I want to start this by saying the work was done well and timely. However, I would never use them again. They tinted my windows at my business, emailed me a bill (all good so far) the bill was a "net 30" bill...due in 30 days.* picture 1 I spoke to them and asked about paying it then with a credit card. I was told they will accept a card but then they will charge me tax on the service. ($99) First, you can only charge tax on good not service...red flag on the play! So I opted to send them a check, mind you it's a net 30, due in 30 days. By the 11th day, they have called me, texted me and harassed my employees. (They actually dropped off a second bill on the 11th saying "due on receipt". Picture 2 Bill has been paid, via check by mail...I had decided not to write this, but seeing the altered bill they gave to my employees made me change my mind. read more

Hello Everyone I found this tint shop on yelp. The great thing is that it was local. I called to get a quick estimate for tint on my front windows and when is the best time to bring my car in. The owner said takes about an hour and gave me a great qoute over the phone. Now keep in mind its Friday and its a little bit after 3pm. Most businesses closed early for the weekend. Not this shop. First day: told my wife over the phone that if she brought her car down there would be only one ahead of her. I took off work immediately and took it in. Arriving at the shop in 20 minutes. When I got there they said the wait would be 3-4hrs. Ugh. I made an appointment for that Saturday at 9:30 instead of waiting. That Saturday rolls around and they were closed lol. Waited until 9:45am. Nobody showed. Go somewhere else with a better reputation and pay the extra $50. Lesson learned. read more

Took my vehicle in dropped it off at 1:30 said one car ahead of me should be done in an hour and a half. Okay no problem another person came after me to get there car tinted no appointment and a walk in like me. 4pm comes around haven't heard anything decided to call just to check on status. Would be done in the next 45min they said. Get dropped off around that time they're still working on my vehicle. The person that was in after me their car was finished before mine. Car didn't get done until 5:30 and I only had one window tinted. Won't recommend and will never return. read more
