I needed 3 large west facing picture windows and 3 small sliding windows tinted that would cut the summer sun while still looking "natural" from both inside and outside. I was provided a comprehensive product line to make my choice... all in a very no pressure approach. After briefly discussing the options, work began. Carlos was very respectful of my property, was super clean as he worked on the windows and did not rush to complete the job. Ok, drum roll here... pricing! He was VERY, VERY reasonably priced! I sent out a project request on Yelp which gave me 5 businesses to choose from. True Tint was the first to reply and the best priced for the project. I reached out and told them I drive with an infant and this is dangerous they never would get back to me I always had to call multiple people to get this corrected then the owner Jose told me to go in on a day they were closed to get the film removed and he would refund me . I waited an hour and a half at the shop while it was closed no one came no one answered the phones. I had to come back AGAIN the next day the film was then removed and told that my refund would be given but if course IT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED . I've made attempts to correct this and have been patient but they do not respond. Edit : the owner commented saying user error lol the entire purpose of the film was to protect against rocks chips and scratches ... so why would the film be scratched if I used the wipers DURING THE RAIN ????? I also have already told you this but you are embarrassingly not taking responsibility for the low quality work I might add I also told you ... THIS IS A BRAND NEW 2025 car fresh out the factory it didn't even sit on the car lot ... so how would a car that was just made ruin my windshield during the rain ???? Update to my initial review;…read more I have been repeatedly reaching out to the owner asking him to fix an issue that was caused by his employees. They did a lot of work on my sprinter. They polished the entire van which was brand new and did there ceramic coating on the outside and inside of the vehicle. Within a few months I noticed that the top of the van not the body or the front the top of the van was covered in swirls. It's been at least 3 months possibly more that I've reached out on Facebook texted the owner and keep getting promises that someone will reach out to me to schedule a time. Basically this morning I again reached out saying if we can they this fixed I will update my review and take to small claims I spend thousands with this company paid cash and they can't handle fixing there own mistake. Great I definitely won't be using them again not refer any business and I will update my review on google as well. I even offered to pay to have them wash my van and fix the issues but have been rejected. The owner wants me to take him to small claims so I guess I'll file the paperwork this week.

I called the 951-525-2271 business number about my driver side side window button not working…read moreanymore. They came on 10/29/25 to my house to fix it. They completed the repair and I just assumed it was done correctly. When I needed to use it, all buttons on the drivers side window were badly messed up when they weren't before. Nothing was set back together correctly or something is broken. I reached back out and their response is "Hello okay so I spoke to oscar and he said that witch him what he fixed it does not connect to the buttons " This makes no sense.
