "owner" Mark (yea that's the front owners name). I asked State Farm again, what can you guys do for me since I'm not at fault, they say NOTHING until we get ahold of the insured person. Wow! There are more details but I'm done. What a fckn shit show and piece of shit customer service. Don't make the mistake I did. Learn from this review and pay a little more for a better quality tint company. Seeking legal action. Zero Stars if I could. Cool that the "owner" replies to this Yelp review, sad that I have not heard a peep from him or the insurance company. I'm having to use my own insurance. I called the owner on July 3rd and got an appointment at 1 pm on July 5th. He called me day of the appointment to tell me they are behind and eta for my tint will take longer than expected. It took an extra 2 hours, but the work was good. I have no complaints and I didn't see any defects with the job after a week. read more
