I recently had a full front PPF installed on my Tesla Model Y Performance, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The installation was flawless--the edges are clean, there are no bubbles or imperfections, and the film is virtually invisible. The attention to detail and craftsmanship really stood out. Norbert was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. It's reassuring to know the front of my car is now protected from rock chips and road debris while still looking brand new. If you're considering PPF for your vehicle, I highly recommend this shop. Excellent quality, outstanding customer service, and well worth the investment. Amazing Job! -Ryan read more

I reached out to Norbert to have additional PPF to the rear of the car. I mentioned I bought new badges for the car, and he kindly offered to remove and replaced the badges for me. Initially, PPF was installed to the front of the car. Having the PPF on the car makes washing the car so much easier! The water just beads right off. Now that the PPF has been installed on the entire car, I now have that extra protection, plus I'll be saving so much more time washing my little car. Norbert is always quick to respond and very reliable. At the time of the car drop off and pickup, he's always ready to greet me and my husband. He's very flexible too. I've had referred two family members to gave PPF installed on their new vehicles, and they were also impressed by Norbert's professionalism and skills. He does an excellent job! Pricing was reasonable and I feel confident in Norbert's work and trust him. read more

Every time we purchase a new car or truck, we take it to Norbert Ibarra to install the Crystal Shield on the front of the vehicle. This has preserved the "new car look" for years as well as protected the paint from any rock chips from road hazards. Norbert is always very professional and takes great pride in a job well done. Even though he now lives pretty far from us, it's worth our time to take our vehicles to him to be protected. He, and the product, are that good! read more

Norbert is amazing! His attention to detail is excellent. He really looks to make his work perfect. I had a full front PPF install on my 2026 GMC Sierra Denali and he did such a great job. I was worried about the upper chrome part of the grill scratching at some point. He went over and beyond getting that section to have the PPF also. Will definitely be bringing all future vehicles to him. read more

Norbert is amazing. Did an AMAZING job to PPF my road bike. I can tell he did not rush and took his time to perform a quality job.Better quality materials than RideWrap and more discrete (and no hassle from me trying to DIY the install). Not many shops have experience to apply PPF on a bicycle. Drove over an hour to visit this shop because he has PPF bikes. Thanks again Norbert. Will definitely get my next car PPF by him. read more

Recently purchased a brand new 2026 Toyota Supra. Wanted to get PPF done prior to driving it in order to protect the new paint. Submitted project requests through Yelp and got several quotes for the work. All the pricing was fairly similar, within $100- $150 for full front end PPF application. I ended up choosing Crystal Shield in Temecula based on the amount of detail Norbert was able to provide in his responses. I had a call with Norbert over the weekend and he walked me through the differences between films, thicknesses, adhesives, install processes, and removals. He also took the time to learn about what my intended use of the car was, whether it would be parked indoors/outdoors, the types products I used, and how I typically wash it, etc. by far the most experienced installer I spoke with so felt very confident to hire him for the job. The car came out perfect, the PPF is nearly invisible. He does amazing work and stands behinds his installs. Highly recommended. read more

Choosing to have a custom clear bra installed on my MR2 was a no brainer after it received a fresh coat of paint. With my past experiences with Norbert at Crystal Shield exceeding every expectation it wasn't a hard choice to make the drive back down to Temecula to get the work done. Norbert's expertise and professionalism is immediately apparent. He took the time to understand my specific concerns with the car and protecting the unique curves of the front bumper, and other vulnerable areas. The installation itself was nothing short of masterful. Norbert's skill and patience were on full display as he worked his magic on the MR2's complex contours. Watching the process, it was clear this was not a generic kit but a true custom application, with the film seamlessly tailored and stretched to every body line and intake vent. The result is absolutely flawless; the film is virtually undetectable, preserving the car's original paint and glossy finish perfectly. It's the ultimate peace of mind, knowing that the MR2's beautiful front end is now shielded from the hazards of the road while looking exactly as it did the day I drove it in. I cannot recommend Norbert and Crystal Shield highly enough. This service is an essential investment for any enthusiast who wants to preserve their vehicle's value and appearance. Norbert combines the precision of a craftsman with the knowledge of a true professional, delivering a product that is as functional as it is impeccable. My MR2 is now equipped with an invisible suit of armor, allowing me to enjoy driving it with renewed confidence. For anyone considering paint protection, look no further--this is the gold standard. read more

