Jose did a great job on my rear window. The old adhesive was bad but he got it off with no damage to the rear defroster lines. He arrived as promised at 1pm and was done in a few hours. Thank you for doing a great job! Highly recommend his mobile service.

Hired Jose to remove my old tint job and put new tint on. He removed the tint and applied new tint poorly (he even admitted it was done poorly and the person he had helping him had done an extremely bad job.) he then removed the job he had done, but rendered half of my defrosters not working. He was also convinced the scratches did not come from him (had another tint shop evaluate his removal and they told me Jose and his crew had scratched all 4 of my door interior trying to remove the tint and scratching my windshield. They also knicked my rear defroster so it doesn't work anymore). The professional tint shop I had evaluating told me that Jose's work was done EXTREMELY poorly. All in all, I have to replace $820 worth of glass on my civic. This isn't factoring in the cost to repaint the scratches on the interior of the door by his blade to remove the tint (he stated he would only use a steamer and items to not damage my car). He also incorrectly quoted me a refund when he removed his poorly done tint, and got into an extremely hostile engagement with me that I almost felt the need to call the police. I cannot recommend this business as it is, and I hope that he improves as his career goes.

Jose was a true professional! His communication skills are on point. I knew his arrival and even got a text letting me know traffic was heavy so he was running a few minutes behind. Booking the appt was simple. Jose showed up promptly at our schedule time. Walked me through expectations for installment. Completed in the work in a timely manner. Once installation was complete, he discussed the lifetime warranty details and what I could expect in terms of the Tint settling. Any bubbles or discoloration to call him and he will repair/replace at no cost. So far Tint looks good. As for Jose as a person/businessman. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, clear communication, and respectful of my property. I would highly recommend. Plus he is mobile at no extra charge. read more

Hired Jose to remove my old tint job and put new tint on. I contacted this vendor late one night honestly not expecting a response. These days late at night is the only time I have to handle "errands." The quote was better than anyone else's and he provided mobile service at my home! Score! I scheduled right away and was looking forward to my rear drivers side tint getting replaced (started wrinkling/bubbling). He removed old tint and added a new tint at a great price. Plus, I'm willing to pay for the convenience of a mobile service. Jose came out and was wearing a mask, which I appreciated during our current Covid situation. He explained the differences in tint and suggested which one to use. It was the right choice because it matched perfectly! Then I remembered my husband needed his passenger window tinted as well so I set up another appointment with Jose. He came out a few days later and did a seamless job! 217 you state that you are licensed and bonded? Those are just words that you state you actually have to prove it! Only a professional license can be bonded. By the looks of if you Dont have a contractors license to tint residential or commercial. Also, the fact that you didn't you a steamer to remove the tint is absolutely horrible and cost us a new rear windshield. Doesn't have a CSLB LICENSE TO DO HOMES OR COMMERCIAL SPACES! IS NOT BONDED! read more

After the installation, the lower part of my front windshield tint was scratched and damaged. Instead of immediately taking responsibility and redoing the windshield tint properly, they tried to get me to settle for visors for three vehicles because redoing the windshield would cost them more in labor and materials. I told them absolutely not -- I paid to have the windshield tinted correctly, and I wanted it replaced , which they eventually did. Then, shortly after the tint job, my passenger side door panel started lifting. This panel was perfectly fine before my appointment. I called the shop and was specifically told to bring the car back because they could fix it. I took time out of my day to drive back down there, only to be met with excuses. Eddie proceeded to tell me that this "just happens" with Dodges, blamed the heat, and even claimed there was some kind of recall involving the panels. That is simply not true for my vehicle, and my issue started immediately after their work was done. My dashboard lifting slightly from heat over time has absolutely nothing to do with a door panel suddenly lifting after a tint installation. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of accountability. I was told they could fix it, but once I arrived, the conversation turned into blaming my car instead of addressing the damage. Then I was told they "could try" to fix it but might make it worse. At that point, why was I told to bring the vehicle in at all? Now I'm left having to pay out of pocket to find someone else to repair damage that was not there before they worked on my car. Very disappointed in the professionalism, communication, and customer service. I expected honesty and accountability, not excuses and blame-shifting
