I had my new '26 BMW 230i and my '21 M4 in for full front clear PPF on the 230i and a front fascia clear PPF on the M4. They put a rookie on both jobs (unknown to me) and he royally screwed the 230i job with horrible trim cuts that were crooked and jagged. The M4 was not great work but better than the 230i. That was a complete abortion. I complained and the rookie called his boss and agreed to fix it. When I went to pick it up after FOUR DAYS at the shop, it was not finished and was told they fired the rookie and another tech would take over. I refused to let them mess with my car anymore and took it home. I have since contested the charge with my bank since Ceramic Pro refused to refund me. Amateur hour, for sure. P read more

I took my car in to get PPF, Windows Tint, and Ceramic Coating because the price was really great! I guess I know that the saying, "you get what you pay for" is really true! Bubbles everywhere and PPF film has stretch marks and what appears to be fingerprint marks. I paid for full car PPF and a part of the trunk was not covered at all. Scratches on the windshield tint, and when they replaced it, even more scratches were there. Been trying to get the owner, Kyle, to call me to no avail! His PPF installer told me that he would get him to call me to hopefully have a meeting, but nothing! No calls or messages! There are over 30 bubbles and plenty of debris caught in the film. They said the windshield tint will be replaced again, but nothing, no call or message! I was told that I have a warranty, but what good is that when I cannot get anything done. I didn't even want to submit a negative review because I was waiting for Kyle to reach out, but it's clear that he is ignoring me. This is the worst PPF job that I have seen and others cannot believe it as well. I've had people say, "why didn't they just redo it and make it better", but this company doesn't believe in that. No reply from the owner is why this review is written, so everyone can know how horrible of a job this company did on my car and how they do not stand by their work. If anyone wants to see their work on my car, please reach out to me so you can see for yourself. I took another car to Clear Pro and they did a fantastic job. Clear Pro does charge more for their work, but is miles better with everything! This company isn't trustworthy and tells the customer that the car is protected. The car may be protected, but looks terrible while doing so. I really wanted to work something out with the owner, but how can we since he never returns any messages. This was a big mistake taking my car to Ceramic Pro Elite! From now on, just Clear Pro for me and I advise anyone else to go there as well. UPDATE: To show how untrustworthy this owner is, never did Kyle show up or call me to see the many imperfections the PPF has! I will be more than happy to show anyone personally what a horrible job that they did! The first car was ceramic coated ONLY! No PPF at all! As far as I can tell, the ceramic coating is good, but we are talking about PPF. I guess Kyle thinks that they applied PPF on both cars! This only shows their lack of professionalism. When picking up my car, I could see stretch marks, bubbles, and no PPF on the back of the trunk! They reluctantly worked on it and made it worse, then after a 2 weeks adjustment time, they tried to adjust the many flaws, only to make things worse! Even the windshield tint was worse! Kyle is only trying to save face, but has done nothing to fix things! Ask him if he has ever called me or returned any messages? This is absolutely the worse company to install PPF. Even the installer stated that there are a lot of bubbles and he'll have Kyle contact me! No contact at all! I have taken the car to Lexus and to Clear Pro, and they cannot believe how bad the install was! If anyone wants proof, please message me here or in Google and I will show you my car! Bubbles are hard to see on pictures! With the ridiculous reply from this owner, I will now take this further to the Better Business Bereau and see if there is a main Ceramic Pro Office! This was the first I'd ever pursued a wrap for any vehicle, and when I created a Yelp project, Ceramic Pro Elite Murrieta was among those who responded. Kyle responded with a level of writing and knowledge that demonstrated diligence and attention to detail, which is something I always notice. He verified that they use cutting tape (rather than cutting on the car) and employ best-practices for vinyl installation. I'm pretty detail-oriented and I know a bit about vinyl and wrapping, so of course I asked all the right questions. One of the questions related directly to Kyle's and his team's comfort level with Inozetek, a brand I had my heart set on. They're not only comfortable with Inozetek but they're all Inozetek-certified as well. The color I chose was Super Gloss Metallic Vampire Red. Initially the wrap was meant to take two days, but wrapping is difficult and when I Ubered across town at the estimated completion time the car wasn't ready. Kyle gave me a discount for the cost of the Uber and then drove me home. That's a stand-up move right there. The car is a pre-owned 2023 Tesla Model 3 Performance and normally these don't come with mudflaps, but apparently the former owner (who took great care of the car), installed some cheap mudflaps that covered part of each exterior wheel arch. I didn't even know or think about it until someone pointed it out online. What? I have mudflaps? They're covering my wheel arches? You mean that's not stock? Rude Redditor, but a learning moment. I couldn't have that. I ripped them off with a fury (not easy) only to find each area unwrapped. This was not anyone's fault, as removing them was a huge PITA and they can't exactly go back on once removed. So, CPEM did nothing wrong here. Ceramic Pro had wrapped around them nicely, but Kyle rewrapped the affected areas free-of-charge and also spot-fixed a few other things, including one of the corners near the frunk that lifted up on its own. Not only did they fix the unwrapped areas but they installed the new mudflaps as well, and those aren't easy to install. No wonder people go for the cheaper mudflaps that partially cover the