If you need PPF, come here! Don't go anywhere else. Top notch quality work. I had compared multiple companies before finally selecting Crystal Shield for my PPF. From the beginning to the end, all very professional with great communication throughout and provided me reassurance that I will get the best results. He is the owner and installer. He is very proud of his work and it shows. The work is extremely clean. I can't say enough on how happy I am with his work. I highly recommend him. Thank you so much again! read more

I'm not much of a review person but I recently had full front paint protection film installed on my 2026 Tesla Model Y Juniper at Crystal Shield PPF in Temecula, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the results. Hence, my desire to share my experience. First off, huge thanks to Norbert. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and confident he would take great care of my new prized possession. He personally installed Suntek Ultra hydrophobic self-healing film on the full front end (the front bumper, hood, fenders, headlights, plus rear door partial stone guards, door edges, and outer door handles). What really impressed me was his attention to detail. He even wrapped the front edge of the fenders above the headlights. He talked about how most installers skip this part and how doing this makes a huge difference for long-term protection. The workmanship was absolutely flawless. Every edge is clean, perfectly aligned, and virtually invisible. No bubbles, no lifting just a factory-level finish. You can tell this isn't rushed or outsourced work. Norbert does all the PPF installation himself, and it shows. He mentioned his 18 years of experience, and I could see that in the results. I appreciated knowing my car wasn't being handed off to a trainee or subcontractor. I liked how I was in direct contact with the person touching my car. So, if you're looking for a shop where the owner actually does the work, this is it! I also appreciated the little things like the flexible pickup and drop off hours, and being kept in the loop with good communication. Norbert runs a professional shop and made the whole process easy and stress free. In my research, I found that Crystal Shield PPF is not the cheapest nor not the most expensive, but I felt it easily had the best value for the quality you receive. You're paying for experience, precision, and long term protection and it's worth every dollar. My suggestion is if you're searching for a shop that truly cares about quality and reputation, I HIGHLY recommend Crystal Shield PPF. I am so happy with the results and the experience dealing with them. Thanks again Norbert! read more

Very fast replies. Extremely knowledgeable and the reviews on their profile are amazing. Great experience.

Discovered that clear film protection for the front of the automobile will prevent the paint death by a thousand rock chips. First install 2009 RX-8 and 120,000 miles later front end still looks factory fresh. Every auto purchase since gets a film. I have utilized four installers and I can testify with absolute certainty Crystal Shield is the primo perfectionist!!! Unlike the previous installs Crystal Shield's final product doesn't even look like the film is there due to the edges being precisely wrapped into the body part. Also no trapped air bubbles which the prior guys popped with a pin thus leaving a point for moisture to seep in. Crystal has redone my RX-8(due to attendant ramming car into fence) and brand new CX-9. Attention to detail is no less than given the Tesla S's, Corvettes, Mercedes and Bugatti Veron. My only regret is wife's MX-5 did not receive the Crystal royal treatment. read more

Requested to have my headlights PPF work done and I will gladly testify that Norbert did an awesome job at the service I requested for an amazing quality and great warranty, informed me how to maintain the quality of the PPF for a long time and what to do if any damage happens. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and car loving guys and girls to come here for quality work. Will be coming back if I ever need any PPF work done. read more

I contacted Crystal shield on a Monday afternoon and Norbert was able to get my vehicle in by Wednesday at noon on Thursday. It was done and he walked me through everything he did and had to maintain the protect protection to our brand new Tesla. We drove to Vegas that morning and drove back to Temecula. The film held up amazing and 100% protect our vehicle. Norbert did a phenomenal job and his professionalism made the whole interaction a wonderful Experience, Definitely recommend Norbert! read more

This is our second time working with Norbert at Crystal Shield Clear Bra, and once again, we couldn't be happier. We first brought our 2021 Toyota Highlander in for a full front PPF and recently returned for the same service on our 2025 Toyota Sequoia. We live an hour and a half away, and despite getting several competitive quotes closer to home, we chose to come back. Why? Because Norbert's work speaks for itself. His prices are fair, but what truly sets him apart is the level of quality, precision, and pride he puts into every job. During the walkthrough, you can feel the sincerity and care he has for his craft. It's rare these days to find someone so honest, focused, and hardworking, and Norbert embodies all of that. He doesn't cut corners -- he takes the time and effort to do it right, and it shows. If you're looking for PPF work and want someone who treats your vehicle like it's his own, Norbert is your guy. We'll gladly make the drive again for his craftsmanship and integrity. Highly recommended! read more

