The owner Jason helped me right away & explained different types of coverage, pricing, etc. They use some top quality tinting (3M) so I was honest with him that the quote was a little out of my price range that I was able to spend. But after talking for a bit, he was nice enough to give me a great deal within my price range! He even offered to wash my car prior while it was at the shop! Jason and the team at Top to Bottom Detailing did an incredible job on my 4Runner. I got a paint correction and a ceramic pro silver coating. They were able to buff out some of the swirl marks and surface-level paint issues before applying the ceramic. I went in for an estimate last week and right away I could tell Jason was fair and honest. He didn't try to oversell me on anything or talk me into a more expensive package that my car didn't need. At the initial estimate, Jason told me to go ahead and order custom touch-up paint from Dr. Color Chip, which I did. I I wound up dropping off my car the following week, along with the touch-up paint I'd purchased. They kept it for a few days and treated my ride like a king. When I picked it up yesterday, I was shocked: a three-year-old vehicle that I bought at CarMax looked like it belonged at the LA Auto Show. The finish is gorgeous and you can tell that the team is passionate about cars and takes incredible pride in their work. Jason went over the car with me at pick-up, walked me through their warranty, and talked about after-care options. While it's not required, you can tip the team on your credit card when you check out. Considering they spent MANY hours working over my car----and the end results were phenomenal----I wanted to recognize the team with a little something extra.