exterior wheel arches, but it's not something I would have chosen. Additionally, Kyle and his team installed my chrome Tesla block letters on the tail and nailed the horizontal and vertical centering with some direction from me. They had extra badges on hand to replace the black T logo (from the original) owner with chrome, since I thought that would look way better against the glossy metallic red. Kyle and team also wrapped the inside of the charging port since the white showing there was bothering me a lot. I didn't have the jambs done so there's a bit of a Creamsicle effect which I don't mind at all. Of course a Stealth Gray or Black car is always better for wrapping if the jambs aren't done, but I love the stock Tesla white. Unfortunately, there are 852 Gazillion of them, which was in large part the inspiration for the wrap. Guys, thank you. I will recommend you everywhere, and I hope this review helps you. In fact, you got my first recommendation on the way home today! All told, there were some extra challenges here (my bad on the mudflaps guys) but Kyle and the team at Ceramic Pro Elite Murrieta knocked it out of the park and went the extra mile to do so. I recently had them do PPF on the entire front of my 2025 Mercedes-Benz C43 graphite gray magno paint, and apply ceramic coating. Its been 3 weeks since I got my tint and paint protection film from Ceramic Pro Elite. It makes the biggest difference. It keeps my Tesla cooler by at least 15+ degrees without the Air Conditioning. It helps my eyes adjust better, in the car, from the sun's glare. When I'm driving in the morning, the sun doesn't bother my eyes. I realized that I don't even need to wear my sun glasses in the car. When I get out of the car, I realize how much sunlight is blocked because I need to put my glasses on as soon as I step out of the car. I got a clear wrap on the front of the car and it does not effect the color difference from the front to back. If I was near my Tesla, I'd post a picture. All my friends were impressed with the tint. I told them there was a clear wrap, and they said that they did not even notice. read more

Quoted a competitive and affordable price for the service compared to other shops' offers. It's my first time to have a vehicle wrapped and just relied on the great Yelp reviews the shop has. I was a bit intimidated but Kyle the owner was very accommodating, knowledgeable and just pleasant all throughout the process. One very important factor for me as a customer is honesty. When looking for quotes, Kyle and his team were very responsive and had some of the best pricing I had found. We got a new car about 6 weeks ago and found out that many new European cars have "soft" paint that are susceptible to...basically everything. So we chose to get a ceramic coating put on through Ceramic Pro Elite Murrieta and it was fantastic. Both Kyle and Mossiah were really helpful, friendly, responsive and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the product and the process. The turnaround time was quicker than expected and their communication with me was top notch. Our black paint now looks deeper, richer, and so much glossier than before. Only time will tell as to the longevity of the coating, but I am very hopeful based on all the other reviews I've read. We're also tossing around the idea of window tinting, and this will be the shop I turn to for this project as well. Very pleased! UPDATE: I took the car out into the sun today and wow! is all I can say! It looks 10x better than it did in my garage, even with all our led lighting! So, so glossy. I'm always looking at things to do to my car. Couple weeks ago I came to this shop to pick up my partners car- he'd had a paint protection film put on and ceramic window tint applied. I was really impressed by the work and by the owner so I started talking to him about possibly getting my car in. We agreed on the window tint and I asked what he thought about wrapping my car; to my surprise said he wouldn't personally change the color on my car and gave me the info of the detailer he likes to use. Instead of possibly upselling me on a full car wrap we threw around ideas for a bit and decided on some vinyl accents to the roof and rear bumper, he also worked with the detailer to give my car a full once-over and ceramic coating while my car was in his shop getting the tint and vinyl done. Was super nice and easy getting everything done at once and orchestrated by him. Just dropped my car off and picked it up when everything was complete. This doesn't even feel like the same car. The window tint makes it way cooler inside and the wrapped areas absolutely scratch my itch to customize the car. The detailer knocked it out of the park as well. Getting all this handled in one place just made the experience worth reviewing. Owner gave me the window tint warranty info and said to keep in touch if I needed anything, and every time he sees my partners car he looks over it quickly to make sure the job looks as good as when it was finished. He even moved other cars out of the garage so I could get a photo of my car under his shop lights. I want to give Kyle Acevedo, Austin, Mossiah, and Kyle Novae a well-deserved and long overdue shout-out for their OUTSTANDING WORK on installing my whole-vehicle Ceramic Pro Kavaca clear and matte Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Ceramic Pro Kavaca window tint on my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 392 Xtreme Recon 4x4! The previously mentioned team at Ceramic Pro Murrieta performed the initial installation in August 2022. Still, I have returned multiple times for warranty repairs, custom work, and additions underneath the PPF, requiring removal and replacement. The finished product looks AMAZING! Disclaimer for those customers on the fence about having Ceramic Pro Kavaca PPF installed on your vehicle: It's not 100% perfect. It will have some minor blemishes here and there. These minor imperfections are especially true if you have a car with multiple round corners and complex shapes to wrap. Given the 392's complicated hood shape and design, Kyle Acevedo and his team had troubles during the first few installation attempts as I was their first 392 Jeep.
