I had to have my windshield replaced again due to the 15 freeway! Yet another rock from a gravel truck struck my windshield. Scheduling was easy, and 2 hours later, I had a new windshield and they also replaced the tint on it again. Side note, with regards to the tinting, that old saying is true, "you get what you paid for" I believe the breakdown was $299, $399 or $799 for the different qualities of the tint. I found this business here on trusty Yelp, seeing all the great reviews. After calling and talking to them I decided to look no further. We had a new Toyota sedan with black interior, and wanted heat protection with a high quality product. We had heard ceramic tint is the best for this job, which they carry. I found them to be nice friendly guys, and they spent time with us at their shop helping us select the best tint and shades. They offered some good advice since it was our first time with tinting. We selected the darkest tint for the back and rear windows, lighter for the front passenger windows, and just slightly tinted for the windshield. The prices are reasonable, but what you'd expect for good quality. We got the car in around lunchtime, and they were done by 5 pm. The tint job looks amazing, and we've put the heat protection to the test, it makes a big difference. Five stars for Temecula Auto Glass. read more

Beware, those wanting a WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT. I was so disappointed. My preference is to push business towards small & family owned businesses rather than run-of-the-mill franchises; unfortunately in this case, that served me wrong. I chose Temecula Auto Glass & Window Tinting because I woke up to a cracked windshield and, largely due to the (500+) 5-star Yelp ratings. Dropping my RAV4 off on a Saturday morning, 6 hours later the job was done . Upon leaving their parking lot I noticed the "Pre-Collision System Malfunction" warning on my instrument panel. Immediately going back inside, the employee stated, "that message will automatically go away in 6 to 7 miles of driving." I called Toyota, talked with a technician, and he replied, "I have never heard of such a thing, he either did not know what he was doing OR was just trying to get you off of the lot." I took time off from work, and brought the vehicle back in - they did clear the message that 2nd time. Other noted failures: sealant that was used for the windshield replacement was left on the corners of the paint (not easy to remove), there were three nicks in my paint from this replacement (not pre-existing; I had taken pictures immediately before dropping off my vehicle to them), and the windshield cowl (rubber cover in the lower corners of the windshield) looked like a Rottweiler chewed it up (see pictures) - I understand this cover can get dry and brittle but would recommend this business either replace a piece that is damaged during their work or at a minimum, notify the customer that this damage occurred and will need to be replaced. Second-guessing my decision, based off so many 5-star reviews, I realized that most of the high ratings were for this business's tinting and NOT windshield replacements - the source of my mistake (I own that). read more

I walked into hoping to make an appointment for window tinting on my new Corvette. Sam met me and we discussed options he had recommended and went so far to get his personal vehicle to show me what windshield tinting looked like. I ended up get not only my door windows tinted the shop did the windshield, rear window over the engine and replaced the visor tint that was previously installed with a wider piece. I looked for somewhere reputable and stumbled upon this shop. The guy who I spoke to seemed knowledgeable and willing to offer a fair price for the service. The wait was longer than anticipated but if it means more diligence, I waited. The tint looks good on my vehicle, and I am confident in the quality of the materials that were used. The only gripe I have is that my interior lights worked when I dropped of my vehicle and don't work after pickup and they can't seem to tell me why. Outstanding Tint Job. It's been a bit over a month, I'm still very happy with the Tint recommendations they gave, quality work they did and fully expect it will stay that way long term. A few years ago, I first used them to do a 1 window 3M warranty repair on a tint done by another company over 15 years before. They gave me great professional experience with cheerful customer service, even though we all know doing warranty work probably doesn't pay that well when they get reimbursed by a manufacture. Since then, I have sent several friends to them and all had great customer experiences. So, when I got new Accord Hybrid that needed a tint, they of course were the First choice. I did shop around a bit, but their pricing great and I'm very happy with the results. It was quick, very well done and at a outstanding price (I was actually expecting to pay a little more, 3M plus it does have 2 extra small windows, total of 7 tints) with a very helpful friendly experience.
