My car went through Ben & Clymers and my front window has bubbles in it I'm so disappointed. My expectations for this shop and "vendor" third party referrals were higher quality. I am reaching out to my insurance company and Ben and Clymers for a refund to go to my own tint shop. I don't want anyone else to experience the dissatisfaction. The first time the tint was placed over my front camera and my sensor was on. Had to take it back a total of 2 weeks of back and forth. I do not recommend this business at all. I called them up and I make an appointment because they couldn't take me that day the next day I show up for the appointment and there's nobody there at the address on the business card. I called three times and nobody would answer. I googled them see that the address is in the next town over so yeah stupid me. I make the drive up there another window tint company that says no we're not united window tint we are Yucaipa window tint. I get a call late in the afternoon from them finally with this crazy story about how everyone is trying to steal their name, steal their clients, etc., etc. and that had nothing to do with the fact that they wouldn't pick up the phone or call me when I didn't show up. So she begged for my forgiveness asked me to make an appointment today. Said she would text me their proper address and she never called. I could have had my car windows done by now two days of this BS garbage!!! Get your act together!!! Don't waste your time with these circus clowns!!! And as for the business that referred them, I let them know that because of who they rubbed shoulders with and associate with I wasted two damn days of my life, so I won't be going back to extreme Audio for quite a long time because this was all their fault!! read more

They answered all of my questions over the phone prior to making an appointment and they explained how the "tint percentages" worked. Once I decided on the type, we set an appointment. I only had to give a deposit over the phone and pay in full after service. The drop off of the vehicle went super easy and the service took exactly the amount of time they stated. Had United Window Tint out on July 1 and they put "clear" ceramic film (non reflective) on ALL the windows in my house (I think it's 19) to help reduce heat penetration by 50%+. The guys did a Great job...no sloppy edges, you have to look extremely close to see any trace of window tint vs glass and wouldn't know the difference if you weren't told they were tinted. From initial quote to final installation, United Window was on time, professional, informative, and a great value. MOST IMPORTANT, the QUALITY of their work is GREAT. Kyle's tint job is second to none! He takes good care of the vehicle and precision cuts the film then files the edges for a factory look. You could almost get away with telling the cops it's stock if they don't smell your breath which would be the only reason they pull you over for tint haha. They are good with getting the cars in n out and speaking of cars it's not all they do. My buddy got his motor home tinted and another had his house tinted. I've had at least 7 of my own vehicles done over the years here and my friends and family too. Just don't make the mistake of going to the old Bryant St. location. read more
