My husband bought his dream car, and was very picky when it came to which tint to use. After doing a lot of research, my husband decided on Llumar window tint. My husband had Suntek PPF installed prior to the tint, and the same manufacturer also makes Llumar tint. I called Steve and he answered all of our questions. He was really happy to answer my questions and concerns, and just wanted to make sure we not only understood the product he uses, but also the process. My husband stayed the 4+ hours and was able to work from his laptop in their nice waiting room. The car windows will automatically roll down an inch upon opening the door, so Steve made sure the tint was dry enough so that when the windows did roll up, it would not be an issue. I was looking for a reliable tint shop through yelp. I requested a couple of quotes around the area & I stumbled on Temecula Valley Window Tinting. Come to find out I realized this place is a new shop. I figure I give them a shot and support local business. It's ran by Steve & Mike. Even though it's a new shop, they have been industry for years. It's located near Temecula Pkwy & Butterfield Rd. Their shop is so clean & their waiting room is inviting . They provide refreshments as you wait. On to the tint they use. They quoted me on a good price on a great quality brand with Llumar. Llumar has been in the industry for years with & also one of the best in quality. Steve explained to me the types of levels there are. I went with the ceramic CTX. It was good price point & it's able to block heat on a sunny day then ordinary tint. With choosing the level, I wanted my front to match stock rear window shade. Steve was able to that with one of his measuring instruments he had that reads shade levels. For the application, Steve let me watch him work. He takes pride on what he does. He's impeccable & attentive to detail. He answered any of my concerns & questions. He's also a genuinely nice guy to talk to. I watched him pattern the tint to the exact shape of my front car window (including the wings). The shop is pretty clean from any dust that contaminant the tint. There was no gaps or crooked lines. The quality of his work was on point. If I had any issues, I can come back to get it fix. I had a long horrifically hot day traveling from tint shop to tint shop trying to find a shop to tint the windows of my son's newly purchased sweltering hot Nissan Sentra. I had nearly given up when I happened upon Temecula Valley window tinting. I called over in desperation and I was relieved when somebody actually answered the phone unlike many of the other shops I had called. Not only was the phone answered, but I heard the words I'd been waiting to hear all day. "Sure we can fit you in. Come on down." I was still unsure whether this was an oasis or a mirage as my GPS led me to the back of the building, but suddenly I saw a tall dark handsome man with his arm outstretched waving at me. I know what you're thinking but, it wasn't Jesus..it was a different kind of savior, his name was Steve. Upon entering the lobby I was very impressed by how clean, stylish, and comfortable it was. Steve very patiently and knowledgeably informed me about the different products available as well as helped me select a shade. I didn't feel pressured to get anything I didn't want and he was kind and helped me find something in my budget. After that, he told me how long it would take, and then he pointed me to my dream living room. They have three large leather couches and a large big screen, and I was given the remote and told to make myself at home. I'm not sure if it was the comfortable couches or the nice cool interior but somehow I managed to take a little nap over there. When I my car was nearly finished, well before the time that it was quoted at. I was given an excellent warranty and then taken out to see my car and meet the other man behind the magic, the incredibly talented Mike. The car looked so different, I didn't even know it was mine. They did a flawless job! Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good quality work, great customer service, and a great value. They were willing and sincerely excited at the fact they could remove every window and do the job! I knew that they knew what I wanted. I did call them because they are a Llumar shop and within a couple hours Steve texted me a price. It wasn't as cheap as you can find elsewhere for subpar tint and subpar craft. Owner really worked with us on material, pricing, and giving me the exact color I wanted (Limo tinted on sides and a light shade on the windshield but still a dark enough color to match the sides!)
