My mother needed her front side windows tinted, so we stopped by this tint shop. The team was great from the start; respectful, helpful, and very understanding of what she wanted. We had no idea the dealership had already put a super light tint on the front windows, which meant the shop had to remove that film before installing the new tint. They took care of it without making it a big deal and didn't hit us with a huge charge for the removal. Pricing was more than fair. They treated my mother well, did solid work, and made the whole experience easy. Very grateful for their service. Highly recommend. read more

I've taken 3 cars here already! And they always do a great job! I keep coming back! Highly recommended!

The Tint Shop was highly recommended to me by BMW of Murrieta, and I'm extremely pleased I followed their advice. Expect nothing but exceptional customer service and a top-quality tinting job. I am completely satisfied with how my car looks. In the past, with other tinting services, I often received my cars back with drip stains on the door panels and seats. Today, my car was returned in flawless condition. If you're considering window tinting, this is unquestionably the place to go! read more

My boyfriend got his Toyota MR2 re-tinted since the previous tint job was terrible. Michael was really helpful in giving him a deal to remove the old tint and re-do the job for a good price. The car looks great now! Thank you for a job well done! read more

My experience with this shop was excellent. Veteran supported and the actual tinting was awesome. I would def recommend them.

I've been wanting to put a darker tint on top of the factory installed tint on my vehicle. Of course, I did my due diligence and decided to go with The Tint Shop. I am so glad I did! From my initial request for info, Carl was very responsive and answered all of my questions. The shop lobby is clean, and he and Michael do a great job taking care of customers. After I sent an inquiry via Yelp, I heard back from Carl and decided to stop in as I was in the area. He's a really nice guy, and I didn't feel pressured at all. I had gone to 2 other shops, and one was willing to price match, but their lobby was tiny, unkempt, and even though the guy was nice, I didn't feel comfortable. The other shop I went to was a definite no for me. I already felt immediately judged for being a woman (when went in, I asked questions and he seemed to just wanna push me out the door) AND he made a comment about a decal on my car so that was definitely a red flag. Smh. I had initially set an appointment with Carl after speaking with him, but after a few hours, I called and switched my appointment to a few days sooner. I had my vehicle done in about an hour and a half. I didn't do the windshield, but I will eventually. I'm really happy with the job they did, and I can feel the difference already with this summer heat! The price was budget-friendly, too. A trusted buddy of mine said to go with ceramic tint, and I'm glad I did! =) Thank you, Carl and Michael! I'll be so much cooler this summer, thanks to you guys! =) read more

Excellent job! Professionals all the way with both of our Teslas and also our children's cars.

Huge Thank you to Michael and Carl! After requesting quotes from over (8) Auto Tint Shops in the Temecula/Murrieta area, Michaels quote had one of the best Tint films (Llumar) and at a very reasonable price. During the phone call, I felt genuine and authenticity from Michael and Carl so I just had to ask how long have they been around, and wow, The Tint Shop has been around since 2009 and Michael has been tinting since '94 (almost as old as I am!) Now that's true passion! I always love to support local especially business owners who love what they do and been heavily vested into the industry for this long. I highly recommend if your are looking for Tint work, don't hesitate to reach out! They are quick and efficient, friendly, fair on pricing, and most importantly, they carry one of the best Tint films on the market. Recommend: read more

Michael provided a quote instantly when I was in the market to tint my vehicle. I was greeted by Carl, who was very knowledgeable and honest in answering all my questions since this was the first time I was tinting one of my vehicles. The process was quick and easy and got my car back in a couple hours. The pricing was also very reasonable since I reached out to a few other local tint shops as well. I will definitely be back and appreciate their business. read more

This is my second time here. Just had my windshield tinted on my Sprinter. So much better. Less heat coming in, way less glare. Went with the CTX 50. Slightly tinted, but not noticeable. No one is going to call you out on it. Took about an hour. These guys are great. Easy to schedule the appointment, periodic updates via email and text from the shop prior to your appointment, clean facility, easy to get to. I love about 20 miles from here, but it's worth it versus going to a local shop in my area. I'll always come back here for tint. These guys support our military and offer discount for us too when you're getting the whole car tinted. All around, very satisfied customer. Thanks again Mike and the guys at The Tint Shop! read more

I have had my windows tinted by the Tint shop on several vehicles over the years and have referred my family. We will never go anywhere else for tint. I only post on Yelp if a business is absolutely terrible or is incredibly amazing. The Tint Shop is definitely the latter. I am very picky with my vehicles. So picky in fact, that 20 years ago I taught myself to tint windows on my own vehicles because I didn't trust anyone else to do it. I've since done several of my own cars, but because I am not a pro, it can take many hours to get it just right. Like most professions, installing window tint is a skill that you develop over time (it's MUCH harder than it looks - especially if you don't know what you are doing). However, today, I no longer have the time to do it myself, so I sought out a professional. Michael has been doing this for over 20 years and it shows. More importantly, he did NOT remove the door panels like other installers do. Because when you remove door panels, you will probably break the clips, and then the doors will rattle and vibrate -- and the installers will not replace any broken clips. Lastly, Michael uses Llumar film which is the best stuff out there. So if you're looking for a place that's been doing it for a long time, does it properly, and all within a reasonable price, Michael is your guy. Highly recommended! read more

I had severely bubbled tint from the poor job done by the dealer (or whoever the dealer hired) from before I bought my car. After shopping around, I went with The Tint Shop due to the good reviews and the good deal on the quote they provided. I have had tint jobs done on previous cars from other shops in town and they will quote you one price and change in once you come in because of -insert excuse here- The guys at The Tint Shop charged exactly what they quoted as their price "out the door." They were communicative regarding scheduling, confirming the day before. Brought my car in and within about 2 hours all the old tint was removed and the new was on and it looks 1000x better than before. It's like a new car. Thanks guys! Great job and I will be back next time I need a tint. read more

Super fast and reliable! I had a 9 a.m. appointment for my GMC Sierra's 2 front windows, showed up about 20 mins early and they checked me right in. They explained the different tint options, I chose and they went to work. I was in my truck and headed home by 9:06 a.m.! If that's not fast and reliable service, I don't know what is. Highly recommend and GREAT pricing! read more

I had been shopping around for a place to tint my Explorer for the past few weeks. This place gave me a reasonable quote by the next morning and was able to get me in the next day to tint the front two windows to match the factory rear tint. One occasion I bought a car from a dealership and it had tint on the front windsheiland they squeezed me in same day last minute. I absolutely love this tint shop!!! read more

This is a 'buyer beware' update. Took my Jeep SRT into The Tint Shop several months ago, and all was great until I was told today that one of the tint guys apparently broke the clips on the rear view mirror bracket cover. For about 3 months I've driven with an annoying rattle, and just recently realized it was coming from the rear view mirror assembly. So I took it to the dealership. Hemet Jeep service department was nice enough to repair the issue under warranty, while being very explicit the damage was likely done when the windshield tint was applied - the cover had to be removed to place the tint on that spot. With no provable evidence, and such a long period of time since the tint job, I made a courtesy stop after the dealership to suggest they take better care of customer property. And was met with the typical defensive, "Well it could've been us, but I think not" and "That could have happened anywhere" responses. Yes sir, I slammed my 80k SRT into the back of a semi at 90mph, destroying everything a mile behind the front bumper including the review mirror, just to come in here for a hug because of a rattle. I think not. I'm less likely to bring in another vehicle knowing if they damage something chances are high nothing will be said. Too many other places providing the same service for me to blindly swear allegiance to a shady tint installer. Lesson learned again, take a minute or two on location to check my vehicle inside and out. read more
