Husband and I left our car here to have the AC diagnosed. We didnt get a call back to get an estimate. They called that it had been fixed and checked for any leaks etc. all good to go. A week later i had to take my car in for a recall at dealer and what do you know the tech sends me a video that my car had an ac leak that was covered under warranty. This leads me to believe that i was scammed by mr window. He said his machine this and that but point is the job i paid for was not completed i tried to run it by the owner but he was adamant that it passed his machine inspection and he couldn't offer any resolution although i had proof and hadn't used the car all week. Mind you he had asked i cash or zelle him for a small discount when we never agreed on a price! Left feeling like he used sand for lube! Times are hard but he wouldnt own up to his error as video was sent to me by Honda in Moreno Valley. I didnt drive my car all week as i use my commuter so when i mentioned filing with better business he basically said they wont do anything! Maybe he does this all the time! Great place the owner is very nice with a positive attitude and they did a great job on my car. The owner explained everything well and there prices are decent. When i went it wasn't a overcrowded shop and the owner actually answered when i called. Communication is great. They tinted my car the same day i believe there work is of great quality only thing is they have no ac so i would recommend people to just drop off there car and leave cause the office is to hot. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Brought my car in for a windshield replacement and got my car back with broken plastics, a scratch on my dash and a missing VIN number plate. I called them after I got home and realized my VIN number was missing. the woman said it was missing before I gave the car to them and that she had to get my VIN off the door, but they themselves have video proof that the VIN number was there AS they were working on the car. When I brought the car in, the car still had the original windshield from the dealer still on it, which means the windshield was never removed for the VIN to be removed in the first place. The man that worked on my car claimed that it might have came out with my old windshield... VIN number plates are all riveted to the firewall of cars, they would NEVER come out with the windshield... you can also see scuff marks where it looks like its been pried off with a tool. In addition, there is black silicone covering half of the view of the VIN plate... maybe just a coincidence? you be the judge of that. I called and got the police involved and the owner claims he's going to get me a new VIN and repair the VIN, but you cannot just go and ask for a replacement VIN plate from the dealer or DMV, especially if the car does not belong to you. They said they're going to call me back in a month to have me bring my car back to them to fix the VIN on the dash, but according to CHP and the DMV (and i've asked multiple times), you cannot get replacement VIN plates made. the owner did offer to remove the windshield again to "look for the missing VIN plate", however almost all of the plastic trim pieces to the windshield, and damaged my dash board had made me decide to not let the guy touch my car again, as i did not want additional damages to my car. Due to this inconvenience, i spent my holiday weekend at the DMV, Police Department and CHP to report this and also get my car blue-tagged. I will now have a harder time selling my car when i have to explain why the VIN plate is missing, when its time to get a new car. read more

This place sucks! I called in advance to be sure they'd be able to tint my windshield because I already had a layer of 60% on it. As I arrive I park out front when they noticed my windshield was already tinted. the first guy came at me very rudely asking me "what I'm here for" as if they offer many services. I proceeded to tell them what I wanted.this guy said "putting 2 layers of ceramic tint doesn't work it turns into a mirror and you can't see out" instead of telling me they don't feel safe doing it he made up countless excuses. Then I said well how about we remove one layer and add a darker one the price tripled from the initial $115 quote to $350 which made no sense. Anyways this place has no customer service skills and they don't know what they're talking about. I now have windshield tint which is 2 different layers and I LOVE it. even tipped the place that did it an additional $150 because of such a bad experience at this place. read more

I had the sun visor window tint strip done on my Subaru Crosstrek. I paid 30 bucks which from calling around seemed to be a fair price. I am giving three stars due to the installer cutting the tint to low from the top of my windshield causing a line of light shining through the small gap. After inspecting it more i found that they had attempted to cover it up with what seemed to be a black permanent marker. Instead of going back i just took some black nail polish and covered up the crack. I had higher expectations due to first impressions with the quality of customer service. I would still recommend this place for window tinting although I would stress to the customer to do an inspection of the work before driving off. read more
