What a find!!!! I called to get an estimate on removing and replacing the tint on the rear window of my wife's 23 civic touring and was given a very fair price. I had requested for a Saturday because of our work schedules and they pleasantly accommodated us. We were scheduled for first thing in the morning and about 3 hrs later we received a call that put a huge smile on our faces. He was concerned that maybe the rear defroster lines could potentially be damaged during the removal process but not a single line suffered a single scratch. A Perfect Shade did an amazing job!! I called requested quotes for tinting over the weekend. Within 30 minutes I got multiple quotes and A Perfect Shade had the best quote. I gave them a call and Fernando answered and gave me the run down. Super friendly over the phone, straight to the point, there was 0 pressure at all. I couldn't give a definitive time to set an appointment because I had a lot going on and he told me to just call back Monday & we could figure something out. I called Monday morning when I had some downtime and he told me he'd make the time to get me in and taken care of. I came, the vibe was really friendly, told him what I wanted, and he got started. He told me there was additional cleaning needed because the windows weren't cleaned too well after the last tint removal (I just got the car from the dealership).