If you need Paint Protection Film or Decals installed, Norbert from Crystal Shield is the Man!! I have a freshly restored 1975 Trans Am that needed the huge Firebird decal installed on the hood. Additionally I wanted PPF on the front upper and lower bumpers and the on the most vulnerable wheel flares ( that get pitted very easily). In one day Norbert completed the car. Not only that but you cannot see the seams! They are nearly invisible. Norbert also spent a lot of time steaming the huge bird decal. Zero bubbles and it lays flat. Excellent service and pricing. I would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend Norbert's Crystal Shield. read more

When I talked to Norbert on the phone, I not only realized he was extremely knowledgeable about his craft, but also that he was very passionate about his work. He probably spent a half hour explaining to me the ins and outs of a quality PPF job. He explained the different type of materials available, and why he chose the company he uses as his vendor. I was excited to take my wife's brand new 2025 Tesla Model 3 to receive the protective film and thereby keeping the paint protected, especially from chips. Previously, I had had my 2023 Model Y done at a place near the Tesla dealer in Carlsbad, and without much knowledge about the process. I booked him based on good tevieed. I had several problems with the PPF bubbling and got tired of going from Fallbrook to Carlsbad to "try" to correct it. Talking to Norbert I felt so reassured that this would not repeat with my wife's Model 3 under his care . When we dropped it off, he looked at my Model Y. Because he felt bad for the poor installation that had been done, he offered me a very good price to repair the original work. I took him up on his generous offer! I purchased some Tesla touchup paint for both cars and he also took care of a few minor paint problems before applying the film. Five stars is not enough to capture just how satisfied I am with the quality and caring of Norbert's service. He simply goes above and beyond, and is the consummate professional! Norbert also recommended other people in the automotive industry for other issues I wanted to tackle and had specific recommendations about how to wash a car to preserve the paint indefinitely. He was just so helpful and concerned about the care of our automobiles. I'm grateful I came across him and cannot recommend him highly enough! read more

Truly incredible work. Couldn't be nicer or more professional A+. They'll be getting more work from me.

Norbert demonstrated great professionalism and expertise. I am extremely pleased with the work he did on my Lexus. Thank you, Norbert...

I had my new Mercedes front, bumper, fenders & mirrors done by Norbert - he did a great job of not only doing the PPF job, but also explaining it thoroughly so that I felt like I was not only making a knowledgeable decision - but also how to care to the protection years down the road. I cannot express enough how Mr. Ibarra helped me. I haven't had a nice car in decades and it was finally time. I went with another vendor who cut into my paint, trapped dirt under the PPF and left stretch marks and uneven lines. Inexcusable for any car, but a brand new car similar to the price of my first house? I was devastated. I couldn't trust them to remove it and cause more damage. Mr. Ibarra explained what went wrong and why, and how he could fix it. He made the disaster right and then reapplied PPF to repair the other vendors damage. My car looks IMPECCABLE! I could not be more thankful. Such a knowledgeable and fun soul to work with. THANK YOU! read more

I got the platinum package with some additional parts for my MX-5 RF Miata. Even with the extra parts, the quote was lower than another shop I was considering for the same coverage. Norbert was very accommodating and patient, as I ended up getting the service done a couple of months after receiving my original quote. I had to reschedule twice due to circumstances, and he was kind each time. He's gone beyond the minimum and I appreciate his work. Worth the drive for me, and would consider him again for future vehicles. My husband and I purchased a 2024 Acura Integra A-spec tech recently. My husband received several quotes for PPF and we decided to go with Norbert/Crystal Shield because he was very responsive, quoted us a very reasonable price, had wonderful reviews, and has years of experience. Norbert uses Suntek Ultra Self-Healing Film, provides a good warranty, and also gives you great aftercare instructions. We got the platinum package which included: Front bumper, front bumper lower gloss accents, headlights, full hood, full fenders and mirrors for my vehicle. I warned Norbert I would be picking up my car with my very particular father and his work blew my dad away. My car looks great!! In addition to his great work, Norbert is very amicable and a pleasure to work with. We can't recommend him enough! Thanks again Norbert!! Highly recommend his services! read more
